Trouble is brewing

The three walked briskly back to the hotel. Once there, Tsunade called Kazuya into the courtyard.

"Hmph, you little guy!" Tsunade snorted, her tone tinged with arrogance. "Since you are nominally my disciple, I have to teach you something. Medical ninjutsu is complex and time-consuming to learn, and you probably don't have the time."

She pulled out a scroll from her pocket and tossed it to Kazuya. "This is the method of cultivating the technique. The trick is to precisely control chakra, gather it, and then release it from the fist in an instant to unleash devastating power."

"This technique requires a high level of chakra control. Since you can already use the Flying Thunder God technique, you should be able to manage this as well, right?"

Kazuya nodded. "It should be fine, Lady Tsunade."

He held the scroll in his hand, feeling its warmth, but his mind wandered. "Where did Tsunade get this scroll from?" he mused. The mystery intrigued him.

Tsunade continued, "I don't think the this technique will be too difficult for you. Ten days should be enough. Train hard!" With that, she turned and left.

Ninjas who reach Kage-level are often geniuses, requiring little instruction beyond the basics. Kazuya tossed the scroll onto the table once he entered his room. Training? It was too time-consuming. Sparring with Tsunade would be more beneficial.

Over the next seven days, Kazuya took it easy, often sparring with Tsunade. These sessions gradually increased in intensity, frustrating Tsunade. Her temper flared as Kazuya, a junior, continued to best her in combat.

Eventually, Tsunade unleashed her full strength, using every ultimate move at her disposal, save for her most secret techniques like Ninja Art: Mitotic Regeneration and summoning jutsu. Yet, she still couldn't defeat Kazuya.

Golden light continuously flew into Kazuya's body. Tsunade's high-quality chakra allowed him to rapidly increase his abilities, raising his strange power to level 5, Yang Release talent to level 3, and Ashura bloodline to level 2. His chakra also increased significantly, reaching:

[Chakra: lv4 (98600/100,000)]

He was just a step away from super Kage-level. However, the quality of the golden light began to diminish after prolonged battles with Tsunade. On the seventh day, not a single drop of Ashura blood appeared.

"You're getting weaker, Tsunade," Kazuya sighed. He knew he would need to wait for another opportunity to extract more Ashura blood from her.

Despite this, Kazuya's strength had grown significantly. The Ashura bloodline granted him a celestial body, with immense chakra reserves and extraordinary physical resilience. He now had the potential to rival even the legendary Senju Hashirama at his peak.

"Once my Ashura bloodline improves further and I master the Lightning Style Chakra Mode, I'll be able to take on the Third Raikage," Kazuya thought, eagerly anticipating his future growth.

His current combination of Flying Thunder God technique and strange power attacks made him one of the most lethal ninjas in the world. Even the Rasengan was unnecessary for him now. His speed and power could overwhelm most Kage-level opponents.

With a deep breath, Kazuya reflected on his progress. This apprenticeship with Tsunade had been immensely valuable. Officially, he was her disciple, but in reality, their strength was on par, earning mutual respect through combat.

One morning, after finishing breakfast, a gray pigeon from Konoha's Anbu flew to the hotel, delivering a message. Kazuya's curiosity was piqued. What could Anbu want now?

He quickly retrieved the scroll, sealed with Anbu's special technique to prevent unauthorized access. If forcibly opened, it would self-destruct. Breaking the seal, Kazuya's expression turned serious as he read the contents.

The elite forces of Konoha and the Hidden Cloud were in a tense standoff in the Land of Frost. More crucially, two Anbu teams led by Kurenai Yuhi and Kakashi Hatake were under siege by elite Cloud shinobi in the Land of Hot Water.

"This looks serious," Kazuya thought, destroying the scroll. Kurenai and Kakashi were both formidable jonin, so for them to be in danger, the enemy must be exceptionally strong.

Kazuya smiled, recognizing the opportunity for more intense battles. He needed to act fast. Though the plotline suggested Kurenai and Kakashi would survive, accidents could still happen.

He checked the map. The location marked in the information was not far from Rose Street. He estimated it would take five hours to reach them. Without delay, he sought out Tsunade to inform her of his departure.

"Be careful out there," Tsunade warned.

"Thank you, Lady Tsunade," Kazuya replied. He turned to Shizune, who was standing nearby. "See you later, Shizune."

Shizune waved hesitantly. "Be careful, Kazuya!" She was three years younger than him, and the significant gap in their strength made her respect him deeply.

"Don't stare too long, he's already gone," Tsunade teased Shizune, rolling her eyes.

"Ah? No, Lady Tsunade, I was just..." Shizune stammered, blushing furiously.
