Shisui Uchiha

A senior ninja's killing intent.

Most ninja's would freeze in fear after experiencing something like that.

Just like Naruto and Sasuke did against Zabuza and Orochimaru in the orginal story.

But Sato didn't even shake.

He wasn't afraid at all, because he had already experienced something much scarier than this.

'This is nothing compared to a tailed beast's killing intent.'

Sato smiled widely and calmly took his hand back, he had trained to withstand the killing intent of Matatabi.

The Hyuga elder's killing intent was nothing to Sato.

The Hyuga elder himself was very angry, and got even angrier when Sato smiled fearlessly at his threat.

He felt as if he was a tamed beast growling on a leash.

All bark no bite, that was how Sato considered him!

"You little-"

*Bang*

Before the Hyuga elder could even try to curse, he swiftly received a chop to his neck.

*Thump*

Which knocked him out instantly and made him fall to the ground in a silly pose.

The sheer speed at which the Hyuga elder was knocked out was something no one was able to react to.

Yugito included.

And Sato knew exactly why that was the case.

"I am sorry for the commotion."

Shisui quickly bowed his head before the cloud ninja team.

His sudden presence near the Hyuga elder and his ability to silently knock him out made everyone instinctively take a step back.

This was the first time cloud Shinobi were afraid since coming to Konoha, but Shisui's bow made Yugito snap out of her fear.

"They don't call you Shisui the teleporter for nothing."

Yugito looked at the bowing Shisui with narrowed eyes.

Her beastly instincts were telling her that this boy was the greatest threat present here.

Which was absurd as that would mean he was much stronger than the Third Hokage.

'He has so much power at such a young age?'

Yugito thought cautiously, now she wasn't sure if Shisui was purposely sent by Konoha to threaten them or not.

Sure, he was bowing before her but that didn't stop her senses from screaming at her to get away from him.

Neither Yugito nor C were sure anymore if the Hyuga elder's actions and Shisui's intervention were planned activities.

There was also Tsunade who warned them before.

Could all of this be connected somehow?

'Konoha is probably showing their strength.'

'They are sending Shisui to tell us that they aren't weak, even if they lost their fourth Hokage.'

C's forehead was dripping sweat because of excess stress, and Yugito was trying to keep Matatabi from growling at Shisui.

Both C and Yugito were tensed, but it was actually not as bad as they thought, they were afraid because neither had any idea of the reality like Sato did.

C and Yugito were jumping to wrong conclusions because of that, and Sato could see that clearly.

He was the only one who could guess what might actually be happening in Konoha.

'This is Shisui's personal idea isn't it, he just doesn't want the war to start again.'

'Konoha doesn't trust the Uchiha enough to give them a chance to show their strength before the village.'

'As for Tsunade, that woman is a mystery, she dosen't like Konoha's high level and she doesn't like us either.'

'But she loves Konoha itself, that's probably why her actions were so bizzare.'

Sato could see that his team was clearly thinking of backing down because of wrong information.

Yugito was afraid of Shisui because Matatabi instinctively feared Shisui's Mangekyo Sharingan.

C on the other hand could see Shisui's speed and wasn't feeling very confident in tackling that.

But this would put his team in a tough spot, them backing up now would mean their mission will fail before it can even begin.

Considering all this, Sato decided to take this in his own hands.

He knew both Shisui as well as Konoha high level, making their fragile trust break down was extremely easy for him.

"Wow, you knocked him out really quickly, I was so afraid back then."

"You are really strong big brother."

Sato kept his harmless smile and spoke to Shisui, something which made both Yugito and C's eyebrows jump.

Yugito almost wanted to pull Sato back, but Sato gestured at her to stay still.

This is what made her and C stop, that gesture meant that Sato had a plan.

Although Yugito was still not sure about how good of a plan a four year old can make, so she became ready to attack Shisui, just in case.

Meanwhile Shisui who was keeping his body tight and expecting an attack, became confused.

"Oh, please don't mention it!"

"It was our problem to being with."

Shisui straightened himself up and smiled gently at Sato.

Sato smiled back gently as well, but his gentle smile had a very different meaning behind it.

Shisui was a gentle soul and couldn't see it, but Sato could see how the third Hokage and the elders stayed right where they were all this time.

They were about to stop the Hyuga elder when he leaked killing intent, but immediately stayed still when Shisui made his move.

'They are treating this as Shisui's personal actions.'

'If Shisui succeeds they take the fame, because they allowed Shisui to move.'

'But if he fails Uchiha takes the blame, because they never allowed Shisui to move!'

Twisting the truth was that easy for Konoha, there was no one to judge the high level and they knew it.

This was simply how the Konoha high level functioned, they hated the Uchiha's and will stop at nothing to blame and kill them.

Sato knew full well how prejudiced Konoha really was.

"No, it is not your fault big brother."

"You are the only one who made a move to help us."

"Not even Hokage sama could see you move, you must be stronger than Hokage sama."

As soon as Sato's words fell the surroundings became silent.

Sato's smile slowly widened when he sensed the sudden change in atmosphere.

The smart crowd of Konoha quickly tried to look away and seemed very awkward, the Hokage meanwhile had much better self control.

He seemed just as he always was, with his grandfatherly smile.

But Sato knew that his plan had succeeded, there is no way the Konoha's high level will allow such an opinion to spread in Konoha.

Uchiha Shisui being so strong that the 'strongest hokage' wasn't even able to react, this kind of thing was not allowed.

The change in atmosphere was so great that even the gentle Shisui could sense it.

His forehead was slowly dripping sweat as he frantically tried to think of ways to change the situation.

But Sato knew the damage was done, and if he was right about the third Hokage, the man will immediately make sure Shisui was no longer active around them.

"Hahaha, good job Shisui."

The third Hokage walked forward with a smile, but this made Shisui sigh back in helplessness.

He knew his actions were going to bite Uchiha in the back again.
