“How are you feeling?” Taine asked as I stumbled on the way to the couch.
“Funny, I think I’m tipsy.” I laughed.
“Give me that!" He exclaimed as I was about to take another sip.
“That’s mine!”
“Jane listen.” He stated seriously and asked, “Remember that time I told you we need to talk.”
“Yeah, but we got busy.” I smiled as I pulled on his shirt.
“It’s about Sebastian.” He stated and all the happiness drained from me.
“What about him?” I snapped as I got up and walked over to the window.
“I’ve been noticing some weird things about him…” He began, waiting for me to defend Sebastian but I just kept quiet and let him continue.
“I know you won’t believe me.” He added, “Sebastian is not normal. What I mean is he doesn’t seem to know how society works, like he used to follow you around at school and he’s constantly watching you. Maybe he’s madly in love with I don’t know but he seems obsessed.”
I laughed and Taine blushed embarrassed.
