Marvel: Emperor Reborn

A Story of THE EMPEROR who will Make the Biggest Empire Known throughout the multiverse P.S: This is my first book, also the first time writing anything. Additionally, I am not a professional or aspiring writer; I am a computer engineering student bored out of his wits. Also, the famed line: English is not my first language; Hindi is, but I will only improve the paragraphs with the help of AI.(Edited Using AI) Updates will be slow because I am a student, but I will try to complete this fic no matter how bad the story gets. Hopefully not too bad ;) Patreon: Outer_God_KingOfWN, You can support by donating if you like the story.) A/N: Cover is Not Mine

Power Scale From Fictional Indexing Wiki

Note: Here are the power levels currently used as a reference, but they will be changed as the story continues.

Level 12: (Lower Dimensional)

The level which defines infinitesimally smaller objects which are generally completely incapable of affecting any higher level above themselves. These levels are not given definitive energy levels, as Joules cannot be applied to these objects.

12-C: Meaningless - Characters who's existence or power is on a similar scale to 0 Dimensional structures.

12-B: Linear - Characters who's existence or power is on a similar scale to 1 Dimensional structures.

12-A: Planar - Characters who's existence or power is on a similar scale to 2 Dimensional structures.

High 12-A: High Planar - Those that are bound to a lower plane, but are not described or portrayed as genuinely or entirely 2 Dimensional, such as characters bound to Video Games or Drawings within their own context.

Level 11: (Microscopic)

The level at which the smaller boundaries of generally considered objects can be defined, generally imperceptible.

11-C: Quantum - Those much smaller than the likes of Quarks, typically similar in scale to that of the Planck Length.

10-B: Humanoid - Those similar in scale to human-sized animals.

10-A: High Humanoid - Those superior to average humans, similar in scale to larger animals.

Level 9: (Superhuman)

The level in which Humans alone cannot reach under most circumstances, that of massive animals, vehicles, or small explosives.

9-C: Superhuman - Those who are generally superhuman in nature, and can achieve superhuman feats.

9-B: Wall Scale - Those capable of breaking through walls with their power alone.

9-A: Room Scale - Those capable of destroying entire rooms with their power.

Level 8: (Urban)

The level at which a user can destroy a small urban area, generally reached by larger explosives.

Low 8-C: Small Building Scale - Those capable of destroying small buildings (Such as houses or small stores) with their power alone.

8-C: Building Scale - Those that are capable of destroying average buildings (Such as Shops, or other typical commercial buildings) with their power.

High 8-C: Large Building Scale - Those that are capable of destroying large buildings (Such as skyscrapers or more) with their power alone.

Low 8-B: Street Scale - Those that are capable of destroying typical streets containing buildings or more with their power.

8-B: City Block Scale - Those that are capable of destroying entire city blocks typically containing many large buildings with their power.

8-A: Suburban Scale - Those who's power allows them to destroy large suburban areas, such as City Blocks, or anything similar.

Level 7: (Nuclear)

The strongest level Humanity has currently reached, similar in scale to Nuclear Bombs.

Low 7-C: Small Town Scale - Those who can destroy small towns with their level of power.

7-C: Town Scale - Those who's power allows them to destroy average towns.

High 7-C: Large Town Scale - Those who can destroy larger towns using their power.

Low 7-B: Small City Scale - Those who's power allows them to destroy small cities.

7-B: City Scale - Those who's power allows them to destroy full sized cities.

7-A: Mountain Scale - Those that are capable of destroying entire mountains with their sheer power.

Level 6: (Global)

A level beyond anything Humanity has currently achieved, generally only reached by powerful natural disasters such as Large Meteorites, Super Volcanoes, and more.

6-C: Island Scale - Those capable of destroying Islands using their power.

High 6-C: Large Island Scale - Those capable of destroying large islands, or harming those with a similar level of Resilience with their attacks

Low 6-B: Small Country Scale - Those who can destroy small countries with a single attack.

6-B: Country Scale - Those who are capable of destroying entire full sized countries in a single attack.

6-A: Continent Scale - Those that can destroy entire continents using their massive power.

High 6-A: Global Scale - Those who can destroy the surface of entire planets with their sheer power alone.

Level 5: (Planetary)

A level refined for Planet Busters and higher, capable of destroying celestial bodies.

5-C: Moon Scale - Those that can destroy moons with their power.

Low 5-B: Small Planet Scale - Those that can destroy small planets with their power.

5-B: Planet Scale - Those who's power allows them to destroy entire planets.

High 5-B: Large Planet Scale - Those that can affect or destroy larger planetary bodies with their attacks.

Low 5-A: Small Star Scale - Those who can destroy small stellar bodies with their attacks.

