A few hours passed and the four busses arrived at their destination. The prisoners were restrained and unconscious. The doors to the busses opened and the Masters, Gar, Sol, and Natalie descended. Zaran exited his bus and joined everyone.
"Where are we?" Natalie asked nervously. She was no longer in her Widow armor, 1D accompanied her walking by her side, repaired by the R2 unit on the bus.
"Hello!" a man greeted as he walked out of the hidden fort. The man wore a black suit without any outstanding features. He was just some guy if you saw him in a crowd. He was ideal material for a spy. He walked up to the group and smiled.
"Phil," Master M'tz greeted the other man with a smile. Phil nodded to him.
"Master M'tz, it's good to see you again," Phil smiled broadly at the older man. The three teenagers looked at the mysterious man.
"These are your students?" Phil asked as he looked at Gar, Natalie, and Sol.
"Yes, allow me to introduce them to you," Master M'tz waved toward the three young people. They walked forward, now that they were being beckoned.
"This young man in the robes is Jedi Padawan Gar Finn. Next to him is Natalie Romanov a martial artist and spy. A former Black Widow and the one who led us to Dreykov. Finally, this is Sol Herem a level 1 bounty hunter," Master M'tz smiled as he introduced the three.
"Welcome, my name is Agent Phil Coulson of SHIELD. Come inside I'm sure everyone is tired and in need of a good meal. We have some food options in the cafeteria," the amiable Phil smiled.
"You're an agent of the government?" Natalie asked unsure.
"Yes," he responded simply.
Natalie's eyes turned to Master M'tz, "You don't have to worry about Phil, Natalie. He's a trusted agent of an old friend of mine. He's a top man and will take care of your sisters. If he couldn't be trusted, I would never bring your sisters to them. This facility helps those who were brainwashed. If your sisters are going to live normal lives or lives of their choice, they need to get free of Dreykov's brainwashing. That's why we're bringing Dreykov here as well. Professional agents will interrogate him. Providing intel into all of his operations and the exact details of brainwashing. We'll also find out where the other Widows are and call them in."
Nodding her head she looked at Phil, "I trust you because of Master M'tz, but if you betray that trust, I will take care of you." Phil caught off guard for a moment finally smiled.
"Phil, allow me to introduce you to some other friends. This young man is Master Shang-Chi arguably the strongest martial artist on the planet. This fellow is a new friend, Zaran the weapons master. Finally, this is Boba Fett the galaxy's best bounty hunter."
Reacting to Fett's introduction he looked at Master M'tz, "Did you say the Galaxy's best bounty hunter?" Master M'tz didn't say anything but smiled and nodded.
Contemplating the implications of what it meant to be the best bounty hunter in the galaxy, Phil gave up and led everyone inside. Numerous agents filed out of the building as the group following Phil entered.
"Oh, wait!" Gar doubles back toward the busses.
Phil looked at the young man, "What's he doing?"
"Gar where are you going?" Sol yelled after him.
"I want to see if it's Gina Carano which bus is she in?" Gar yelled back. Sol rolled his eyes, "Bus 3."
"Who's Gina Carano?" several people asked simultaneously.
"She's a MMA champion who Sol thinks is awesome," Sol responded. He turned around and chased after Sol. Natalie followed him, curious about this great fighter.
"Wai--" Phil began when he felt Master M'tz's hand on his arm, "Let them go. They don't have much time left."
Moving swiftly, Gar encountered the captives being wheeled away in cuffs. The most powerful fighters were on bus 3. He found his target who was restrained to a bed.
"Woah, it's really Gina Carano, but like when she was a teenager," he looked at the woman thoughtfully. Sol and Natalie caught up to Gar.
"Didn't I tell you?" Sol said as the three escorted Gina and the agents who pushed her prison bed.
"What are you talking about?" Natalie asked.
Sol pointed at the unconscious woman, "That's Gina Carano."
Looking at the woman and then at Sol and Gar; she was unsure what they were going on about, "That's not Gina Carano. That's Christina, she's a Widow. Currently, she's the best, but I think they've been experimenting on her," Natalie said.
"I want one," Gar said.
"She's one of my sisters, she's been brainwashed like the rest of us," Natalie said.
"You don't seem to be brainwashed," Gar commented.
"I don't know, for some reason I've never liked the Widow program. I've always hated Dreykov," Natalie looked at Christina and sighed.
"It's probably because you have such strong willpower," Sol offered.
"Let's rejoin the others, Gina isn't going anywhere," Gar said.
"Her name is Christina," Natalie insisted.
"I like Gina better," Gar said. Sol nodded in agreement.
"Fine call her whatever you want, let's go," Natalie marched back toward the fort. Gar and Sol smiled at one another.
"So Mr. Smooth, are you gonna ask Gina out?" Gar asked while laughing at the nickname Natalie gave his friend.
"I'm still working on Natalie, you think I have time for her? Besides, I'm pretty sure she either hates me or doesn't care about me. She worked me over pretty easily. If Boba Fett hadn't shown up I would be dead," Sol said.
"I'm glad he showed up, 'You're no good to me dead,'" Gar laughed.
"He actually said that, I heard him through the helmet. He and Taskmaster had a standoff and Taskmaster was like, 'I can't let my client die." Then Boba Fetts goes, "He's no good to me dead," I was about to 'splode!"
"Dang, I wish I had been there. I was pretty much almost falling to the dark side when you were fighting."
"You almost fell to the dark side?" Sol asked in shock.
"Yeah, I thought you died and I freaked out, then Boba Fett comes on the comms and says, "Relax kid, your friend isn't dead, and I was like 'Is Boba Fett talking to me?' I knew you were okay when he told me you were alive. Still, it sounds like Gina and Ajax were superstrong. How did Boba Fett save you?"
"Thermal detonators, blaster fire, rockets, and the kitchen sink," Sol said.
"Even the kitchen sink?"
"That's what he called this hand cannon he fired at them. That finally did the trick and took them down. then he brought out these super stun cuffs, it was the coolest thing ever. If I hadn't been half dead the experience would have been even better!" Sol talked animatedly.
"Ha Ha, that's awesome, I fought some blind guy with super strength, speed, and durability. There were also some Widows attacking, but they were mostly annoying. That guy rang my bell for a while. If you hadn't almost die, he might have killed me."
"Wow, I wonder how things went with Natalie," Sol thought.
"We'll probably never know," Gar said.
"What do you mean? We can ask her later," Sol didn't understand his friend.
"You know how bad girls are at telling stories, she's probably the worst storyteller," Gar and Sol laughed.
"Oh, am I, Gar?" Natalie appeared from behind some bushes.
"Are what?" Gar asked innocently. Sol, however, looked like a kid caught doing something he shouldn't have.
"I understand Gar saying something like that, but Sol you think so little of me?" Natalie looked sad and upset.
"No, it's just --"
"Ha Ha, I'm messing with you. I am bad at telling stories. Besides, I'm an assassin. It's a bad idea to draw attention to myself," Natalie said.
"Is that why you dress like a woman on a hot date all the time? You're blending in?" Gar responded scoffing.
"Let's rejoin the adults," Sol cut in desperate to change the conversation.
"Yeah, I've got a bad feeling about this," Gar shared.
"What?" Natalie asked.
"I don't know, but I don't think we're going to like it when we rejoin the adults." Gar's features looked more stern and mature.
Natalie and Sol were quiet and walked the rest of the way without saying a word.
