Kamura Village!

After their talk had finished Albert and Chief Fugen had decided to meet up at the Temple in the evening and Chief Fugen would take him around the village that had been under Fugen's protection all these years. But until then Albert had quite a few hours and during times of needing to do something important such as preparing to go out into a place he hadn't been to before, during those times he had to utilize his most masterful talent... Procrastination!

He had taken to trying to grow various more plants in his garden, the seeds that were buried deep in the soil were few and far between. In the ground, he could see a few seeds of certain plants from his memories such as chili peppers, and tarragon, there were even a few bits and pieces of mint seedheads. But the most prominent thing he found were fruit seeds, during his dig up he found about 5 kilos of raw seeds, mostly from fruit that grew in a tropical climate such as pomegranates, mangoes, and even a few papaya and fig seeds could be found.

So he decided that behind his home he would plant a separate garden strictly for fruits, after all, if he can establish good relations with the villagers in Kamura village he could sell quite a few of his fruits and vegetables in order to get more seeds from other climates to grow in his garden. Nonetheless, he decided to first plant a row of three pomegranate trees as their fruit lasted the longest, its most delicious part was not the flesh of the fruit but rather its seeds so it could even last an entire season without becoming inedible.

He had to say the tangle trait made growing the pomegranate trees easy, as they grew in a matter of minutes. Next was the figs, now these trees he had learned from a lot of books that they spread their leaves in large proportions, taking up a lot of shade, of course, it would not be a problem if he had a large amount of space behind his house and, to be honest, he did not have that kind of space.

What he did do was plant about five mango trees surrounding the pomegranate trees, and three more papaya trees around the mango trees, with the tangle trait they grew relatively fast and started producing fruit at an accelerated rate, now the fruit did not decompose as fast which let him have the time to place all the mangoes, papayas and pomegranates in woven bamboo baskets.

Before he knew it it was noon and it was time to eat. Taking out some rather large chunks of BullFango he cut them into cubes and placed them aside, taking out some big cloves of Monk's Pepper he threw them into the large stone bowl he had carved a few nights before. The Bowl had been placed on a fire that was raging on, as a delicious and savory aroma permeated the area.

Then he went and took out some cheese he had made from the gown goat's milk and cut it into eighths, Then he grabbed a large jug of gown goat milk and watched as it poured into the bowl until it filled up halfway, its color had taken a light orange tint and it smell had become delicious. Taking the goat cheese and the meat, he tossed them into the stew and started stirring with an obnoxiously large spoon, if you looked from an outer perspective it would look like a witch mixing a potion in her cauldron.

Nonetheless, the smell attracted monsters from all over the region, whether it be the Barioth or the Great Izumi and its pack, all of them were neatly sitting by the side and waiting for their share of the meal. After a few more spices were tossed in such as wild herbs and ground paprika, the smell became all the more soothing and delicious. (A/N: This is a recipe that my grandma used to make for me when I was sick so if you guys want to you can try it, its portions can vary based on tastes but I preferred mine with extra Goat cheese)

They all sat down and started eating away at their stews, the taste was savory and hot, it wasn't spicy but rather as the stew went into their stomachs it made them feel full, I had a very homely feeling to it and its taste was all the more inviting.

The evening though Albert sat on his porch waiting for Fugen to come and pick him up, around him was a little cart full of baskets with fruit, pumpkins, and pinberries, as well as a few casks of aged pinberry wine. Fugen did not keep him waiting long however as he approached Albert when the sun had just started to set.

"Sorry I am late, once you come we can arrange accommodation for you"-Fugen

"No worries Chief, after all, I won't be there long. I will just tour around the village and sell my wares that's all. Ah, another thing could you provide me with a map from the temple to Kamura village? I might want to come back there again."-Albert

"Yes, it will be provided. Now come, we don't have a large journey but it will certainly take time."-Fugen

Such they started trekking over to what Chief Fugen called the 'Camp', The only issue was that when they reached the cliff where it was located, Albert had to take multiple trips to ensure he brought along his goods. But once they had reached the camp they had a vehicle for transport, that vehicle being the catavan, it was essentially a caravan but it was operated by a felyne.

In a matter of five minutes they had arrived at the destination, Kamura village. Even at dusk the village was bustling, around the entrance he could see various little shops that made a path that lead to a giant stone building. When he entered the village everyone was surprised to see a new face around, especially one with such a unique appearance.

At the moment Albert was dressed in his casual clothing, a black t-shirt, and some rugged brown pants. Walking past the markets and stalls he was greeted by a performer making dango in a very flashy way, obviously showing her expertise with her skill. But as his surrounding became more familiar he set up a small stand around the center of the village itself.

Can we get some powerstones in here? If we can get enough powerstones we can surpass all those edgy fanfics that make their MC suffer.

I wanna imagine the authors faces when they realize that their super epic and edgy fanfic got surpassed by a slime rancher fanfic.

Creation is hard, cheer me up!
