"5C for 24 hours and without food is the cheapest one available" Eli said as he looked around the hotel room; a small room with a single bed, bathroom, and a table.

After being Expelled from Dorm, Eli wanted to leave Nex Academia but he thought Lilith might come and search for him, so he decided to stay two days in the hotel and wait for her, but searching for a hotel took him an entire day and finally, Eli found the cheapest one available.

Eli had a small bag in his hands and he sat on the bed, then he took some books, a few dresses, one small wooden box and 100 Monster's soul crystals from the bag and placed them on the table, Celestria and Ember were placed on the bedside.

Eli then undressed and only with underwear, he sat on the ground with his legs crossed and collected the MS crystals in front of him and he slowly used his technique.

/MANA BREATHING/

'Deep Inhale'

As the surrounding air was inhaled by Eli then he slowly took one after another soul crystals as he gulped them.

When MS crystals touched his tongue they started to melt, as he gulped them they disappeared before reaching his stomach and the essence started to spread throughout his whole body.

And slowly his body vessels, body parts, blood everything except his Soul Cyrstal started to shine, as they expanded and contracted and slowly brown sticky liquid come out from every pore of Eli's body.

After freshening up, Eli lay on the bed as he thought about being soulless,

'If the person awakened his/her soul then he/she is considered as a 'Transcendent or Immortal Being' while if unawakened then 'Soulless or Mortal Being'.

It's not that we don't have souls or anything, it is just soul crystal holds the information about the person....like a recording machine, it records every detail about the person and saves it within itself until the person dies.

When Soul Crystal is awakened it will communicate with the surrounding mana and start to perform as Mana storage which will later help the body to develop or more like Evolve the body to a new stage. If the Transcendent Person is died or is killed, they can able revived within 12 hours or so as long as their Soul crystal is not damaged.

But for unawakened people, we will face the 'true death' that means no matter what cannot be revived once dead, It is nothing wrong with being Soulless, 1.5% of the entire population is soulless but they shouldn't hope for anything big.

Transcendents or Immortal Beings can increase their power by absorbing the Mana surrounding them or from monsters' soul crystals but as for Soulless they cannot do anything because of that, they consider Mortal Beings.

Even so, there was one technique that can be helpful for the soulless people but that technique can only be available to the Royals and Nobels. So commoners like us, it's once in a lifetime opportunity.

Though we can only improve slightly our mortal body by eating the Monster's soul crystals and we may acquire the technique but at the end of the day, we are still Mortals who will die before 100 years old.

Unlike them, we have a very slow process in improving our bodies and we cannot force our bodies to absorb the MS crystals' essences more otherwise our bodies will explode.

I can only eat 100s MS crystals each month at most....' as Eli slowly slept.

<Next Morning>

"mmm...urgh"

Eli felt something heavy on top of his top as he slowly opened his eyes, only to see Lilith looking at him with a joyful expression without the veil.

"Hmm?....MMM~" Eli was about to say but,

Lilith kissed his lips nothing more passionate just a simple kiss and after a few seconds, Lilith moved as she said, "Good Morning Darling~ I missed you sooo mucchh" as she snuggled him.

"Good Morning Lilith, I missed you too" Eli said as he cupped her face and asked, "So, How...?".

Lilith understand what he asked, so she replied casually, "Well, I heard you were here, so I appeared inside the hotel".

Eli stared at her and said, "If you don't tell the truth now, I will..." as he slowly lifted his body as he turned, and changed position.

Now Lilith lying under Eli asked with an excited expression, "You will what?".

Eli pulled her both hands above her and blew air under her armpits and he started to tickle her,

"~HAHA....ST ~AHAH~OP!"

"~HAHA~HAHAHA~"

"I~HAH~ SORRR~HAAHAA~

Her eyes were watery as she cannot stop laughing and after sometimes Eli was satisfied, he stopped as he looked at her disheveled dress and messy hair.

"ha...ha...ha..." Lilith breath heavily and looked at Eli's satisfied,

"You meanie..." Lilith softly punched his chest with both hands.

"I am sorry" as Eli kissed her.

"Now tell me the truth?" Eli still questioned.

"..."

"...Well, Normal Soul Marriage will be Bonds between Soul crystals so they can feel each other but in our marriage ritual I used two spells, one is soul connection which will tell me your strong emotions and the other spell is soul sense that helps me to sense your location so..." Lilith hesitated as she didn't look into Eli's eyes.

"Hmm..." Eli nodded and moved away from her then stood up.

Lilith little worried, "hmm?.." she tried to call him but,

"I am going to take a shower, so wait here" Eli said as he walked towards the bathroom.

"Wait, I am sorry Darling" Lilith stopped him by holding his hand.

"What for?" Eli puzzled.

"Well...you know, doing something like that without permission" Lilith thought he was asking deliberately.

"Wha..." Eli then realized what he had done and said with a little embarrassment, "Oh, I didn't mean to avoid you and..I don't mind our soul marriage, It's just you know...you woke up both of us" as he run into the bathroom.

Lilith was dumbfounded and then she slowly realized as her face dyed red, 'Even though we had done it and...I-I shamelessly acted that day...no, Lilith it's your duty to help him' Lilith thought and then asked, "I can hel..."

"No, no need" Eli rejected her before she could finish.

With a gloomy expression, Lilith waited but it soon turned into an exhilarating and soon they went to the restaurant for breakfast.
