"Of course!" the boy nodded, recalling what Chen Yue had said before leaving Littleroot Town. He couldn't help but admire again, "Boss is really a good person!"

Wattson took a deep breath, no longer dwelling on it, and jovially said, "I'm delighted to see a promising Trainer like you! Here, this is your proof of defeating me!"

He handed a lightning-shaped badge to the boy.

After defeating the Gym, the boy left, and Wattson received video calls from Roxanne, the Gym Leader of Rustboro City, and Brawly, the Gym Leader of Dewford Town.

Roxanne blinked curiously and looked behind Wattson, asking, "Have any new rookie Trainers challenged you recently?"
