I'm a dragon?

As my consciousness slowly returned I feel kind of weird. "Did I loose my glasses?" I thought because I couldn't feel them. Then I opened my eyes. "WHAT?" I jumped up in surprise. My vision was perfect even though I didn't wear my glasses.

Perfect wasn't even remotely enough to describe it. If felt like going from 144p to 8k. And the colors also looked different and a bit extremer. "What happened to my eyes?" Finally I realized, that I was not in our secret place anymore but was now standing in a forest.

"How did I get here?" I searched for clues like car tracks or something similar but I found nothing. Just trees grass and birds. "Maybe I can find a street and follow it to find back?" I thought and wanted to start walking.

And right after the two first steps I fell to the ground hitting my head. "That felt strange..." I thought and stood up again. Then I looked down at me feet and saw two white paws. "Wait what?" And after looking closely I could see another pair. "What in the devils name happened to me?" I slowly started to panic.

"Ok first I need to find out what happened to my body and after that I need to find a way back to civilization." I was struggling to walk on four feet at first but after about ten failed attempts it suddenly worked perfectly.

"Ok now I need something like a mirror" I thought that if my eyes have gotten better maybe my ears were now also more sensitive so I closed my eyes and tried to hear something like a car but instead I heard the babbling of a stream. "Well at least I could get some water there" I thought as I walked into the direction the sound came from.

After 2 minutes I arrived at a small lake with a small stream that flowed into the lake. I walked close enough to the surface of the water only to see two light blue eyes staring at me. "What the fuck happened to me?!?" I screamed once again but what came out of my mouth were no normal human words but rather monster like growls and screams.

After calming down I inspected my body closely finally realizing what happened to me. "I'm looking like Toothless but I am completely white." Also after realizing that I had wings I was able to move them freely. "Ok what am I going to do now?" I asked myself trying to stay calm.

"Wait..... Could it be that if I am a dragon that Ava also became a dragon? Maybe I could find her!" But before that i decided to drink some water and surprisingly drinking water was harder than walking.

After I finally managed to drink a bit I choked and started to cough. I felt something rushing um my throat and then suddenly me teeth retracted and a powerful plasma blast shot directly into the water letting it rain down on me. "Ok that was cool"

I tried to remember this feeling and reproduce it and it worked. Another powerful blast hit the water and created another water fountain. Something hit me on the head. "What was that?" I looked around only to see a fish lying between my paws.

As I looked at it something told me to eat it but my human side fought back but eventually it lost and i gulped down the fish. "How can a raw fish be that tasty?" I thought and immediately started to look for other fish. Luckily I found two more and so I gulped them down.

"Ok that part of my humanity is something I can let go of if it means that I can eat more of this stuff." "If there are more advantages like that I might even think about forgetting that I was a human once" Yes it is really easy to convince me and on the other hand it didn't sound like that bad of a deal.

"Ok now back to finding Ava" but while I thought that I knew I also had to think about when I would give up trying to find her because searching the rest of my life would probably be a waste of time.

"But I think it would be easier to find her if I could fly..."
