Prologue - No smoke without fire

In a forest belonging to the Land of Fire, on a sunny spring afternoon, a young man was walking. With black hair, rather short on the sides, but quite long on the top, the blue eyes of this man seemed to see a kind of mist.

"Sniff, sniff..."

After breathing in the air, his nose gave him information about a theory he had. From his smell, this mist was nothing more than smoke, coming from a source that was quite far away for the moment. His theory was quickly confirmed by the fact that his eyes were starting to tingle in the midst of this smoke.

"I should go take a closer look at that. ", concluded the walker.

The closer he got to the supposed source, the less distinguishable his face became. Those blue eyes became dark sockets, the two triangular spots his cheeks approached quickly blended with his natural skin tone, before his face became a silhouette just a few feet away from his position. As he got closer and closer to the burning place, he could feel more and more the heat of the fire, which strangely did not seem to spread. It took him only a few more seconds before he heard a female scream.

"Help! I'm way too young to die!!! "

In an Olympian calm, the young adult took out of one of his pockets a spherical object, red in color, with a symbol on it. This symbol was that of a black flame. After having seized the object in question, the boy pulled the front of his white t-shirt under his black open shirt, where one could see a kind of spherical slit in his chest.

"Don't worry, I'm here! Don't panic, you might run out of air, give me a second. "He explained to the girl in distress that he could not yet see through all the smoke and the flames probably reaching three or four meters high.

As soon as he said these words, the young man inserted the red sphere in the hollow at the top of his chest.

"FIRE MODE. LEVEL ONE. "

The triangular shapes on his cheeks initially black, turned purple, before turning completely red.

He then held out his right arm, palm wide open.

"Absorption! "he shouted, while closing that same palm abruptly.

Within seconds, the fire disappeared. It took a few more seconds for the smoke to start dissipating into the air, little by little.

"Are you okay? ", asked the rescuer to the young damsel in distress.

By the time he spoke these words, he was beginning to make out a figure, rather small and thin, before he distinctly saw the girl he had just rescued. She had pink hair, styled in pigtails, one on each side of her hair that seemed rather long. Large green eyes decorated her pale face, as well as a small smile.

"But wait... ", murmured the young man.

He had just realized that the girl had a particular object. A sphere similar to his own, pale pink in color, hanging from a bracelet attached to the wrist of the girl.

"- Is that a stone you have there? It doesn't look like an elemental though, what is it-".

"- Hey hey hey...! ", laughed the girl. She completed: "And yes my savior, and you will soon discover its power...! "

By the time the savior realized that he had probably been trapped, these words were spoken by the young child:

"LOVE BREATHE"

The moment these words were uttered from the mouth of the girl, a pastel pink mist was released from her pink stone, with a speed unexpected by the young hero.

"Well, what's this again...? ", he thought.

His eyelids seemed to be getting heavier and heavier.

"Oh, a charm spell? And I'm going to fall asleep at this rate... Well, we'll see where this story takes me... Another crazy thing that happens to me, ahah. ", he thought aloud.

"Huh? He's weird...! Wait, he doesn't have an artifact? What the hell, Yume?! ", exclaimed a , probably, young boy, according to the charmed one, just before falling asleep. He continued without the latter being able to hear him more, being completely asleep by the spell of charm launched by Yume:

"Well, let's bring him back to the cabin anyway. No choice in any case...! Your big sister will probably know what to do with him! ".
