Chapter 88: Do not challenge my pride

During the time when Raditz and Nappa were training inside Hyperbolic Time Chamber

During their intense training session, both Nappa and Raditz found something special in their unique new form and so they started enhancing it

For Nappa, it was his Rage

Nappa, in his SSJ Pride form, was able to somehow grasp the power of rage without losing control

Though the uncontrolled rage had the buff of x10, in a controlled form, the rage buff is only x3, and also

Just like the full rage form, the controlled rage form has its own time limit which varies according to how much of power is being used in each attack

So, Nappa only has a short amount of time before he loses his buff.

A huge cloud of dust is being created from the explosion between two massive energy spheres created by Napp and Top against each other

And then another loud noise came when Nappa and Top clashed their fist, creating a strong force of the wind that blew away the cloud of dust

Both Nappa and Top clashed their fist and gave each other their strongest punch but still, it is not enough to put any side down

Top is covered in destroyer energy, while Nappa is covered in flames that are near white color due to his controlled rage form.

And seeing these two titans clashing against each other, Beerus and Belmud (destroyers of their universe) are having their eyes all wide as any time any side can go down

But when?

Top remarks as he slides backward due to the punch from Nappa

"SHUT UP!!"

But Nappa is not in the mood to talk so he jumps up in the air and tries to land an attack in that way but Top is not an easy guy to handle

Top also lands on massive punch at the lower jaw of Nappa, sending him flying up in the air, and then launches an energy blast

"HAKAI"

And so Nappa falls motionless on the ground.

"That's the way to go TOP!"

Belmod shouts in happiness from seeing how Top blasts away Nappa

But soon his happiness disappears when he sees a large blast coming at him

"VOLCANO EXPLOSION!!"

Nappa immediately stood up the moment he crashed on the ground from the explosion, he just shrugged off the damage he received from the explosion and charges his own attack "Volcano Explosion"

A massive Ki blast launched from the index and middle finger together.

The blast goes straight after Top but Top senses this attack and so he jumps up in the air and looks at Nappa

Then Top sets his right hand straight in Nappa's direction and charges his destroyers energy

But before Top could charge his energy, Nappa looks at him and moves his fingers which still releasing the blast

*BOOOOM*

And so, Nappa is able to land an attack on Top and so Top falls down motionless

"YESSS!!!

Now that's the way to GO!!!

This time its Beerus who gave an evil laugh but just like Belmod, Beerus also had his happiness soon fade away as Top also stood from the attack as if it was nothing

And so the battle continues.

At Vegeta's side-

Vegeta smashes his palm on the ground in anger because of his miserable condition, he wants to use his healing ability and heal up but that is not possible due to rules

And it will take some time before Vegeta could stand on his feet because of the normal healing process is very slow

But right now, Vegeta's whole body is in intense pain and he can barely breathe due to the punch from Top being way too strong for him to defend himself against it.

Vegeta is just near getting his health back but it's not done yet so he has to wait for now.

So, Vegeta tries to calm his mind while he sees Nappa taking on Top

Both Nappa and Top are now in close combat mode and both of them are making the whole arena shake due to the power there each punch carries in it.

The whole fight has become a tug of power, though the only difference is that it's not a rope between them but their very own physical strength

Both Nappa and Top grabbed there each other's hand and stood in that position and then they both tried to push each other

Battle of strength

The ground cracks up and the air around them becomes dense as both titans tried to push each other

Both of them had their veins pop up but still none of them even slided a step

Nappa doesn't want to take this battle out for a long time as his time is coming and he will soon be exhausted.

So, Nappa releases a huge amount of Ki in order to push back Top but Top also does the same

Both of them kept on releasing their Ki which creates a crate where they are standing but soon they both jumped away from each other's side

The moment Top lands on the ground, he senses something

"ERUPTION!"

Nappa, the moment he lands on the ground, smashes both of his palms on the ground and sends his Ki into the ground

Cracks appear in a straight line towards Top and then the ground below Top explodes

The eruption skill is one of the new skills which Nappa created during his training with Raditz and it's not the one skill he has created so far.

Nappa immediately creates four spheres and throws them in Top's direction which explode the moment Top came in contact with them

Where is he?" Nappa asks as he squeezes his eyes to see Nappa in the dust but he is unable to find him anywhere

*BWOOOOOOOSH*

"haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA"

Large boulders and rocks fell from the sky as Top unleashes his power and looks into the eyes of Nappa.

Top is not down

Nappa grinds his teeth and takes his fighting stance as the fight is not over yet, BUT

*TIME UP*

As the smoke came out, Nappa loses his power as the time is up and he is completely exhausted.

Nappa falls to his knees due to exhaustion, his whole body is now in intense pain and he can't even gather his strength to stand up.

Top is also exhausted and he no longer holds the power level of 15 sextillions but he is not in as bad of a state as Nappa.

"I knew it that something is wrong from seeing how desperate you became in the last few seconds of our fight

And just as I thought, you have completely lost your power"

Top stands by the side of Nappa and this time, it's Top who is looking down on Nappa.

"This is the proof that you can't go against the power of the destroyer

The destroyer's power is absolute and you should not mess with it"

Top speaks as he pulls his right foot back and then smashes it at Nappa's head

Nappa rolls on the ground a few times and finally stops after crashing into a few boulders.

Nappa, is in a completely exhausted state where he holds zero power.

As Top walks towards Nappa, he mocks him

"I don't know the reason why you thought that you could win the fight

Did you really think that you could win against Destroyer's Power?

*stands in front of Nappa*

Top pushes Nappa from his feet, faces towards him, put his right foot on his chest and points his left palm at his head

"Such thoughts are the reason why you are in such a state

You are a fool to even think that you can win against destroyers' power"

After saying his thoughts, Top charges his Ki (not in destroyer form anymore) and shoots it at Nappa's head to completely put Nappa down

"This is it for you and your pride…"

"shit, we lost another fighter" Beerus remarks as he sees Nappa all motionless on the ground and Belmod gave out a joyful laughter

And then Belmod tells Top to throw Nappa away from the ring.

Top nods and moves his left hand towards Nappas head to grab him from his head
