Erasure Drugs

"Well, thanks for all your work Oki. It was nice having you amongst us." Nezu saying that ends the meeting.

Then everyone left the meeting room, and the ones in the room were Aizawa, Nezu, All Might and Oki.

"Now, Oki, what is that you want to tell us so secretly about?" Aizawa says in his sleepy and annoyed voice. While Nezu and All Might were waiting patiently.

"Check these out" Oki shows plastic rounds that are designed for Glock.

"Ammunition?" All Might asks with a closer look, but something was off, and Nezu can feel that.

"Oki, why do I have a bad feeling about this?" Nezu interlocks his paws, and his animal intuition was saying something terrible.

"Yeah, these are what you could call quirk-enhancing drugs" Oki didn't want the others to feel the suspense, and so he breaks it down to them a bit by bit. "But, unlike the common ones, these have extraordinary effects. They nearly double, and if not triple, the power of a quirk, and this is also why many uncontrollable villains were spotted. According to my investigation, I have found out that these drugs are forcefully injected onto normal citizens, and their quirks are made to go berserk. Still, there are also the ones offered, but the catch is that they are offered for free, and word is that this is a free sample product."

"I see" All Might clenches his fist, thinking that he was useless. "And is there more?"

"Yes," Oki nods. "I have found that the ones who are making them are also making something called quirk erasure drugs."

These words were like a bombshell. "I also have one of it with me" This made the three others think seriously.

"What do you mean by quirk erasure?" Aizawa leans forward. "Also, what do you mean by investigation? I thought you were just on campus and didn't step out."

"About that..." Nezu rubs his nose back and forth, "He did inform me about that, so don't worry."

All Might gives Nezu a death glare and then sighs.

"I can take care of myself. I was just doing things as a vigilante, that's all... So onto the topic. These bullets can erase anyone's quirk for about the duration of 2 minutes." Oki starts to explain his secret walk findings

"And after I analyzed things, there is something different about the erasure drugs, and after a thorough check, I found that the drug is made up of someone's DNA and not just anyone but a kid, and there were traces of stem cells."

"Meaning we are looking at a situation where three years or so old child, if not even younger, is being used as a weapon?" Aizawa was angry, and his eyes were not annoyed and sleepy anymore.

"Yes," Oki nods with a serious expression and looks at others.

All Might was fuming with anger while Nezu was on a solemn face. Aizawa sighs and shakes his head.

"A kid... Damn it" All Might from his skeletal form turns into his bulk form and breaks the table.

"Calm down, All Might." Nezu, as someone reasonable, understands that anger can't solve the issue, and Aizawa was about to activate his quirk while Nezu just stops him. "We need more info, Oki."

"I couldn't track the source, but what I know is that the erasure drug is a free sample and is being supplied, I did try to catch one, but he escaped. There also seems to be a permanent one coming soon. We need to track this soon." Oki says with a serious face while a hologram of a woman forms near him. 'Damn it if only he didn't take the poison.'

/Boss, I have the files you asked me to collect/ then the hologram fades away.

Oki taps his watch thrice, and the watch extends and turns into a gauntlet, then files collected by April pops up as a hologram.

"I will send these to Nezu, and I will look into more after the internship starts. This is the best I can do for now..." Oki saying that leaves the room. 'Eri, I know how it is like to be lost. You will be free, and I will make sure of it. Please just don't lose hope.'

In the meeting room-

"Nezu, I am going to do some investigations." Aizawa saying that he leaves after reading the files.

"Ok," Nezu nods. "Also, if you find things try to covert OPS."

"I still can't get over the things Oki found out," Nezu speaks out loud while pouring himself a tea.

"Yeah, young Oki was efficient with info gathering, and these files show that most of the people have gone berserk near Jakku and Nighteye's agency is the closest. I will inform him," All Might turns back into his skeletal form and walks out.

Nezu nods and waves his hand, and in the meeting room, there was just Nezu and no one else.

*sigh* "Oki... why didn't you inform me that you are going on vigilante work and not on the walk, you said. Well, we got something, and I can't refute that you brought things to light faster and this something that will give us an edge." Nezu speaks out to himself. 'If only you inherited One For All, why decline it... ... ' Nezu was having trouble with thoughts thinking of Oki declining OFA.

'Well seems like he is his grandfather's grandson after all. Without a quirk and always doing things the most efficient.'

All Might, after leaving the meeting room, texts Izuku.

\Come to Dagobah\ All Might after typing that sighs and thinks about Oki, 'what would have happened if you inherited One For All Oki? Why hate it but not me? Why forgive me but not the quirk?'

