Dragon arrives.

He had been fighting 4 bodies of the elder for quite a while so he didn't consider the elder could produce even more clones. Morgan looked at the wound on Rabin's back and laughed. 

"It would be handy if you could heal your wound as I can wouldn't it?"

Rabin looked at Morgan. "You are correct it would be pretty handy and thankfully, I have the ability to heal my wound like you."

Rabin took out a glass bottle containing green liquid from his pocket and drank it. The elders were watching him carefully and as soon as he drank the liquid the cut on his back started to heal at a speed visible to eyes. The two elders were surprised when they saw the wound on Rabin's back heal so fast.

Rabin looked at them and smiled. "What happened? Why do you guys look so surprised?"

Allan wiped Rabin's blood off his sword. "You are going to die very soon so you might as well tell us what that liquid is and how you got that."

"I won't be dying any time soon, but since you are going to die in a couple of minutes, I will consider this your last wish and tell you. This is a healing liquid produced by my beautiful future wife Mia using her devil fruit. This liquid heals the majority of wounds in a matter of seconds." 

Morgan cracked his knuckles. "Then I guess we have to capture her alive." 

Allan nodded his head. "Let's finish him off and help Bazu he seems to be having a hard time dealing with 4 of the Thunder Pirates." 

Morgan and Allan got ready to fight and rushed towards Rabin again. When they were about to reach near Rabin the wind started howling and a huge gust of wind along with hundreds of wind blade came towards them. Both the elders were pushed back by the wind and the wind blade killed many Marines.

A lot of dust and sand particles were floating around in the air because of the wind so many people who didn't have observation haki couldn't see anything. The wind created such a huge commotion the majority of people who were fighting stopped fighting and focused their attention on the wind. 

Garp used his observation haki and looked towards the wind. His eyes widened out of shock. "I never expected he would also make his move now, this might be the end of the Marines."

Tsuru looked at Garp's shocked expression and she also looked towards the gust of wind using her observation haki. She was also surprised by what she saw. She shook her head and looked at Garp. 

"Why are all the groups who are trying to destroy the Marineford related to you somehow? First, we have the Thunder Pirates; Rabin is your student and is trying to destroy the Marines.

"Then we have Whitebeard Pirates who are here because of Ace who is your grandson. Then we have Luffy who is also your grandson. Now another one of your family members is here and he is also here to destroy the Marines." 

Garp sighed and didn't say anything.

The wind slowly stopped howling and the dust finally settled and when the dust settled a tall man could be seen right beside Rabin. The marines saw him and started to sweat some of them started to run away when they saw him, and that man was Monkey D Dragon.

Whitebeard saw Dragon and laughed. "This might truly be the end for you Marines."

Kong attacked Whitebeard and yelled. "No needs to worry about us Edward, the remaining two elders are heading here and it will be the end for you pirates once they are here."

Sengoku was still at one of the buildings watching everything. He saw Dragon and started to sweat. He looked at Garp with a worried expression. He looked carefully towards Garp. He punched the wall near him when he saw Garp's expression.

"Damn it, looks like Garp can't put Marines over his family so he probably won't fight against them."

Rabin looked at Dragon and smiled. "I didn't expect to see you here."

Dragon laughed. "I can't let my partner go to war alone now can I?"

Allan and Morgan were now a little worried. Bazu also saw Dragon and murmured. "I really hope Josh and Razo arrive here before it's too late"

Dragon looked at Morgan and Allan. "Now which one of you old bastards want to die by my hand?"

Allan sneered. "Don't get too full of yourself kid." 

Dragon smiled. "I take it as you want to die by my hand." 

He said that and rushed towards Allan and his four clones. Allan and Dragon started to fight.

Morgan and Rabin both looked at Dragon and Allan fight for a couple of seconds. Morgan murmured. 

"He has wind logia huh? What a shame that such a powerful fruit fell onto his hands." 

Rabin produced a huge lightning spike from underneath Morgan's feet and pierced him. 

"Don't be distracted during the fight it might cost you your life." 

Morgan reversed the time and healed his leg and started fighting Rabin.

Elsewhere on the battlefield Luffy was fighting smoker. A guy wearing a black Hat and with a pipe on his hand ran towards Luffy and Smoker. 

The man yelled at the top of his lungs. "Luffy, Ace I am here."

Luffy and Ace both looked towards the guy. They were both very surprised when they saw him. Luffy and Ace couldn't believe their eyes. 

They both yelled at the same time. 

"Sabo!"
