Chapter 35: Prey

"Why is this half and half bastard here!?" Katsuki pointed at Shoko, bristling.

"She asked for some training. I'm not one to deny her that privilege." Alex shrugged.

"Am I unwelcome here?" Shoko looked at Alex and Katsuki winced at that.

"Hah, Katsuki play nice. Shoko's our classmate, she isn't here to sabotage you or anybody." Alex sighed.

"But... But she'll cut on my training time!" Katsuki glared at her.

"Ohh? Don't worry Katsuki, I have a pretty good plan for this. You'll be sparring with Shoko with her newfound control over her powers." Alex smiled wryly.

He then patted her head, she was like an angry chihuaua that smelled another dog on him.

"Ey! Stop ruffling my hair you motherfucker!" Katsuki took his hand off of her, though Shoko noticed that it wasn't as violent as she would've done normally.

"Ahhhh, you like him huh? Is that the reason?" Shoko blurted out and Katsuki craned her neck towards her like a rusty bolt.

"W-what did you say!? You half and half bastard!" Katsuki almost charged at her and Alex had to keep her back.

"Katsuki, calm down! Geez." Alex hugged her tightly and Shoko nodded at her.

"Is that your plan too? To make him hug you tightly like that? You are quite devious, Bakugou-san." Shoko was amazed at her plans.

"W-wha!?" Katsuki blushed like a tomato as she noticed that his arms were over her abdomen and shoulders.

And she could feel his rock-hard body on her back. Especially his bulge on her butt.

"Y-you! Let's fight! Right here and now!" Katsuki's eyes went bloodshot.

'M-my butt touched his... His thing...' Katsuki was projecting on Shoko, hard.

She wanted to beat her up real bad. "Hah, don't go too overboard okay?" Alex raised his hand as a signal for their spar.

Katsuki might be obsessed with being the number one hero. But she's definitely related to Mitsuki.

And with all the testosterone in her body that was raging, she couldn't help but feel explosively horny.

After a brutal fight between the two, they plopped down on the ground.

Thanks to Alex's deceptively simple exercise. Shoko's fire and ice changed to the extreme.

Her fire can now turn extremely thin, like dangerous plasma blades due to her precision and accuracy, a testament to her talent which rivals Katsuki's.

The ice she conjures wasn't random anymore and she can control it much more easily.

It also got strengthened a lot. Alex thought that she would definitely rival the strongest monster in his shop one day which has the same powers as her.

The frozen seraphim dragon, Disufiroa. Though that would take years upon years of training.

As the Disufiroa could combine fire and ice seamlessly. And its temperature changes are so vicious that a whole country would be in ruins just because of its mere presence.

"Not bad, half and half bastard." Katsuki gave her a look of begrudging respect.

"You too, explosive girl." Shoko fired back and they bumped fists.

"Isn't it beautiful? A friendship forming right in front of me." Alex teared up and they deadpanned at him.

Alex then brought in some soba for Shoko and she immediately focused on that.

"How are you feeling, Katsuki? Making progress?" Alex asked her and she nodded.

"I'm still a bit lacking to do the bullet dive you want me to do. But I'm working on it." Katsuki grinned.

An idea he got from one of the elder dragon level monsters in his system, the Bazelguese.

It was a b-52 bomber wyvern that would carpet bomb whole ecosystems or dive bomb monsters and hunters alike.

"I'm proud of you Katsuki, you've gone a long way. Back then, you'd just lash out on anyone." Alex rubbed her head and she froze.

She then looked at the side, seeing that Shoko was engrossed in her soba. She let him be.

"Hmph, of course I would do great. I'm fucking Katsuki Bakugou." She had a smidgeon of a smile on her face.

"That you are, Mitsuki would love to see how far you've come." Alex smiled at her and her face soured a bit.

"Can you not talk about the hag?" She pouted at him.

"D-did you just pout at me? Wow, you looked kinda cute." He laughed and she punched him.

"Shaddup!" Katsuki grumbled as he gave her a noogie.

"You'll do great, try to take the number 1 spot from me in the future okay?" Alex chuckled.

