Ace didn't show up

For the first time in awhile, Little Angel took her bath without trouble and ate her food without being sarcastic. But all was in vain, Her Daddy didn't show up as he promised. Ace went to the casino to take out his anger by Gambling and drinking with his friends. He completely forgot about his daughter and what day it was. Sylvia kept calling Ace's cellphone but he didn't pick her calls.

" Nana, is Daddy coming? she asked about to cry. Sylvia didn't know what to tell Angel, it was getting dark outside and there was still no sign of Ace. Sylvia squat down, She pulled Angel closer to her.

" sweetheart, I don't think daddy is coming anymore.

" But why! He said is was gonna come!

" I know baby, maybe he got busy with something. Tomorrow is a Sunday, am sure he will be here.

" No Nana! no one goes to the park on a Sunday! He always tells me that lying is bad! but he lied to me! She bursted into tears.
