Settling in

These last 2 days have been kinda hectic for me, I got back to New York to buy a laptop, tablet and phone because I forgot they have wi-fi here and I thought, I wouldn't need them well turns out I do, the masters give out schedules and summons by email who knew.

Got my little room in Kamar-Taj fixed up, this place is huge it was designed to have people/students here, obviously, the bigger your rank the better your room.

I totally forgot about my inventory until I bought stuff at the store and put them in it. The jet, corpses, weapons and Mistery Box were just sitting there.

So I sold the corpses 5p each, idk why or what logic it follows and I don't care, 15 points from them, sold the weapons for a total of 1500p an entire armory worth, kept a few guns for personal use, then the jet, since I would get a Sling Ring, the jet is no longer needed so it was sold for 10K, and my total points are 11645.

HAHAHAHA I'M RICH, well until I spend it all in a few moments. I just stopped sat there starting blankly then facepalmed

I'm glad I stopped myself from doing something incredibly stupid.

Since I will be learning magic it will drastically change my current fighting style, I'll transition from assassin to mage, from Dex to Int.

And my Int currently is very low, so it will be easier to raise the stat by training/studying.

The smart thing to do is learn Eldritch Magic then buy what's needed, and that's what I'll do, I need to make a 'Hatsu' too, but I want to incorporate magic in it so that will have to wait as well.

Well, I'm fine with that, this way I'm less prone to make a mistake that I'll regret later on, I still got a few months before Ultron, then I can try to steal the stone from Stark Tower and stop a psychotic android from destroying Sakovia, that and I don't want to deal with him, the stone will be a pain to get if it's in Ultron or Vision, so just steal it when they get the scepter.

I just need to learn to use the sling ring, with good enough proficiency I can use it to steal stuff like when Strange stole from the library.

Now about the Mystery Box, since I'm settled in I can open it in peace, I don't expect much since it's a Low-Lvl one. Opening the Box annnddd

Well, that was unexpected, but very welcome, even though I don't plan to fight close up anymore, I will still train my body, a sound body is a sound mind and all that, my 'Nen' will increase too.

So the first thing they did was learning languages, training their version of kung fu, meditating, and trying to access the energy from empty dimensions. I finally showed a spark in the sling ring training on the 5th day. I just kept studying, meditating, magic/mystic arts training, Nen training and repeat. This went on for about a month.

My stats have grown a lot the past month, I have been constantly training without any restraints, this isn't like when I was imprisoned, I can train and full power, without worrying a thing, the mirror dimension is a great benefit for me, I can test my abilities all I want. The skill list has improved too.

For 'Nen' I have mastered a lot of techniques only 'En' is a work in progress, I still haven't gotten started on 'Hatsu'. 'Ko' was so much fun to use, focus all strength in my fist and just punch, man that was fun (Ten x2, Ken x4, Ren x5, Ko x10 multiplier) I made a huge hole in the mountain.

I have mastered a few beginner spells, just train in them until I drop, there ain't another way to do it, Ultron has been on my mind recently, I don't think I can fight the Avengers the way I am now, even to run away, so I have been thinking about a 'Hatsu' I could make to deal with this, I want one for magic and the stones, but if I make 2 strong 'Hatsus' without any correlation to each other it will be counterproductive.

(You can make more than 1, but most people don't do it, because its more useful to focus and develop one strong Hatsu, instead of 2-3 weak ones)

So I do the only thing I can do, sit my ass down and meditate on the solution, I'm determined to stay until I figure it out. I meditate for 5 days straight and I still don't have any answers, so I go deeper into my mind into my subconscious, 'Hatsu' is an expression of self. What do I want? What do I like? What is my goal? I keep asking myself. I want to learn magic, I want to travel safely, I want to be powerful, to be free, for that I need magic and the stones, but the stones are too much, they will attract greedy people, I won't have peace and they only work in this Universe, I will not be bound like that.

Then it comes to me, the answer has been hidden inside my head for weeks, a way to combine both, magic and the stones, as soon as I figure it out I open my eyes and see The Bald One standing in front of me.

"Welcome back to the land of the living Mr. Ward, I hope you were successful in getting your answers" why can't she just say it normally, I found it fun to talk like that at the start, but it gets old fast

"What do you mean?"

"What I mean is you have been in deep meditation for almost 3 weeks, your heartbeat, your lungs, your entire body slowed down so that it looked like you died"

"I have been meditating for 3 weeks?!" Shit Ultron is less than a month away (it's in the same year, I have no idea about the months just that Ultron happened in May, I'm making this shit up as I go)

"Yes quite impressive, entering deep meditation is quite difficult for beginners, now that your awake, you have much to catch up to" she smirks at me

"Sure no problem but I need one more day, I found my answer now I just have to use it" I smirk back at her

"Very well Mr. Ward I shall see you in a day, I must admit I'm quite curious what you have discovered that excites you so"

"You will see soon, and I'm sure it will be something you have never seen before" I say mysteriously, can't help myself
