Introduction

This is a short story inspired by Nigerian deities and past ancestors before the time of the white colonisers. This Is a story of self determination and self realization. A journey of an African queen in the 12th century who in other to save her people lost something she cherished most.

I love this story soo much I had to play the part in my secondary school days.

This is more than a folklore that we were told. It shows and embrace the power women wield in the society and as women how we can contribute greatly to our society against all odds.

I am writing this story so you can enjoy and also learn from it.
