"How long can we hide it?" Samuel walked over from the dark corridor and stood beside Zivan.
"I don't know. We should let brother decide it," Zivan said in a heavy tone.
"How is he doing?" Samuel asked.
"It's worsening day by day," Zivan replied. His head hung low.
"Did you gave him the blood?" Sam asked.
Zivan nodded.
"But it has no effect at all," Zivan added with grim face.
After that no one said anything. The heaviness lingered in the air.
Silja returned to her room.
"Milady, your bath is ready," Mira walked over as soon as she saw Silja. After the past incident during the wedding, Mira and Silja's relationship has turned sour. Even though Silja has long forgotten it, Mira was still guilt stricken. Her head always hung low in the presence of Silja from the shame of crossing the line.
"Yes," Silja nodded her head and went to bathe.
