It was an open office. Different workers tried to ran up their work for the day. Yang Mi was tired of working. She relaxed back to the chair to rest. This morning they had series of meetings. One may think she was the head of the department.
Her mind wandered back to her father who left them years ago. Ah Lam was devastated. The night he left, she was rushed to the hospital.
The doctor said she suffered from a heart attack. They barely saved her from the walls of death.
It took them years to recover from the shock. And when they thought all was well, her brother went on a vacation with Li Lian. He never came back. For years they prayed for his safe return but he never did.
She felt her family were cursed. They were not destined to be together or happy.
Yang Mi blame this on one person. Her father!. He was the reason for sad days. she could still remember those days, when she needed someone to talk but there was no body.
