It is time

Returning to Star Labs, Barry was immediately questioned by Cisco,

"How were you able to figure out that guy's abilities so fast"

'Yikes! I shouldn't have revealed too much.'

"Uhn. I saw him at the last hideout we cleaned but he mad a run for it. Didn't know he'll try to attack family. I mean how do this guys even know I'm Barry Allen" he asked looking a little bit disturbed.

"Could there be someone around you that you suspect isn't with your best interest at heart" wells asked.

Barry thought, ' That would be you, you old geezer! '

"I don't think so. I think I'll need some time to cool off for a while. I need to go home to make sure family is safe, okay?"

" That's all right, Barry. You did a great job", Wells said and patted him on the shoulder.

He nodded to Ramon and Snow before he left the lab. A few seconds after he left the lab, a call came in. He connected his phone to his suit and picked up the call.

"Oliver here. Barry we don't have any time left before they put their plans in motion. A huge shipments of materials got stolen right at it reached the docks some minutes ago"

" That fast uhn? One of them just attacked Iris some minutes too. A perfect distraction to keep their plan in motion, whoever is behind all these is not going to be an easy target to take down. He know how to play his game properly, no excessive moves", Barry commented

" Agreed, drop by at Star City for a while. I have something to show you "

" See you soon" he said and disconnected the call.

STAR CITY

Barry joined Oliver already suited up as Arrow on the rooftop.

" Weren't you supposed to be here in a flash?" Oliver quirked his brows.

" Had some things to take care of first. So, what was it you wanted to show me? "

" Take a look at this" Oliver said and handed him two sheets of paper.

Barry sped read it all in a sec, "So in summary, they intend to duplicate the power of the particle accelerator to enhance themselves. But aren't they scared of the risks of gene mutation or rejection. If their body reject the changes, they might just end up dead" Barry thought.

" Look at it from this perspective. If they would want to use something that deals with high end science, don't you think they would have someone to fall back on in their team. And since their while plan succeeds on whether this person can control it, I'm thinking he's also the mastermind of the bunch"

" Now that you put it that way... I might have someone in mind. Wasn't Wells the brain behind the entire particle accelerator accident in the first place? Nobody worked with him, the only person who did, Ronnie, died when the accelerator exploded. So I'm linking him up to all these somehow, I'll just have to find that out myself"

" Good that you don't trust people easily. If not for big bro having your back, you'll be so lost."

While the two continued to chat. At Star Labs, Wells slowly wheeled his chair into a corridor and pressed a button on his wheel chair which parted the walls, allowing him to wheel the chair inside. He slowly got up from the chair and went over to where he kept his clothes. He caressed one of his clothes before he grinned, "It is time"
