Prologue 3

Third POV

Darkness was all he felt, he felt nothing, he felt weightless. He had no idea how long he has been in this dark existence of his, all he knew was that he had to solve the problem that started his little resting state.

However, just when he finally decided to eliminate the millions of souls that he had stored within him to free him of this nothingness, he was suddenly assaulted by a blinding light.

He slowly opened his crimson red eyes, and he slowly surveyed the area, however, he was only able to see a vast sea of nothing but pure white.

'Is this... The purgatory?' He thought in slight surprise and anticipation.

Feeling a presence behind him, he instantly turned around, only to come face to face with two different people.

Shinobu Pov

"How weird. I really died at such an old age, at least I didn't regret a single moment of it" spoke a feminine voice that sounded awfully familiar to me. "W-Why do I sound like a woman-" I looked at the black-haired woman's rambling, she reminded me so much of my master, bringing a small smile to my face which was weird.

"Master, my other half. Is that you" I spoke up slowly approaching the woman as she looked surprised seeing me.

"Sh-Shinobu is that you?" she asks me. When I heard her say that name I looked deeply and felt a close connection with the girl and it clicked to me that this girl was my master. With a burst of speed, I pick her up and spin her around in joy. My master, my other half has finally returned to me. "Master why are you a girl, but you look very cute," as I say this she blushed and looks away.

"That would be my doing" answered a humanoid-looking being.

"Who are you?" I ask the being approaching us in concern, I just reunited with my master, and I don't want to lose her again.

However, she ignores and walks past us and moves to the black-haired man.

Appearing as an attractive, pale goth girl dressed in casual clothes. A black top and jeans. She also wears a silver ankh on a chain around her neck and has a marking similar to the eye of Horus around her right eye.

The man tilted his head slightly, "Who are you?" He asked curiously.

The goth girl stared at him for several long moments, before she finally answered with a southern belle accent "Hello Alucard. I am known simply as the Death to all beings. As the concept of death, my job is to ferry to guide all souls to their spot in the afterlife. until the very last living thing died. After that, I shall put the omniverse to rest." she says confusing me. What is an omniverse?

The man now known as Alucard eyes widened slightly before they returned to normal, and suddenly he gave off a loud and booming laugh. "Truly? How curious, and wonderful!" He bellowed. "I had always wondered what death was like, and now I finally have experienced it. So tell me, what is my spot in the afterlife? Its hell... Isn't it?" He asked with a full-blown grin.

Death tilted her head slightly "You are mistaken. You are not dead. You are experiencing a near-death experience. While your body in the living world was destroyed, you are somehow still living on. Perhaps it has to do with the fact that there are millions of souls within you that are still sustaining you. However, those two over there are dead" Death explained and pointed in my master's and I direction.

Alucard frowned slightly, but his smile returned as he looked unto Death. "I see, so tell me... What happens now Death-san? Am I to forever remain here in limbo with only you and those two as company?" He asked with a shit-eating grin on his face.

Death hummed slightly "No. You were not expected to die until the end of your world, yet here you are. I cannot send you back to your world, seeing as you technically died there, despite you somehow still living on. Although... There is always that option." Death mused.

Koyomi looked to death "What of us shinigami-sama?" Koyomi asked. I too was interested why she brought us here.

"Please don't call me that. That is the name of one of my subordinates and death god. However what I'm talking about does also involve the two of you, so please listen up." Death explained.

Alucard rose an eyebrow "What would that be?" He asked in curiosity.

Death looked upon him with an unearthly gaze, almost as if she were judging the vampire. "I could use my power, and randomly send you off into a different world altogether, however, I would demand compensation, and I would alter your true form into something else."

Alucard blinked once, and he regarded Death curiously. "Why would you need to alter my appearance?"

Death stared at him with an unreadable expression. "By sending you into another world, you are essentially starting a new life, thus the need to change your form into something else. You would live a new life. There wouldn't be much of a difference, you would still retain your powers, abilities, your souls within you, and your memories. You can choose to live your new life however you wish. You can even choose to live as a servant to another human should you choose to."

Alucard looked upon the Death with interest. Though he didn't want to leave his fledgling Seras, and his master Integra alone, he knew that at one point in time he would have to leave Seras on her own. He couldn't keep watch over her constantly, he wanted her to make her own choices, and to become independent. Something that would not happen if he watched over her constantly.

As for Integra, he knew that one day he would either be resealed or that his master would perish of old age. It tore at his immortal, and blackened heart, but he had no choice but to accept it. Besides, both Seras and Integra were strong, their will and their resolve were made from steel. He believed in them, he knew they would finish the fight with millennium.

He turned his gaze upon Death, and he spoke. "Before I give you my answer, I'm curious. What would the compensation be?"

"To answer your first question. My compensation is simple, I want twenty thousand of the souls that you have consumed."

