Jack enrolled in a gym to exercise and martial arts classes again, Jack also picked up the police radio signal using his bracelet and began to face the bad guys through the streets of New York.
Each bandit that Jack defeated gave him 300 fate points in New York and every day there were many crimes happening, sometimes he found several bandits together doing robberies.
Jack felt sorry for the New York police and Spider-Man for facing so many bad guys, Jack knew that coming to New York was a risk, but he also knew that in this city there were several heroes that could make it easier for him to stay safe.
After a while Jack visited Aunt May a few more times while Peter was at university, he was happy to earn more than a thousand fate points a day, he thought that because of the heroes that lived in New York, his work gave more destination points.
Jack continued training and increasing his strength while he faced the bandits, as Jack was already very strong before entering the gym, he didn't draw so much attention even though he did exercises with more than 300 kilos.
Jack knew that when he had the strength to lift a car off the ground and throw it, then Jack could say that he would start to have super strength, with 1 more year of training, Jack thought he would be able to do that.
As Jack prepared for the future, Peter Parker found out about the friend he didn't know when he spoke with Aunt May.
"Your friend has been here a few times, but you were at university Peter, he said he will come to meet you soon," Aunt May said to Peter while they had dinner.
"You said his name was Jack? I had a few acquaintances at school with that name, but none of my close friends were called that" Peter said as he tried to remember someone named Jack.
After thinking about it for a while, Peter thought it must be someone who just knew him and said he was his friend, at least it shouldn't be one of Flash's friends who came to annoy him.
On a weekend, Jack decided it was time to meet Peter Parker, so he went to Peter's house again, Jack knew that Peter stayed home on weekends when he didn't work as a photographer and didn't even go to university.
"Hi Miss Parker, I wanted to talk to Peter if he's home?" Jack asked to hope to meet the famous Spider-Man soon.
"Hi Jack, Peter is home, yes, I'll go to the bedroom to call him, you can go in and wait in the living room if you want." Soon Aunt May went upstairs to call Peter.
Jack sat on the couch nervously and took a deep breath to not look too suspicious, he would soon reveal to Peter that he knew he was Spider-Man, but he didn't want to be mistaken for a villain by him.
Peter soon arrived in the room and found Jack whom Aunt May had told him about, Peter saw a tall man, 1.87 m tall, blond, and with brown eyes and he didn't remember meeting someone like that in his school days.
"Hi Peter, I don't know if you remember me, but I wanted to talk to you, let's go out for something to eat and talk about what has changed in the last few years after I left New York."
"Of course, let's go out, I also want to know what you've been up to in recent years and try to remember our school days." Peter was happy to leave the house to talk to Jack away from Aunt May so he could have more freedom if Jack was someone dangerous.
Jack soon left the house with Peter after saying goodbye to Aunt May, he was smiling genuinely happy to see that Peter really looked like actor Tobey Maguire, but looked a few years younger than the actor in the first film.
Jack soon went with Peter to a restaurant that looked more empty near where Peter lived, as Jack would say that he knew about Peter's secret identity, but he couldn't say it in a place where someone could hear.
"I'll be honest, I don't remember you, Jack," Peter said as he looked at Jack.
"That's normal, I've always lived in Boston, I've never been to New York before, but I needed an excuse to talk to you," Jack said smiling.
"You didn't have to lie to talk to me, you could just tell the truth and approach me directly without involving my aunt in it," Peter said irritably after knowing that Jack had lied.
"That would be more difficult, it's better for people not to know who I really am, I also just knew your address and didn't know you were at university before I spoke to your aunt," Jack said explaining himself calmly.
"So what did you want with me that even made you approach my house and lie to my aunt?" Peter said as he was worried about what Jack wanted with him.
"I wanted to meet you, I've always been a huge Spider-Man fan, as soon as I found out you were Spider-Man I knew I had to find you." Jack honestly spoke what he thought.
Peter was shocked by this revelation from Jack, he always thought that someone could find out that he was Spider-Man, but after several years no one found out, and he stopped worrying about it.
Some villains had already followed him to find out where he lived, but his spider-sense always warned and he avoided being discovered, but this time the spider-sense failed and Jack approached Aunt May.
"No need to worry, I lied because I wanted to know where you were and talk to you, but I soon thought that this way people won't suspect that I know you, I don't plan to do you or your aunt any harm."
"To show that I'm being honest, I'll reveal that I'm also someone who fights bad guys, I wear a mask and I've fought bad guys in Boston and the last few weeks here in New York."
Peter didn't trust Jack, but he knew that if Jack was a threat, his spider-sense should warn him, if Jack really faced bandits in disguise as he did, it would be a help.
