(Authors Note: This chapter is a special issue to set up Akamu's first challenge in his Rise as a Strongman. Describing in detail about the Industry responsible for his Village Downfall.

The Song and lyrics quoted are used to better describe the Character mindset and give a sense of engagement to the reader about the character feelings)

Welcome Everyone, To a Special Edition of Prime Time Spotlight.

Today we're covering the heavily discussed and controversial topic of one of the Fastest Growing Industry in our Country today.

THE FOOD SAMARITAN

*The Report played on TV, Akamu and his Grandpa watching*

1. Genesis

Our first Question is How it All Started. The Genesis of the Revolutionary.

Originally started as a Food Processing and packaging Industry, they first set their sights on Agriculture when they saw how Farmers were suffering with uncertain weather conditions and rising demands.

They began offering to taking over pieces of land and use their Industrial powers to help those farmers get the necessary yield.

Although this wasn't met with Open Arms, a few farmers were willing to try. Giving rise to their first aquisition.

2. Aquisition and Accusations

Of course, not everything new begins without a Controversy. And soon their first Aquisition came with an Accusation.

Them taking away the Farmers lands by force.

Accusations flew right and left, some saying they ruined multiple yields a year so the farmers would sell their lands to them.

Which was Swiftly denied by the farmers and the Industry.

And this isn't the last time the Industry was caught in a chain of accusations.

3. Ethical Issues

An Industry taking over Agriculture Sector was always seen as a Privatization issue.

The Industries being the ones pricing their products. The Government couldn't step in without Evidence showing the Takeover wasn't showing good results.

They produced good results. Meeting the Demands of the Particular City, growing crops in soil deemed barren.

But the question of employing The Owners of the Lands as workers were well over the line.

But some preferring to work like that created q situation that it was a person's personal choice.

4. The Whispering Heights Case

"Grandpa. They're covering our Village"

Akamu got excited, the visuals of his village being shown.

Probably the Starting point of the Food Samaritans meteoric rise is this case.

Filed by the Villagers accusing the Industry artificially making the Volcano in their Village erupt.

Tying to take the lands off their hands when they knew there was an active Volcano ready to explode anytime.

But what worked against the Village was the protest they did against a Village Elder who refused to sell his land.

Plus the People already agreeing to sell their lands before seeming taking a U-Turn in their decision.

And Probably the most Devastating blow was the Village Breaking it's Code of Silence.

Allowing Machinaries that caused Tremors that led to the Volcano Erupting.

The Case was ruled in favor of The Food Samaritan. The Coverage it received giving it attention from potential investors.

5. The Future

Fast Forward Today, nearly 30 percent of our Food supply consists of The Food Samaritans Products.

Grown from their own fields and processed and packaged, they're offering a great alternative for farming to be done in a more advanced way.

And like it or not, they're slowly catching up in popularity.

And sooner or later, they'll be supplying most of the food that is on our plates.

And Food Samaritan is being invited to invest in countries with Bad Farming Conditions, opening up opportunity for it to grow into a global juggernaut.

Change is Inevitable. Unless someone rises to change the Trend.

And we'll know if the Food Samaritan is really a Hero or Villain when an opponent approaches.

Till then, it'll be a topic of debate.

Good Night.

*The News Report Ended*

*Akamu closed his eyes, thinking about his struggles caused by the Industry.

The United Village Falling apart. His father going against his Grandfather. The Volcano erupting. The Village going to ruins*

Akamu went outside, getting some fresh air, looking up at the Stars.

He put his headphones on.

(We own this town by Flora Cash playing)

His father returning from a Hard day of work, working overtime.

His mom going to sleep to wake up early the next day.

Albert sitting there with debts on his mind, trying to find a way to pay them.

Akamu sat there, not knowing what to do. He was missing Alice. He didn't know what happened to the Village either.

All these thoughts ran in his mind as the song ran in the background.

(They own this town

That's why we don't get no crown

maybe that's why we get knocked down)

The lines playing as Akamu looked at a Commercial of The Food Samaritan. On the same channel that made a report on them.

Akamu clutched his fist, his anger taking over him. He wanted to do something about it. But was powerless to do anything.

He didn't want any Village becoming like his.

The Song again giving him a helping hand, remembering Alice

(I don't know what I wanna do next

Got a dream but i got no contacts

You're the reason that I got this far

And I know we gotta work so hard)

Akamu promised to the Stars.

"I'll come back strong. Wait for me. Alice"
