The golden light in the battlefield surged towards Kazuya, blending into his body. Lava Release? Kazuya was pleasantly surprised. His eyes scanned the battlefield and landed on a girl—Terumi Mei.

Terumi Mei was unleashing a stream of highly corrosive acid, targeting the rebellious Kaguya clan ninjas. However, her current strength was still limited, and her acid attack couldn't penetrate the bone defenses of the Kaguya.

"As expected of a future Mizukage," Kazuya thought, "She has great potential."

The battle raged on, with Kaguya clan ninjas clashing fiercely against Kirigakure's forces. Golden light continued to fly toward Kazuya, absorbing the essence of the fallen warriors.

Shisui's attacks were swift and powerful, his flaming blade putting pressure on the Kaguya Jōnin. But the rebel ninjas, recognizing Shisui's prowess, began to converge on him and Itachi.

"They're Uchiha! We can't let them leave with information about this rebellion!"

"Silence them all!"

In an instant, several Kaguya Jōnin abandoned their current opponents and charged at Shisui. The pressure on him increased sharply, and he started to sustain injuries. The Kaguya's Dead Bone Pulse, a terrifying melee bloodline limit, was a serious threat even to a Sharingan user like Shisui.

"Dead Bone Pulse: Dance of the Larch!"

One of the Kaguya Jōnin, bones protruding from his body like deadly spikes, charged at Itachi. Shisui tried to intervene, but he was too late.

"No!!!" Shisui screamed, unable to reach his comrade in time. Itachi, in desperation, threw shuriken at the charging Jōnin, but they were deflected by the bone spikes.

In the face of death, Itachi's eyes turned scarlet, his Sharingan evolving into the three-tomoe form. A surge of power erupted from his eyes. "I can win!" Itachi whispered, but the next moment, he was struck down, blood spraying from his body.

White light flashed as a figure intercepted the Kaguya Jōnin, halting his attack. "Anbu from Konoha? Die!" The Kaguya Jōnin unleashed a flurry of bone blades, but Kazuya's response was swift and brutal. 

A powerful punch shattered the Jōnin's bone defenses, reducing him to a bloody mess against the wall.

Kazuya felt a cool energy spreading from his eyes. The three-tomoe Sharingan was now active, enhancing his vision and reaction speed. He looked at Uchiha Itachi, recognizing the potential for even greater power.

"Shisui, take Itachi and evacuate. Leave the rest to me," Kazuya ordered.

"But, Kazuya-senpai..." Shisui hesitated.

"Don't worry," Kazuya said firmly. "I can handle this."

Reluctantly, Shisui nodded. "Be careful, Kazuya-senpai." He then helped the injured Itachi to retreat from the battlefield.

Kazuya watched them leave, shaking his head. "Itachi is still too weak. Forcing him to continue would be a death sentence."

Back on the battlefield, Kazuya's display of power had intimidated the Kaguya rebels. The Jōnin's swift and brutal demise left them hesitant to attack again.

"What the hell! He's just one man, but he's unstoppable!" 

Fear rippled through the Kaguya ranks. Seeing their hesitation, the remaining Kaguya Jōnin refocused their attacks on the Kirigakure ninjas, avoiding Kazuya entirely.

Amidst the chaos, particularly bright clusters of golden light flew toward Kazuya.

The Kaguya patriarch's actions had pushed Yagura to this point. Kazuya knew it was now or never. "Kaguya, show me what you can do. For the power of the Tailed Beast, give it your all!"

Under his mask, Kazuya's smile widened. This battle was far from over, and the potential for power was greater than ever.
