Xena and Yao

Project Y was the completey pureblooded Sulong born Mink that possessed their advantages without the major flaws and disadvantages with excellent potential within its body.

His own body possessed immense talent and once trained properly, it is capable of producing and controlling more Electro the stronger it becomes while his previous strong vitality and regenerative abilities were altered to improve his recovery rate.

One child was born with high physical abilities and greater powers but eventually, there may be physical limitations that may stop her from growing stronger.

Later in life she should be able to handle a sweet commander like the Germa 66 but other opponents may be out of reach for her unless she puts great efforts into improving herself and learning Haki or other techniques.

Project Y was born with lower starting stats and powers but gained the complete transformation of the Sulong which enhanced his physical stats from birth and let him use more Electro from an early age and as he grows, it will only increase further as he grows older and stronger which could allow him to perhaps surpass his sister one day if she should slack off.

Another difference was that although Xena possessed the beast sense and transformation state to gain extra advantages in combat, project Y had an advantage from his enhanced senses that came with his already completed and permanent Sulong form.

His appearance was the natural shape of a baby kangaroo with a small and almost unnoticeable amount of human resemblance but he seemed to possess human like intelligence as his eyes were curiously looking around his surroundings trying to make out the image of several objects around him.

He had long white hair all over many parts of his body, red Sulong eyes, sharp claws which would tear through many things or allow him a greater ability to hold onto enemies but also a pair of powerful legs and a tail.

Although his pure white hair was long, it was not overly outrageous so it did not get in the way of his movements or would not cause any difficult problems for him.

She looked at the male animal shaped baby within and held its small hand as it happily kicked its small legs and clutched onto her hand with its own. "Hmm.. naming you is difficult since most male names under Y are generally weird ones or sound a little weird. Yorik? Yan? Yoda? Yuri? Yeno? Hah… Yasu? Yano? Yassim? Ygor? Nope!"

She massaged her head as she tried to dig into her memories to find a suitable name for the child before her.

In several novels that she had read, there appeared one word or term which was used to describe monsters or strange creatures which was either Yao Beast or Yaoguai but she was not too sure about the correctness of the translations but she quite liked the sound of it.

She looked over towards both babies and then spoke softly. "So it is Xena and Yao Lucine."

Yao best fit with his current beastly appearance so she liked it a lot so after naming them and making sure they were stable she allowed people to come inside so they would not be disturbed.

As for the mothers that gave birth to them that had no blood relations to them, they were receiving aftercare as their bodies were to recover after giving birth.

"Woww. So cute!"

"Quiet.."

"Sorry…"

"Alyssia, is this the Sulong form? And it is actually possible to be born like that?"

"Incredible."

"So unique."

"I want to pinch her cute little cheeks."

"Hmph, I will be like their big sister or aunt and watch out for them."

"Tsk, get in line first. You are not the only one that wants to protect these cute little things."

"Aah, let me back in. I want to see them both again."

"The boy looks so mystical and mysterious while the girl looks so pretty."

"We will have our hands full protecting her from the opposite gender in the future."

"Indeed, we elders will have to set a good example for them and take care of them."

Dr Tsukimi stepped forward and placed two small boxes down as he arrived in the room where there were many gifts of different kinds whether it be powdered milk, diapers, clothes, toys or other things.

Alyssia took them both and checked the contents then was shocked. "You.. really went all out on this one."

Dr Tsukimi shook his head as he waved his hand in front of himself. "It is the least I could do considering the good you have done for Baldimore. If anything this is just a small gift compared to what you have given everyone."

Alyssia reluctantly gave up refusing. "Alright then, thank you."

As she took out the contents of the box, two small sized teddy bears appeared before her eyes.

One was a light pink while the other was a light blue and they were quite simple like any other classic teddy bear but the insides were not so soft.

As she looked at the instructions that came with them, her eyes widened as she realised that her kids had been gifted an Automata each.

She followed the instructions as she began registering the two bears to the babies and let them recognise them as their masters and targets for protection but also entertainment.

Although the bears were mainly built as toys to accompany the two children from birth and provide them a playmate or form of entertainment, their main task was to monitor them for any danger that may befall them and try to prevent anything bad from happening to them.

Although the two children were born different from others and had their own uniqueness, from the moment of their birth they received nothing but love, gifts, attention and many advantages that most in the world would cut off their left arm for to have even one of them in their possession.

The children were spoiled from birth and possessed certain traits that even Alyssia did not have upon being born into the One Piece world.

However their birth had been the key for her to achieve things for herself that were previously impossible.

Everyone began taking turns looking after the two babies as Yao and Xena were getting used to being fed, changed and gradually began adapting to their environment and moving around in their bodies outside of the womb.

Alyssia, Tristan and the others kept a close watch over their development and kept records to assist with additional research notes after the completion of the project which helped her towards the research that she and Tristan were working on together.

Much later in the future, the two children would grow up to have their own adventures and establish their own clan or direct bloodline that were under the names Were and Sulong.

However time was running out for everyone as the flow of the world was beginning as it was intended to as her seventeenth birthday was soon approaching and Luffy's journey would begin so there was little time for Alyssia to rest as she continued to train, research and continue several other projects with the addition of the new borns.

If she had been alone, she really did not know how she would have been able to cope with it all but everyone was more than happy to offer their aid.