*+300 affection with Katsuki for believing in her and trusting her.*

"O-ohhh, thanks." Katsuki tried twirling her unruly hair, making him chuckle.

"You'll be having your mid-terms. You can fail, but you already know what will happen if you do." Aizawa informed them and a few wailed in despair.

"Noooo! I'm still bad at studying!" Mina was at the 19th spot in grades.

"Like hell you are! I'm at the last place!" Denki was in despair.

"Huh? Studying is easy." Kirishima who was at the 6th place shrugged.

"Kuuu! You bastard! I thought we were bros!" Denki pointed at him accusingly.

They never expected Kirishima to be the studying type. They thought he's the punch now ask questions later type of guy.

"I seriously lost to Kirishima?" Mina did an orz.

"Everyone, how about a study session?" Momo got excited.

She wanted to bring her classmates to her home. The only one who's been there is her group after all.

And that was only once to ask permission for her to stay at Alex's.

"Ohhh! Yaoyorozu is at number 2! We'll definitely pass with her help." Denki was excited.

"Tch, it's just studying. How can you be bad at that?" Katsuki who was at the number 5 spot snorted.

She just couldn't beat the nerds like Melissa, who was at 3rd and Izumi who was 4th.

"Only you, Bakugou." Mashirao sighed as she said that like it was a matter of fact.

"Hey, Yaoyorozu-san. Can I join too? I'm having problems with my quadratic formulas." Kyoka smiled wryly.

"That's fine desuwa! My family normally prepares 2nd leaf darjeeling from India! Or Ceylon that has a more robust flavor, what would you like!?" Momo was excited.

"Ahhhh, she's speaking rich huh?" The others couldn't understand what she was saying.

"It's tea, just pick one. They all taste good." Alex gave them advice.

"Hey, isn't this a chance?" Mina whispered to Izumi.

"A chance for what?" Izumi raised a brow at Mina's cheshire smile.

"To seduce Alex, dummy!" Mina grinned at her and Izumi blushed like a tomato.

"W-what!? But that's..." Izumi hesitated and Mina snorted.

"Then it's fine with you if I go and try seduce him?" Mina gave her a seductive smile.

"That... No. I was with him first!" Izumi was determined.

"Atta girl, now. Why don't we think of how you'll do it?" Mina giggled.

"I-it's fine with you? You like him too, right?" Izumi frowned.

"Well, I'm kind of a people pleaser. Besides, if you fumble. Then I'll go and swoop in anyways." Mina shrugged.

"Mina... Okay, thank you." Izumi sincerely thanked her as she didn't have the social skills to try and get Alex to like her.

And she was sure that he wouldn't just simply fall on her lap. He obviously loved women who aren't afraid to make the first move.

With Mitsuki and Rumi being his lovers and all. It was a done deal.

They then started planning operation study buddy.

__Yaoyorozu household__

Arriving at the Yaoyorozu estate, everyone who hasn't seen it before looked at the place with awe.

"What the hell... I knew she was rich, but not this rich." Denki almost had a stroke.

"Let us go in, it is bad manners to just gawk around here." Mezo urged them to go in.

Entering the hall which Momo prepared for them, they waited right there.

"Young masters, lady Momo is pre-occupied at the moment. Please wait here as we serve you refreshments." Maids and butlers bowed at them.

"I'm getting goosebumps..." Kyoka shuddered, she just saw the difference in status.

She was currently fidgeting around her seat. 'I never expected that my ramblings about Alex would get mom and dad to call grandfather...'

And Alex was currently in front of Yaoyorozu, Senzaemon. The chairman of their group of companies that is unrivaled in Japan.

"What's your name, brat?" Senzaemon glared at him.

"Now, now, that isn't how you should speak to Momo-chan's 'friend' father." Misumi went fufufu.

"I'm Alexander Godfrey, aren't you rude? Shouldn't you introduce yourself first before wanting to know the other party's name? Old man?" Alex squinted his eyes.

