Meanwhile, in the heart of the city, the Hero Public Safety Commission was abuzz with activity. The recent earthquakes and the mysterious energy readings had triggered alarms across their network. Analysts and operatives scrambled to make sense of the data flooding in from the epicentre of the disturbance.
In a large, high-tech briefing room, a group of senior officials gathered around a massive table, the holographic display in the centre showing real-time seismic activity and satellite images of the affected area.
"This is no natural earthquake," said an analyst, adjusting his glasses and pointing to the screen. "The epicentre is too precise, and the patterns don't match any known seismic activity. It has to be the work of a Quirk."
A senior officer nodded, his brow furrowed with concern. "But who? And why? We've never seen anything like this before."
The room fell silent as the weight of the situation sank in. The recent events had shaken the city, and the implications were vast and troubling.
"We need to act fast," another officer said, breaking the silence. "Call a meeting of the top heroes. We need their insight and their strength. If this is a new threat, we have to be ready."
Messages were sent out urgently, summoning the heroes. Within minutes, they began to arrive.

As the heroes gathered in the briefing room. Endeavor, the current Number Two Hero, stood at the head of the table, his presence commanding attention. Alongside him were Hawks, Best Jeanist, and several other top-ranking heroes. The seat reserved for All Might, the Number One Hero, was conspicuously empty, a reminder of their current limitations.
Endeavor's fiery eyes scanned the room, taking in the tension on everyone's faces. "What's the issue?" he asked, his voice gruff and direct.
"Why call us in for an earthquake?"
An analyst, pale and clearly stressed, stepped forward. "Sir, this isn't just an ordinary earthquake," he began. "It's unlike anything we've ever seen. The destruction is too precise, too controlled. And... we have satellite images that show something extraordinary."
One of the Commission's analysts stepped forward, clearly anxious. "There's been significant Quirk activity in a remote area. We've never seen anything like it."
Endeavor snorted, crossing his arms. "And why are you calling us for such trivial activity? We handle disturbances like this all the time."
The analyst's hands trembled slightly as he adjusted his glasses and pointed to the holographic display. "With all due respect, sir, this is unlike anything we've ever seen. It's too powerful. Take a look at the satellite images for yourself."
The analyst clicked a remote, and the screen zoomed in on a section of Japan. The footage showed the ground splitting open and a meteorite hanging in the sky, seemingly suspended by some unseen force. The image then shifted, showing a much larger meteorite hurtling down, causing a massive explosion that radiated shockwaves across the area.
The room fell silent as the heroes processed what they had just seen.
"What in the world…?" Hawks muttered, his usually casual demeanour replaced by a look of genuine concern. "Who has the power to do something like that?"
Endeavor snorted, unimpressed. "Are you seriously telling me a quirk did this? It looks like some kind of cosmic event."
"No, sir," the analyst replied quickly. "We've already gathered intel on the ground. There have been reports of a man seen in the vicinity. He's much taller than All Might, clad in heavy, ancient-looking Armor, and carrying two enormous swords. Witnesses say he was moving around the area just before the incident."
Endeavor's eyes narrowed. "A man? And you think he's responsible for this?"
The analyst nodded. "Yes, sir. We believe he has something to do with it. His presence was recorded on security footage shortly before the explosion."
Hawks leaned forward, his eyes sharp. "Are you sure he's not some rogue hero? There are a lot of powerful quirks out there. Maybe he's someone we just don't have on our radar yet."
"We're certain, sir," the analyst confirmed. "We've checked every registry and database. No one matches his description. He's an unknown entity."
Best Jeanist, who had been silent until now, spoke up. "And you're suggesting he has the power to manipulate meteorites? That's not a common quirk."
"That's what it appears," the analyst replied, pointing to the screen. "The way the meteorite stopped mid-air and then another, much larger one, followed. It suggests a level of control over gravity or some similar force."
Endeavor's eyes blazed as he said "If this guy is as powerful as you say, we need to find him. Now."
As the tension in the room thickened, the analyst stood nervously in front of the gathered heroes.
"Sir, we have already gathered some intel," the analyst said, glancing between the heroes assembled before him.
"Huh, what's that?" Endeavor asked, his voice a low growl as he folded his arms across his chest.
The analyst said with beads of sweat forming on his forehead. "We have him on our radar. His last known location was in the wilderness area near the explosion site. We believe he might be taking shelter there."
Endeavor's eyes flashed with determination. "So what are we waiting for? Let's head out and confront him."
"But, sir," the analyst stammered, "shouldn't we wait for All Might?"
Endeavor's fiery gaze turned towards the analyst, his pride flaring up. "Do you think I'm inferior to him?"
"N-no, sir," the analyst stuttered, visibly trembling under Endeavor's intense stare.
"Good," Endeavor responded, his voice cold and authoritative. He turned to Hawks. "Hawks, let's head out."
Hawks nodded, a smirk playing on his lips. "Right behind you, Endeavor."