Though he had these things in mind, he knew the answer.

Oki didn't inherit the OFA due to him believing it as a curse, and it was also why he lost Yui and others. Oki didn't hate All Might due to one reason being they were a family, and All Might was always there for him.

All Might always felt happy and proud of Oki. He was proud that Oki, due to his determination, has become someone that the boundary which he always believed 'that hero has to have a quirk if not it was nothing' was no more.

'I now see the difference between Young Oki and Midoriya.' All Might sighs 'One who does things all the way through and always tries to complete it in the best way, highly willed and determined and thinks things through but still rushes out when someone is in danger even though he knows that he is at a disadvantage. The other is the same, no difference... no they are similar, not the same.'

All Might turns into his bulky form and thought of saying Midoriya about his relationship with Oki.

Midoriya P.O.V-

After I opened my U.A acceptance later, All Might finally came in touch with me again.

"Come on faster! Faster!" I ran as if my life depended on it. I was so happy that I joined U.A and did not let down All Might.

I reached the tool shed near the Dagobah beach, and I can see All Might in his true form standing there looking at the waves. 'All Might!'

I rushed and entered the white beach. All Might turned around and was about to lift his right hand probably for a 'Hi', and so my body reacted.

"HI! ALL MIGHT!" I shouted with teary eyes. I was so happy that I got to meet him again.

*Blurgh* "Too loud, kid" All Might spits blood saying that.

"Huh, All Might's here?""NO way!", A couple who were at the beach started searching for All Might.

'I am sorryy!' I yell in my mind, I should say it to All Might.

"Way to blow my cover, says it was a mistake." All Might waving hand says with a hurried look.

"I was just kidding. Nothing to see here" My hands wave as if I am just dancing and saying no.

"Lame" "I want an autograph" The couple seem down, and it is my fault.

"Congrats on getting in." All Might lifts his hand and opens his palms.

'Is he asking me to give a high-five!'

"I couldn't have done it without your help." I high five saying that. 'Yes!'

"Speaking of which, I didn't tell anyone at U.A. That I have been training you or anything." Wait... what?

"Hmm", I was confused.

"Really, I wasn't one of the judges, and I didn't pull any strings for you. You are in that spot all on your own." All Might saying that made me feel happy.

"Woow, thanks for telling me. I am glad to hear that." I bend and thank All Might, then I remember. "Oh! Yeah. I was really surprised to hear that you were going to be a teacher at U.A this year. I was wondering what brought you here all of a sudden. After all, your agency is in Minato, Tokyo, and everyone knows-"

"Getting Sleepy," All Might says, and my face kinda felt idiotic.

All Might walks turns and walks towards the water. "The school didn't want me to tell around until they made an official announcement. It seems like for us two it is timing, and easy a way for a new to inherit One For All.'

So that's it, he was planning on giving it to a U.A student. Someone who is strong, who already had a quirk.

"Your power completely wrecked my body. And. All I did was jump and throw one punch... I-I can't control it. What do I do?" Was I depressed? Yes, someone other than me could have inherited the power and would do things better than I can.

"You 'ill learn to manage it in time."

Huh?

"Hoping to master it right away is like asking a baby to run a marathon. You still have to learn the process of how to walk."

"Yeah..." Wait... wait! "Wait! You knew that I was gonna get hurt that badly!"

"Well, we were in a time crunch. But it turned out alright. Plus, now you know what you are dealing with." All Might saying that picks up two gas cans. "Right now, your quirk is either all or nothing. One day you will learn to control your output. Then you will be able to adjust your output, exactly how much power you are using."

"I just need control?" I look at All Might, thinking what he said.

"Yeah, your body is overflowing with energy at the moment. With training, you will hold it better." All Might turned into his hero mode and crushed the can. "Then ITS YOUrs to COmanD."

Yes, I need training. I need to train much harder.

"Look, it really is All Might" "No way, where did he come from?" The couple who were at their business seems to be attracted towards All Might's mightiness.

"RIght now we run" All Might runs forward.

"Hu-Okay", I follow behind All Might, who seems to be running at my speed.

I was running behind All Might, then he, out of the blue, stops and seems to be serious.

"Young Izuku... I need to tell you something."

(A/N)- I know half of the chapter is copy-pasted from anime, so before saying things, please read this.

The initial chapter went as high as 3500+ words, and it was too long. Though I could have cut the things from anime and made it a more straightforward and smaller version, it still came close to 3000, so I decided not to. It was something impactful, and I didn't want to remove it. I am sorry for it.
