Ch:10. So stingy.

Rika's POV:

[Would you like to accept it? ]

[YES/NO]

"Yes" she pressed and next moment she was sent to hell or rather place looked like hell.

When she opened her eyes she found herself standing on a small platform and everywhere in the surrounding there were dark trees with thorns and wines.

Sun was hidden behind black clouds and air had red mist. Temperature was very high due to which she started sweating.

When she was looking her surroundings she heard some sounds,reflexively she turned her head in direction of the sound. When she saw the source of sound, shivers went through her body.

Monster which looked like a skeleton and it had tree wines all around it's head and right leg and it was approaching her with speed and roars were heard. It had red eyes and legs we're inverted.

It wasn't human skeleton because the posture was arched and skeleton was bigger and had 2 big tusks,with 2 eyes on right place and one below mouth.

She who was about to fall carried herself and without wasting time ran away from it.

After running some distance she looked behind and checked if that monster was following her.

But luckily it stopped following her, Rila sighed in relief.

She was out of breath so she decided to wait there. And suddenly system announced her missions startling her.

[Welcome to class acquiring quest arena! ]

Rika saw these missions and sat down on the ground.

"Are you serious, how can I kill that monster. I barely managed to kill goblins in last trail. " she said huffing.

"... " system didn't respond.

"Tell me how I can kill it, or atleast help me. " she said with pitiful eyes.

[System "help" command has been used/activated. ]

[Mid grade strengthening potion had been added to your inventory. ]

[Mid grade health potion has been added to your inventory. ]

"huh?", Rika was startled seeing it. She asked, " what's this? "

[Strengthening potion(mid grade- 70%)(Exquisite quality) Increase your strength by 7 for 7 minutes]

[Health potion(mid grade- 50%) (superb quality) Increases your HP by 50.

-It will not recover/regrow lost part.

-If your hp is full and you drink it your HP will increase by 50 for 5 minutes]

"Huh, system help command?, can i get more help", she asked thinking she can activate help command second time.

["... "]

"? "

[System help command has already been used! ]

"As expected", she didn't asked for it again but asked if she will get in future.

[No! Class acquiring trail will provide one help,if asked. And will not help after trail. ]

" So stingy",she said wiping her eyes.

[You can buy potions later if you manage to survive and pass trial. ]

"ok, for now I will use these potions when I go against skeleton monster, I think" she said with no surety.

After some time system started explaining her about potion effects and it's quality.For making sure system gave her big help.

- permanently increase stats for 3 points.

1| Higher grade potions:[temporary]

2| Mid grade potions:[temporary]

System explained: There are three types of temporary potion.

They are distributed according to their quality.

The potion with 100% is perfect quality which will increase your stat by 10 points.

If you take perfect Strengthening potion then your strength will increase by 10 for 10 minutes. It will not have bigger side effects but, if you are weak then you will get some fatigue and pain in your body after use.

If you take perfect health potion then your health will be increased by 100 for next 10 minutes. With same side effects even if you are little bit strong.

But every side effects will be temporary and after resting it will go.

System explained about perma grade potions which were very rare and had effects to permanently increase your stats, but if you are weak then it will break your body immediately and act as a poision in body.

System didn't go in detail to explain her about it.

She noted all the information in her brain and nodded.

She looked at her inventory and saw one yellow colour bottle and other red colour and understood these were health and strength potions.

Later she decided to walk further.It wasnt a silent place and sound of whistling winds could be heard. Trees were without leaves like someone have sucked all of it's vitality.

She thought for a while and decided to find an area which had no congested trees. Because if she wanted to run away then she can easily pass through trees without getting struck between trees.

When she was searching a notification popped up.

[You are close to wave one! Wave one will start in 10...9...8]

As she saw it she became alerted and started running. She lost her calmness because she didn't have any weapon and she would have to fight bare handed.

However, when she was running she found a femur(thigh bone) . She immediately picked it up without wasting time, she ran and climbed a tree .

The tree had layer of black dust adsorbed on its outer layer.Her clothes got dirtied black due to black dust.

She didn't look at it as she was busy climbing.

After climbing several feets she stopped and decided to save her energy as she was cautious of her surrounding. She knew that without food she wouldn't be able to recover her energy and survive for many days

Her primary goal was to clear first wave while finding food and safe shelter.

She was in her thoughts and at the same time first wave started.

When she saw the monsters shivers ran through her spine.
