Chapter 15: Cute Nobara and Megumi

A/N: For those who are wondering, I post every 2 days. Which means that the next would be on Tuesday.

Gojo's expression was not the best. He just witnessed the death of a young man with potential. However despite that fact, Gojo remained calm. He did not act according to his emotions and kept himself at bay.

He went to Kumagawa's side and stared at the place where Todo exploded. "Did you really mean to do that?" Gojo asked, shaking his head in resignation. He can't help but do that considering how troublesome this student is. Almost all of Kumagawa's fights ended with him beating his opponent or him collapsing, this time is an eye-opener for Gojo. [Hm? Of course I meant to put him back to pieces] Kumagawa smiled.

Gojo raised his eyebrow looking at the same place but now Todo is there, fully intact. The results of their battle was erased from existence. No matter how many times Gojo see it, it never ceased to amaze him. He kept wondering that if he is the holder of this ability then he might have changed some things in the world. His pride conflicted with that though, it could never accept Gojo being jealous of someone.

"Sigh, you're really twisted. What am I going to do with you" Gojo scratched the back of his head. He is literally out of character right now, which only happens when he is with Kumagawa. He don't know why but this sensation is not repulsive but rather intriguing for him. "Besides…" Gojo raised up a single finger and pushed Kumagawa with it.

With just a simple action and no force included, Kumagawa's body dropped to the ground. "So? How would you tackle this?" Gojo asked looking down at Kumagawa. Kumagawa maintained his smile but even Gojo could spot that it was visibly strained. [Ahhh, I lost again. Even with that much determination, I still can't win?] He muttered, raising his hand to the sky.

Gojo squatted down and stared at Kumagawa seriously. "As expected, you really believe this is your lost huh?" he said. [Hehe, isn't that natural sensei? No matter how we look at this, he is discernibly in a better condition than I am. I could not beat him at all] Kumagawa's mind twisted the truth and thus it became reality. He firmly believes that Todo win this fight despite the opposing opinion of Gojo.

'He really did have some determination. Pointed in the wrong direction though' Gojo thought knowing that Kumagawa's determination was more focused on 'wanting to win' not 'win'. "You look really beaten up! Then again, you amazed me this time too. I wonder if you will keep doing this" Gojo erased his bad mood and smiled smugly at Kumagawa. [Haha, you're terrible sensei. Mocking your student like that] Kumagawa laughed.

[Anyway, it appears that we need to go already] Kumagawa said standing up without any difficulties. "Is there a problem? If there is then leave it to me~! Your realible sensei can do anything!" Gojo pointed at himself grinning. [It appears that someone is scheming wildly. This whole situation I am in was meticulously planned] Kumagawa said patting his body from dust.

"..." Gojo got serious hearing that. He started pondering the reasons for this and could not find the answer. The most valuable thing he has right now is Yuta and Kumagawa. Although he also value Itadori and others, it is not to the point where he needs to kill others for it. [You see sensei, I always loathed being manipulated. I experienced it too many times that it can be considered annoying. That is why this situation.. displeases me] Kumagawa revealed a rare serious expression.

The only people that are permitted to use him are Anshin'in and Medaka. He won't tolerate others doing that. [The target are probably Itadori and the others, I sensed something special within that guy] Kumagawa's words snapped Gojo out of his thoughts. He considered his words and confirmed that Itadori indeed has some unique features.

Without saying a word, Gojo grabbed Kumagawa in his shoulder and teleported both of them back to the place where Itadori was doing his mission. And as expected, the moment they arrived there, the whole place was already destroyed. Presence of Itadori was nowhere to be found while both Nobara and Megumi can be sensed within horrific creatures.

There are two creatures lingering around and both of them has some pretty twisted characteristics. One has multiple arms on its head while eyes and nose were enlarged to form a disgusting abomination. The other one has its body replaced in many parts. The mouth was placed on its stomach, the two eyes on the legs while the arms and legs were exchanged.

