Monster!!

...…••••••••••••••••••••••....

The Shinku Temple monks are renowned for their martial arts teachings, sacred teachings and their incredible healing capabilities.

Usually, they require a fee when people come to request for healing, but Dante was an exception.

This is because he was actually raised by an elder monk named Fujito Yamasaki, a very popular monk and regarded as the father of the Shinku Temple, since he's the 150th caretaker of the temple.

...…••••••••••••••••••••••....

"What do you want here now, Dante?", one of the monks who met him outside of the temple gate questioned him as he held Jason in his arms.

He started, "This kid is my student and he's in real danger!! We need to see Father Fujito immediately!!"

"Just because your father is our master does not mean you get to enter the temple as you please!!", the monk retorted .

"I don't care about your opinions and traditions!! At the moment, he is dying and needs the Twelve Hand Healing Technique now!!", Dante yelled back.

"Enough!! What's all the commotion out here?," an elderly monk who seems to be blind and has a long white beard walked towards the pair from inside the temple.

"Master Fuji!! Dante here insists to meet you but it's not permitted, based on your rules!!,"the monk replied.

"Oh my!! Dante is here?? Bring him in!!," th e elder monk said in ecstasy much to both Dante's and the young monk's surprise.

But Dante snapped out of his confusion and rushed into the temple, following Fujito and resting Jason on a floor mat and the center of the hallway.

"Father, my student here needs your help and it's really important you see him," Dante said as he sat close to the elder seat.

"Let me see this young lad," Fujito said as he was guided to Jason and started touching his body in an attempt to discover what is wrong.

But he suddenly gasped and looked shocked as it turns out Jason's Mana was becoming darker and more darker, which was a sign of a demonic possession.

He said, "Oh no!! You're right, my son. He's in great danger!! There is a demon in him and he needs immediate help! But I need each Zodiac Monk here to help me with his treatment. Because we're performing the Twelve Hands Healing Technique!!"

...…••••••••••••••••••••••....

The Twelve Hands Healings Technique is a secret technique done by the Shinku Temple monks in order to heal any physical or spiritual damage done to a person by a demon in such a life-threatening scale such that even normal potions and healing spells cannot cure.

This is usually done by twelve high-ranking individuals in the temple, known as the Zodiac Monks, circling the person, placing their dominant hands on him or her and the elder monk reciting a special incantation which enables him to enter the psyche of the affected individual to exorcise the demon and cure him or her.

The role of the other monks is to provide Mana and spiritual backup in case any danger is found within the victim.

Every monk in the temple assemble in the meeting room, sat down in the healing position and started with the ceremony.

Dante, on the other hand, was not present but decided to go back and report to the Academy about the incident and complete a mission he received from the Emperor.

Fujito, as being the elder of the temple, started with the incantation, "Inculus Oomorumi Nakayinu Kokumatsu Ningenira" and the other monks repeated ted the incantation as a bright yellow glow formed from their hands on Jason's body.

As the monks were reciting and meditating, Fujito was unconscious as a result of entering successfully into Jason's mind with other monks supporting his body.

Meanwhile, within Jason's psyche, Fujito was searching for the source of Jason's Mana darkening when he stumbled on an altar deep within the psyche and a dark fluid overflowing the altar, with a dark heart wrapped pped with vines hovering over the fluid.

As he got closer to it, he felt a dark presence around him, like something or someone was around and watching him.

He held his walking stick, shaped like a katana, and stood upright, ready to confront whatever was with him, and also looking like his younger self; he had jet black hair bun as his hairstyle, a well-toned body and his vision was perfect.

...…••••••••••••••••••••••....

It turns out that most of the disabilities of a person inside the psyche was reverted back, but soon return when the person is out.

However, being in another person's psyche for too long or even being attacked there can have dire consequences on the visitor, usually resulting in serious damage or even death.

...…••••••••••••••••••••••....

"Show yourself, whatever you are!! I know you're here!!," he yelled and suddenly, a huge black foggy figure in the shape of an unknown creature with yellow eyes appeared in front of the altar.

"Whoever you are, leave this place!! This boy is mine!!," the figure said in a low but chilling tone.

"You're not taking this human boy anywhere, demon!!," Fujito and drew out his katana walking stick and slashed the monster with a light-based attack.

"Hahaha!! Unfortunately for you, this boy is not even human!!," the figure replied, unfazed by the monk's attack but started bellowing louder and louder.

It turns out the attack earlier from Fujito passed through the demon and struck the altar.

As Fujito realized about the source of the demon's pain, he rushed towards the altar.

"You foolish human!! I will consume you!!," the demon yelled and started becoming larger and changing its form.

Fujito then began to exorcise the heart but as he was done, the demon appeared in the same form as he was previously but had a humanoid figure.

"You don't understand, do you human?? I won't fight you here but the boy himself will!! This is the boy's true form!! Now, die!!," the demon yelled as he pointed at something behind the monk.

"Ah!! What is that monstrosity!!??," the monk gasped as he saw what the demon was talking about and made him shiver and stunned.

Behind him stood an huge black wolf about twenty feet tall, chained and behind a huge cage and looked sinister as it was.

The wolf, noticing Fujito's plan, growled loudly, broke its chains and attempted to break the cage down.

Fujito, realizing he had no time left before the wolf would break free, ran for the mirror which his gateway back to the physical realm.

But the wolf successfully broke down the cage, lunged and attacked the monk.

But before the wolf could finish him, Fujito yelled, "Purify!!" and a bright light appeared and the demon vanished and the wolf growled in pain and disappeared.

But the drawback from the attack was so strong, it pushed the monk out of the psyche he returned shocked and in serious pain.

"Monster!! Monster!! This child is a monster!!," Fujito yelled as he pointed at the kid while struggling for breath.

"Quick, Master is having an attack!!," one of the monks yelled and they all took him to his room.

"What is this kid anyway?," the monk Dante met earlier thought to himself as he looked at the still unconscious but recovering Jason and left to care for his master.