5-A: Star Scale - Those who can destroy stars similar to our own using only their own power.

High 5-A: Large Star Scale - Those who can destroy the largest of stars with their sheer power alone.

Level 4: (Systemic)

A level that can destroy entire Solar Systems and more through power alone, the most powerful events in the universe such as Gamma Ray Bursts, Black Holes, and more are the only events known reach this level.

4-C: System Scale - Those that can destroy entire solar systems with their sheer power.

4-B: Multi-System Scale - Those that can wipe out multiple solar systems in a singular attack with their massive power.

Low 4-A: Nebula Scale - Those that can destroy or affect a nebula sized area using their power, typically light years in scale.

4-A: Sub-Galaxy Scale - Those that can destroy almost everything within any given galaxy, this would include Planets, Stars, and more, but not typically the likes of more durable objects like Neutron Stars.

Level 3: (Cosmic)

The level that describes being strong enough to destroy entire Galaxies and more in single attacks.

Low 3-C: Small Galaxy Scale - Those who can affect or destroy entire galaxies similar to our own Milky Way with their power alone.

3-C: Galaxy Scale - Those who can affect or destroy entire galaxies similar to our own Milky Way with their power alone.

High 3-C: Large Galaxy Scale - Profiles that can destroy entire massive galaxies much larger than our Milky Way, up to the size of IC 1011.

Low 3-B: Multi-Galaxy Scale - Those that can affect or destroy multiple close galaxies in a single attack.

3-B: Galactic Cluster Scale - Those who's power renders them a threat to entire clusters of Galaxies

High 3-B: Galactic Supercluster Scale - Those who can affect or destroy entire galactic superclusters with their abilities

Low 3-A: Low Cosmic Scale - Characters who's power is on a massively cosmic scale, those who are capable of affecting or destroying the largest objects in the universe or objects similar in size with their abilities

3-A: Cosmic Scale - Characters who are able to affect or destroy 3 Dimensional objects larger than the observable universe with their abilities.

High 3-A: High Cosmic Scale - Characters who's power allows them to affect or destroy an infinite amount of matter or create infinite amounts of energy by 3 Dimensional standards.

Note that a simple "Infinite Energy" statement is generally not enough to qualify for this level, as many of these can be considered Hyperbole.

Level 2: (Multiversal)

The level which describes typical universe and multiverse busters, those that are capable of destroying entire space-time oriented universal structures through their immense power.

2-C: Universe Scale - Characters who can destroy a universe entirely, including Matter, Space, and Time. Please note that we generally assume that if a character destroys a Universe, they also destroy the space-time, as typical universe busting feats are typically treated equally in fiction.

2-B: Multiverse Scale - Characters who can destroy two to any higher finite number of Universes.

2-A: High Multiverse Scale - Characters who can destroy an Infinite Multiverse or number of Universes.

Level 1: (Transcendent)

The Level which describes truly transcendent entities, those that cannot be interacted with on any lower level, including Higher Dimensional Entities, and beyond.

Low 1-C: Hyperversal - Characters who's existence or power is equal to that of 5 to 6 Dimensional Structures.

1-C: High Hyperversal - Characters who's existence or power is equal to that of 7 to 11 Dimensional Structures.

1-B: Complex Hyperversal - Characters who's existence or power is equal to that of 12 to any higher Finite Dimensional Structures.

High 1-B: High Complex Hyperversal - Characters who's existence or power is equal to that of Infinite Dimensional Structures.

Low 1-ALow Outerversal - Characters who's existence or power is equal to that of Structures superior to or 1 hierarchical step above any number of dimensions.

1-AOuterversal - Characters who's existence or power is equal to any finite amount of hierarchical levels above baseline

Low 1-A, just as it is above anything below itself, bound to a similar system, but simply a higher number of steps into said system.

High 1-AHigh Outerversal - Characters who's existence or power is beyond the scale of 1-A structures, seeing Outerversal characters as insignificant much like they do with those below themselves, those who are above an infinite number of jumps above Low 1-A, creating a higher form of transcendence from the 1-A Ranking System.

Level 0: (Boundless)

0: Boundless - Characters who's true scope is beyond anything that can be realistically defined in comparison to anything below them. Completely surpassing anything else defined within lower levels of reality, not generally bound by any levels or systems within their own context. Seeing even High 1-A structures as completely irrelevant, with a single jump between High 1-A and 0 being superior to any jump previously mentioned in the Power Scale. Or those who are fundamentally superior to the likes of High 1-A structures on a level higher than any amount High 1-A jumps. Much like High 1-A transcends the 1-A Ranking System entirely, Level 0 transcends that of High 1-A.Boundless Characters would not be bound to any Level 1 system, meaning no value on their Ranking System would be enough to justify or equate to Level 0.
