Chapter 1Prologue!

' Huh?! Where am I what happened?'

The young boy asked himself as he observed his surroundings. He looked around to see the familar setting of one of his favorite comics.

" Mark! Time for breakfast sweetie!"

The voice of an older woman called out to the young boy who was still looking for clues on what had happened to him.

" Mark? Did she call me Mark? That's not my name."

The young boy said to himself. However, his attention was soon drawn to the sound of his voice.

" What the hell happened to my voice?"

The young boy asked as he covered his neck with his hand.

" My neck it's so tiny. What's going on?"

The young boy asked, now starting to panic due to his predicament.

" MARKUS GRAYSON! I HAVE BEEN CALLING YOU FOR THE PAST TEN MINUTES MISTER!"

The woman yelled as she burst into the young boy's room.

The young boy jumped at the sudden entrance of the woman and fell off of his bed backwards, landing harshly on his head.

' Mark Grayson? And that woman she looks like a young debbie. WHat the hell is going on here?'

The young boy asked himself as he got to his feet.

" Uh... Sorry mom, I was thinking about some things."

The young boy stated as he looked at the woman sadly. Hoping to use his eyes as a way to avoid the wrath of the angry woman.

His trick seemed to have worked as the woman's face relaxed into a soft gaze. She walked over to her son and sat down on his bed. She then picked the boy up and placed him in her lap.

" What's wrong Mark?"

The woman asked softly as hugged her son close.

' Guess this is the only shot I got.'

The young boy thought to himself.

" Am I ever going to be like dad?"

The boy asked.

" Sweety, of course, you will. But you know what your father said. It could be years before you develop powers. Until then enjoy the life you have sweety. A normal life isn't something many people can say they have these days. And I don't want you to be so worried about your powers and you end up missing out on your childhood."

The woman explained to her son as she held him close. She finished her explanation by kissing the boy softly on his forehead.

' Yes! That answers it. Mark grayson. The young-looking Debbie. I have my answer. I'm in Invincible. I am Invincible. Oh, Crap I'm Invincible.'

The young boy thought to himself. His sudden burst of excitement turning quickly into dread.

" Okay."

The young boy said to his mother.

" All right, now come on. Breakfast is ready. You need to eat if you're going to grow up to be a big strong man."

Debbie explained to her son.

The boy jumped up and started walking towards the kitchen.

' Okay, let's think about this logically for a second, Mark's life sucked mostly because he was awkward and got bullied a lot. Maybe if I spend more time training... Maybe...'

Mark thought to himself as he pondered ways to make his future life just a little bit easier if not outright better.

' I could exercise more. I'm sure I could convince Omniman to get me the equipment necessary for it. Maybe having a bigger and stronger physique before I get my powers will give me an edge against my future foes... Or allies... Maybe I could sway them to my side? Nah... They're too prideful and conceited at first. Gonna have to let things play out naturally their if I want them to be learn to be good... Then again I could... Nah Thragg's gonna kick my ass. I got time to figure this out. But one thing I'm certain of, I need to get big.'

Mark thought to himself. Going over potential options for future altercations.

" Hey, son."

A deep voice called out.

The new Mark looked up to see his first true obstacle, his own father, Nolan Grayson Aka Omniman. He smiled and waved at his father as he sat down at the table.

' Oh man this is either going to be awesome... Or suck all kinds of ass.'

Mark thought as he looked at the food in front of him. His mind doing its nest to prepare him for the future life he would live.

Reality Quest: Lookism

What will he do in this world when the only thing he wants is money, women, and food?
