Chapter 57: Shopping

After shower and eating a simple dinner, Bai Yi Yang bring her siblings to unbox the two newly delivered clothes. Bai Yi Fang eyes shines when she saw her beautiful dresses and clothes.

"I love this so much." She went to give a kiss and hug Bai Yi Yang.

"Thank you jie." Bai Yi Ling also like her dress very much. There are a lot of pink, the colours are pretty and the fabric is soft and comfortable.

"I like mine too. Thank you jiejie." Bai Yi Mo said.

Bai Yi Yang bought them a lot, there are home clothes and going out clothes. The children immediately tried them on and it fit them perfectly. Bai Yi Yang also take a look at hers and they also look fits.

"I just buy same measures as your clothes." She said to Bai Yi Chen who also has a pile of clothes bought for him.

"Where am I going to wear all these? Next time just buy for yourself and the other." He said.

"En." Bai Yi Yang said, but actually she is not listening.

The next big box has all their shoes and socks. Amongst them is the undergarments brand that she bought. The shop have enough sense, it was packed in another packaging so when she saw it she immediately put it aside with her clothing. Bai Yi Mo was most excited when he saw his red shoes, it was so cool. He immediately wear it and run around the living room.

Once more, Bai Yi Chen had a headache, he knows that his shoes is the most expensive one here.

Bai Yi Yang silently laugh as she saw his dark expressions. He is not used to receiving things from other, that's why he is being like that.

After an hour past, the children cool down. Bai Yi Yang gather their clothes and remove the tag.

She need to wash all of these before they can wear it. She read it in the instructions and they all can be washed in washing machine. Since they are going to wash new clothes, she took out their new school uniforms and wash it together.

Since she is not doing her homework today, she is in charge of washing and drying the clothes.

While at it, she found some things that she need to buy as soon as possible, which is garment steamer, it is not dangerous and even Bai Yi Ling can do her clothes herself.

She open Brand P website and choose a garment steamer worth 462 yuan, this is not their best products but it is enough for them.

Then she choose a 35L convection microwave oven that can be used for air frying, steaming, baking, dehydration, grilling and fermentation. This is the perfect one for them. At first, she thought of buying a build in oven, but it's not like she will pursue a baking career or what, it is enough that the oven has these multiple function, there is no need to be that big. The price is 2454 yuan. She also bought a small blender of 182 yuan.

A cordless vacuum cleaner, the battery can last for 60 minutes, it has multiple settings that comes with sets of head for cleaning various area. The price is expensive, this is one of Brand P's products that they take pride in, it is 3772 yuan. Then she choose some hair dryer that worth 352 yuan.

That was all for now, she doesn't have much money left. Just buy the essentials thing first. The total come out as 7,222 yuan. She immediately pay it, this time she also wasn't charged with delivery fee.

After transferring the washed clothes into the dryer, she return to her seat and browse through a website. This website is well known for their water purifier service, the service is not very expensive, for the type that she wants which has cold and hot water features, it is only 150 yuan for installation fee and 650 yuan per year for the service fee. The problem is that the customer need to show some evidence such as payslip, so she really aren't sure if they can apply or not.

Boiling water is too troublesome, for this water purifier, it will be connected to the pipeline and they don't have to refill it. How convenient it is. She is sure that it is not as popular now as in the future, so she is afraid that they will be more strict with approving their customer.

Not wasting time, she immediately chat with the person in charge and as expected, she need to show stable income evidence, she sigh.

"Why?" Bai Yi Chen ask as he come from Main house. Bai Yi Yang show him the website.

"This is a good thing." Bai Yi Chen said.

"Exactly! But since we need to pay for the service yearly, they need salary evidence or someone as a guarantor in case we cannot pay." Bai Yi Yang said. Bai Yi Chen think hard.

"How about I ask Uncle Zhou if he can help?" He said to Bai Yi Yang.

"Can we really?" Bai Yi Yang is not as close to Uncle Zhou as Bai Yi Chen.

"It's not like we can escape anywhere, we are only using Uncle Zhou name, I will try to ask first." Bai Yi Chen said. Bai Yi Chen went to take his phone and dial Uncle Zhou number as he sat next to Bai Yi Yang.

"Uncle Zhou, did I disturb you?" Bai Yi Chen ask.

"Of course no. Did you call to ask about the vinyl flooring? Our workers will come there tomorrow." Uncle Zhou on the other side said.

"It's about other matter. Uncle Zhou, you talk to Yang Yang bah.." Bai Yi Chen hand over the phone to Bai Yi Yang. Bai Yi Yang took the phone from Bai Yi Chen.

"Hello Uncle Zhou." She said.

"Yang Yang, what's the matter?" Uncle Zhou ask.

"It's like this. We wanted to subscribe to PureLife's water purifier, however, Uncle Zhou you know us siblings don't have payslips evidence, so if we still want to subscribe we need to find a guarantor. So, I was wondering if Uncle Zhou can help us be our guarantor. The yearly fee is only 650 yuan, so uncle you can rest assured that we still can afford it." Bai Yi Yang explain.

"Of course I will help. What else do they need? When I come tomorrow, I will bring it over." Uncle Zhou laugh at the other end.

"Then I need to thank Uncle Zhou again. Not much, just the payslips and Resident Identity Card. How about this, uncle you tell me about your arrival time tomorrow, I will make an appointment so that we can directly settle it with an agent." Bai Yi Yang said.

"That is even better. Well, around 1 pm I should be there." Uncle Zhou said.

"Uncle Zhou just said a few words of concern. The villagers knows about you selling the rare fish last time, but they don't know about you selling mushroom too. It is natural that he show concern. Grandpa and Grandma Zhou must have heard words from the villagers too. Yang Yang, it is good that some people really cares about us." Bai Yi Chen said.

"But why do you need to chat far away, as if you are talking bad about me." Bai Yi Yang said. Bai Yi Chen smile and pat her head.

"I just don't want you to feel bad, I know you are a capable person." Bai Yi Chen said.

"Ge, you don't need to worry like other people. You can see that I have the ability, no matter how much I spend, I will make sure that we siblings won't lack money in the future." Bai Yi Yang said.

"I know. I am not worried, its just difficult to explain to people since I don't want them to know too much. You understand right?" Bai Yi Chen said.

"Alright. Next time, you just tell Uncle Zhou to talk directly with me, I can explain it to him." Bai Yi Yang stop sulking.

"Are there still many clothes to wash?" He asked.

When Bai Yi Chen left, she immediate thought hard. Seems like she need to reveal about their dried mushrooms businesses so that people will stop assuming about their financial issue. Well, it was understandable, their money from selling the fish has long been used up, there is no way they can afford all of these things at home now from selling the fish alone.