"Why would you want only twenty thousand?"

"Most of the souls that you have consumed are those who have committed various sins, and heinous crimes during their lives. However, you have also consumed various innocents as well. With my eyes, I can tell apart the innocent souls, along with the corrupt souls within you. Twenty thousand innocent souls are within you. That is my compensation. Allow me to take those twenty thousand souls and send them off to a better place is all I ask."

Alucard smirked slightly in amusement, and slight surprise. "Really? Twenty thousand innocent souls live within me? Didn't know that, I just assume they were nobodies. I guess there is such a thing as "being in the wrong place at the wrong time." The no-life king mused. "Very well then, I'll let you take those souls, not like I have another three million in there or something."

Death nodded in thanks and continued "For the last part, can both Koyomi and Shinobu come forth. I need to explain some things to you."

"Firstly I am going to make all of you my daughters. No particular reason. I would like to know what it feels like to have a family." Death explained. "Secondly, for Shinobu and Koyomi, you might have noticed your new looks, yes?"

Materializing a mirror for my master I showed her what she looked like. Standing at 6ft8in. Dressed in a full black bodysuit, etched with golden lines that sparked with crimson that clung to her voluptuous figure. Her hair was tied in twin tails, and dual-colored with both scarlet and black. At her hips were two familiar twin katanas. Small spikes grew from her forehead, resembling a dark crown. (Space Ishtar Ascension 1 from FGO)

Using the mirror, I looked at my new form which stood around a height of 7ft. However, my hair which used to be blonde was now replaced with pink and blue dual-colored hair tied into twin tails. Black spikes jutted from my head like a crown, and my golden eyes now had irises of a moon and star. My clothing was skintight, and a mix of golden, red, and burgundy which hugged my endowed figure. A red cloak surrounded my body, with snake-like protrusions wrapped around it. (Space Ishtar Ascension 3 FGO)

"Now Alucard. My compensation." With that said, Death dug her hand into Alucard's chest, surprising the no-life king immensely as he let out a small grunt of surprise. The feeling of Death's cold hand digging into his very soul was strange and painful. However, he could deal with the pain. He endured being shot to shreds and then reforming just afterward. If he can't endure this then he was just like those weak, and pathetic Vampires from his world.

Seconds later, Death pulled out hundreds of small blue orbs that hovered just above her hand. She clenched her fist, and when she opened them again, the blue orbs were gone. "The compensation has been taken, and now, it's time to alter your form." Death said, snapping her fingers.

With that, Alucard turned bright yellow blinding the two behind Death. After the light died down, Alucard was in a female form. Standing around a height of roughly 6ft8in, like the other two has long black hair with some red highlights reaching her back. She wore a cowgirl-style getup with a yellow vest and blue tube top and yellow shorts with boots. On her left leg is a gun strapped to a holster. Whilst on her right hip is a sword. (Space Ishtar Ascension 2 FGO with a curvy and a well-endowed body)

Following that, Death then dug her hand into Alucard's form once more and pulled out a very familiar form.

"Uh oh."

In the Death's hand was now the very cause of why Alucard was in limbo. Blonde hair stopping at his mid-neck, black cat ears atop his head. Purple eyes shone nervously, and a sheepish chuckle escaped as the person smiled nervously.

"Oh.. it's the return of the why boner?" Alucard with a deadpan tone entered her voice.

"It's Schrodinger!" Schrodinger said with a twitch in his eye.

"I'll just call you dinger," Alucard said, a large smirk on her features as her fangs glinted. Her scarlet eyes glinted with bloodlust. Shinobu and Koyomi watch in the background.

Schrodinger gulped.

"Schrodinger, you are going to be spending quite a bit of time with Delirium. I do not pity you." With that said, Death opened a portal and tossed the cat boy into the portal. The only thing Alucard could catch was a glimpse of bright lights consisting of the colors of the rainbow, and... Were those leprechauns dancing and drinking?

"Now then, as per our agreement, I shall now send you three randomly into another world. Are you prepared?" Death asked, Making Alucard grin in anticipation, while Shinobu and Kiyomi nodded.

"One last thing." Death waved a hand over Alucard's head, and suddenly the no-life queen was assaulted with images, and the knowledge of how to create a servant seal, similar to the one the Hellsing family used to make her serve them.

"Why would you give me this knowledge?" Alucard asked, shaking her head to rid herself of the cobwebs.

"You forget that I told you, you can choose to become a servant to someone else should you choose to. The knowledge is merely there should you really do choose that course of action. Now then please also explain it to your new siblings." Death held out her palm, and a green portal opened above her palm. The portal slowly hovered off her hand, and onto the floor in front of Alucard, myself, and Koyomi. However, my mind was wandering to the thoughts of having siblings. The closest person I have ever been with is Koyomi.
