Truth and Distress at HSC (Milestone Chapter)

General P.O.V-

'The Torch I passed onto you is nothing but a small flame. Right now, in time, it will be kindled into a raging inferno. The more powerful you become, the more you outshine me. Eventually, I retire my job is complete. OOF... Deep stuff, alright.' All Might thinks but then stops running.

Midoriya, who was behind All Might, was confused due to the sudden stop.

"Young Izuku... I need to tell you something." All Might speaks with a grave voice.

"Yes, All Might." Izuku nods but then feels tensed about what All Might is about to speak.

"Izuku, the thing about what I said at that time when you asked your first question and how 'some villains can't be beaten without power and how a quirkless can never become a hero'..." All Might's face darkens every single word and eventually turns around, not facing Izuku's face. "There is someone who currently defies that."

Izuku was as solid and brittle as a rock.

"Yes, he does defy that. He is my adopted son, you see," All Might's words now were like Zeus's lightning judgement. "To be frank, he was supposed to be the one to inherit One For All."

'All Might's adopted son! Quirkless? Also, someone who can stand against quirks without a quirk!?' Midoriya's heart was racing up. 'Why didn't he inherit the One For All? Why!? He was All Might's son, right? Did he die?'

"I know you may think that I chose to give it to you after he died or he denied it, and you may feel like a second hand in here... but that is not true, Izuku." All Might turns around and looks at Midoriya in the eyes. "I thought of giving it to you the day when I saw you stepping up, and the reason I said you could inherit One For All was due to how you reminded me of him and also my younger self. But... I had made a promise that I would look after him and also give him what a hero needs, but..."

All Might tears were right in the corner of bursting out.

"But, he lost things that can't be brought back. He thinks One For All is a cursed quirk, and he refused to take it." All Might's tears start flowing out. "I just want you to know that both of you are equal to me and always had been since the first day I started training you. Though I didn't tell him that I have passed my quirk, he must have already figured it out."

"Remember, Izuku, never feel that you got the quirk because you are lucky or you are just second leverage. You are deserved to be the successor of One For All, and I never saw you as second leverage." All Might's teary words move Izuku.

Izuku runs and latches on to All Might's hips and starts crying. "I will never. I won't. And I will make sure that I will make you proud!"

All Might, listening to this, smiles and remembers what Oki said on his starting of Phase-3 training.

'I will never, I won't give up, and I will make you proud, Granny!'

'He is his grandfather's grandson, alright. Both without quirks still want to help others.' All Might looks at the waves and notices how waves and wind work together. 'Oki, please be the one walking with Midoriya along with his path, please be together maybe you both walking together along with Midoriya could do things I couldn't... No, you both will do things that I couldn't.'

Somewhere in Japan-

"My Liege, it's a beautiful city", A female voice spoke from the dark.

"Yeah, it is, but we aren't here to enjoy it. What did that maniac say?" The man in Golden armour looked fiercely, and a woman clad with iridescent armour kneels in front of him.

"He wants to meet you, and we have also tried hacking U.A. as most of the table suspect him being there." The woman in the iridescent armour spoke with two toes mixed with each other. One being respect and the other being fear.

"If that maniac want's to meet me, then we shall meet. I have nothing to do these days. So take me there." The man in golden armour says that with his lips arching up like a smile.

"As you wish, your majesty." The woman then touches the man in golden armour's legs, and both are enveloped in a silvery dazzling aura, and they disappear.

Somewhere Unknown-

A woman in iridescent armour and a man in golden armour appear out of a portal in what seems to be a lab. The man in golden armour looks around and narrows his eyes.

"You know you can come out now." The man in the golden armour says lights turn on, and many high-end lab pieces of equipment can be seen.

A monitor turns on, and radio sounds were coming out of it for nearly 10 seconds. Then the radio sounds stop, and the monitor turns pitch black.

Both the man and woman just stand there looking at it.

"Nice to meet you again, young lady." A hoarse voice with a bit raspy breath was coming from the speakers.

"I am Arthur Pendragon, and I ask you this instant. Do you know anyone of the name Takemikazuchi?" The man in the golden armour orders the voice.

"I do. In fact, I have fought during the initial start of quirks." The hoarse voice says, then a smirk was followed by it. "Why would you want to know?"

"We need the weapon wielded by that man." The woman in iridescent armour spoke.

"I see... Then I can help you. I do know that a kid named Oki Takemikazuchi is in U.A., and he is quirkless, is all I know." The hoarse voice was getting raspier every second.

"How do you know about him?" The man in golden dragon who introduced himself as Arthur asks with killing intent,

"I simply do. You see, I fought symbol of peace almost 5 years ago, and I lost. We fought at an Orphanage, and there was this kid my spy told me about,"

"So this kid is this Oki, I presume," Arthur asks while looking at every corner of the room.

"Yes, I do have a deal which you would love." An evil laugh follows the words. "I have made something to kill the symbol of peace. We are going to invade U.A high soon... I would like your help in protecting my protege, and in return, I will lend you my weapon, and I am sure you can do what you want all by yourself, but I am also sure that you don't want to, so how about it."

"Sure, call us when you attack. We won't reveal ourselves unless we have to," Arthur goes to a particular area and presses a button, and then the whole room shakes, and many people seem to be submerged in some liquid was all he could see.

"Oh! So you have found it, and if you are thinking what I am thinking then... Yes, genetic and biology editing. HEHEAHAHAHHA!!!"

In U.A-

/I have blocked about 1769 intrusions in the last 24 hours/

/Most of them are from England at first, but now 400 intrusions originate from Japan/

"I see, then get me the crystal I have stored away. Also, order a cheese pizza, make it XL and also make it with cheese crust and ... tell them to add super extra cheese and also a cheeseburger, and get me a dark coffee."

/On it, boss./

'Intrusions trying to breach U.A. and from the U.K and Japan.' Oki was thinking the motive of it. 'To steal the course? Nah, U.K's academies have their own things but maybe a terrorist organization for information to act as leverage, or is this AFO's doing!?'

"I need to find why?"

"Get the mark-XXII blueprints. We gonna bring the schedule ahead."

/On it/

'Something doesn't feel right, my supressed quirk 'Instinct' has been acting up. I hope it's for the best.'

Oki was soon surrounded by a lot of blueprints. These were the blueprints that Oki devised. He wanted to make a suit superior to the previous ones, so he took many calculations before making every suit.

'It's time for me to start learning stealth tech.'

A week passes by, and out of nowhere, the crimes in Tokyo were looking at a drastic decrease.

This made all the citizens happy, but for heroes, this was like the calm before the storm.

In the Hero Saftey Commission HQ-

"Get me the files, Rachel! Bam, get me the videos we caught yesterday!" (TOG!)

"Rosel, I need more people to search this area."

"Send Hawks to the rural areas."

"What do you mean many files were missing?"

"Huh? All the footage we had a week ago are now missing?"

"What, only the files belonging to this week?"

"Someone get me, Hawks!"

"Rachel, I want you to make the team and send them to the Minato, Tokyo."

It was full of stress. The Hero Commission was missing a lot of important files, and the reason was unknown. There were no reports of any breaches in their firewall or a human breach. Also, the disappearance of many villains gave them more stress.

Though these didn't bother U.A high as today was the day were the first years will be attending their high school.