"This brat! I knew it! You should break up with him Momo! He's even disrespecting his elders! Wryyyyy!" Momo's dad got whacked by Misumi.

"Daddy..." Momo blushed like a tomato in embarrassment.

"Hoh? You've got some balls on you, kid. I'm Senzaemon Yaoyorozu." He smiled at him and Alex nodded.

"What a rude old fart, you think you can intimidate me? I go on fist fights with Allmight all the time." Alex didn't like him already.

"Guhahaha! The audacity of this kid!" Senzaemon gave a heart laugh.

"Uhhh, grandfather. Alex actually got a draw with Allmight already." Momo backed him up and the old man almost choked on his own spit.

They then stared at each other for a hot minute.

"Fine, I accept you as the next heir of the Yaoyorozus." Senzaemon sighed.

"Eh, pass." Alex shrugged and his eyes almost bulged out of their sockets.

"What!? You think being a Yaoyorozu isn't good enough, brat?" Senzaemon glared at him.

"I mean, yeah? Why would I be a Yaoyorozu? If I'm gonna marry Momo, her name would be Godfrey. It's much cooler too." Alex snorted.

"Alex! You're too bold desuwa." Momo fidgeted around.

"You think you have the influence to make her adopt your name?" Senzaemon raised a brow.

"The matter of fact is, I do. I'm richer than your whole company. And all of my funds is liquid. And we already patented the arc reactors.

I can be the richest person in the world with the whole energy sector at my fingertips." Alex grinned smugly.

Senzaemon was speechless and Misumi puffed her chest in pride.

"We can just make another heir for the Yaoyorozus, father." Misumi shrugged.

"Tch, do as you wish. Are you sure about this, Momo?" Senzaemon asked her.

"I... I want to be with Alex desuwa." Momo put a hand on her cheek as she blushed cutely.

"Then so be it." Senzaemon lit up a cigar and poured himself a glass of whiskey.

"Let's go, Momo." Alex took her hand and her father was crying tears of blood.

"They grow up so fast, isn't that right? Father?" Misumi smiled softly.

"Too goddamned fast, Momo is my baby girl! And she got herself a man already! It's too quick Misumi!" Senzaemon cried as well and Misumi had to pacify two grown babies.

"You were so cool, Alex. Standing up to grandfather like that." Momo smiled at him.

"It was nothing, Old people shouldn't have a say in what you want to do." Alex shrugged.

"Alex... Come on, we should start our study session!" Momo pulled on him as she beamed.

Alex, Momo, Melissa, and Izumi then helped everyone prepare for the mid-term.

"Whew, I can do this. Remember the lines." Izumi stole a look on Alex.

And when he went to took a breather, she ambushed him.

"A-A-Alex. Can I have a bit of your time?" Izumi cursed herself for stuttering.

"Hmm? Sure?" Alex chuckled as she was still a nervous wreck after all this time.

"Ummm.... Uhhh..." Izumi twiddled her thumbs.

"Yeahhhh?" Alex raised a brow and she closed her eyes tightly.

"I really like you! You... You're like an angel that swooped in and protected me. Changed my life. You're the reason who I am now today." Izumi looked at him with passion.

"Wow, that's a bit overexaggerating?" Alex scratched his head.

"No... All of my achievements today was possible due to you." Izumi hugged him tightly and she snuggled her head on his chest.

"You're my guardian angel. Just thinking about you hurts. I love you so much that I get dizzy just being by your side." Izumi confessed sincerely.

"Wow... I never thought you liked me that much." Alex was surprised.

"Un... I love you, Alex." Izumi looked up at him with teary eyes.

"How can I say no to such a heartfelt confession?" Alex sighed.

Izumi then bit her cheek so hard it almost bled.

She tiptoed to kiss him as she put her arms over his shoulder.

"Hngh, your smell is intoxicating." Izumi bit her lip with half-lidded eyes.

"It's not nearly enough." Izumi got inebriated by his passive pheromones. His musk was too strong.

She inserted her tongue inside of his mouth and he got surprised once again.

"You're a greedy one, aren't you?" Alex lifted her chin and smirked at her.