[Ohh, interesting choice! If it were me then I would have replaced this arm with nose. Wouldn't that make an elephant? Then this…] Kumagawa smiled and started inspecting the two while Gojo frowned in irritation. Despite being mutilated beyond recognition, Gojo's Six Eyes can still perceive who they are. [So, Nobara-chan, Megumi-chan, are you two fine?] Kumagawa asked, patting the two creatures.

Gojo went closer to the two invoking an instinctual reaction from the two. They immediately pounced at him intending to end his life but it was prevented by Limitless.

"??"

He was confused, how come Kumagawa is fine getting close to them while he can't? [Ah, please don't get close sensei. They don't really like some human entering their personal space~] Kumagawa giggled happily at that reaction. "How come…" Gojo muttered in disbelief. Still, seeing this scene, Gojo felt like he witnessed something similar before. He just can't remember it. [Have you ever had a feeling of Deja vu?] Kumagawa asked smiling at Gojo.

Gojo shook his head. "Wait, can you converse with them?" He asked gazing at Kumagawa like he is abnormal. [Ah, its that. Indeed, I can basically understand anything in the world. These two though are just groaning and kept wishing they would die immediately] Kumagawa poked the two. Gojo nodded his head in understanding.

"Anyway, can you fix our little babies here~? They are quite in a predicament!" He asked. [Easy peasy~] Kumagawa responded. [The reality where both of them has been converted into monsters are just 'All-Fiction']

Without any sign of technique being used, or any flashy hint, Nobara and Megumi reverted back to being humans. The two instantly dropped on the floor panting in shock. They just experienced something horrifying and they still can't believe it. It was a gruesome experience. They don't want to have a piece again!

"Welcome back~" Gojo welcomed them, smiling at the two. Nobara looked at him with disbelief while Megumi just sighed. "Where have you been sensei! Both of us almost died! Itadori was also captured!" Megumi spat curses towards Gojo in annoyance. "Whoa, whoa, chill. You're getting worked up. Besides, aren't you fine right now~?" Gojo grabbed Megumi's ahoge and started playing with it.

Megumi slapped his hands away, "Stop playing around! We need to retrieve Itadori from the special grade curse!" Megumi said. "Hmm, as expected. It really is a special grade…" Gojo placed his hand on his chin, muttering. "Heyy!! What the hell was that?! How come we aren't monsters anymore?!" Nobara shouted dumbfounded by what just happened.

Megumi and Gojo just stared at her with eyes saying 'Get used to it'. This irked Nobara as she began chasing Kumagawa around for answers. "Do you have any idea where they took Yuji?" Gojo asked, looking at Megumi. "I… don't know. I just heard that his friends will appreciate his work" Megumi said frustrated. To think he wasn't able to fight against it. It merely played with him!

In fact, the only one who could damage that curse spirit was Itadori. When the three of them realized that, they immediately tried to run but it was too late. The curse already touched their body with his hands. "Friends? This is more troublesome than I thought. Is there another group of special grade curse roaming around? Haah" Gojo dropped his shoulders.

"Let's return to school. I'll ask the others for information about their nest. I'm also craving to eradicate some cursed spirit right now" Gojo clenched his fist while smiling lightly. The annoyance brought by this group was somehow replaced by amusement to what they will present to him. He already knows that the group are wary of him considering how they change Takada-chan's meet up place so that Kumagawa and Todo can clash. They also know how interested Gojo is towards Kumagawa, making this more intriguing.

[Ahyhyahya, you can't catch me Nobara-chan… oops, it's red this time? Jackpot!] Kumagawa was being chased by Nobara while he kept flipping her skirt. This made Gojo sigh. "Sensei… aren't you going to separate those two?" Megumi shared the same sentiment as Gojo.

"Well, let's forget about them. They will eventually stop" Gojo said, waving his hand. "Woah, you finally gave up on Kumagawa. I see, even the likes of you could not tolerate him" Megumi's sarcasm reached Gojo earning him a bump in the head.

"KUMAGAWAAA!!!"
