Pacing is great on this story but there are more than a few inconsistencies that made me quit reading the story, despite having the funds to purchase additional chapters. The main inconsistency was John’s purpose to conceal his talent, becoming the top awakened in his age group secretly, but ends up blatantly revealing himself and all of his skills and potential to Seraphina, because he says “I like to hunt with women.” Moreover, this fact is proven that he solely did this because she is a woman when he hastily agrees to share his exp, further shortening the gap between him and her for a measly 5 million coins every day. This doesn’t make sense considering he earned over 30 million coins through one hunting session. The other example is when he chooses to hunt with the group in the secret realm and reveals his power to everyone around him - none of this screams “genius awakened player “ or “alpha,” just a man that succumbed to pity desires and couldn’t keep his power hidden. Realistically, John would be dead the moment seraphina knew of his power, because she would tell her father or use her connections to eliminate him as a potential threat. That’s just how the real world works.

Pretty good story overall, decent decision making throughout, no super giant glaring potholes to break immersion. That said I only got to chapter 89 because I started getting bored since a lot of chapter starting around 80 were about other characters. It’s just not to my preference. I care about the MC and only the MC, I don’t want to read about 3 other fights going on while he’s getting control of a fear-stricken mob. I just don’t care about them. So this story isn’t for me if it’s going to be more of the same later. Just doesn’t keep my attention. Very good otherwise though, so if you don’t mind the constant POV changes or even like them, then this is actually a very good story.

Great story and easy to sink many coins into. My issue is that the author hasn't updated this since April 3rd, 2024.

Not a bad, OP MC. He hasn't done anything that really bothers me. I mean he is failing at staying lowkey but not really because of his actions so I feel less annoyed by it. Would recommend.

I would like to think thus month of downtime is being used to bring back the guy who wrote the first couple hundred chapters. This second guy is having a rough time.

Above average. Dunno what drives the mc other than "me big stronk!" Seraphina is usual dandere, nothing out of the ordinary. Daniel is just typical bestie and other x-ters can be put in a box. Ain't bad. Ain't mind blowing either.

i dont know about others but i like this mc, cause i want to be like him in an alternate world if given the chance but reality is often cruel

Review after 5 chapters, so that the one that didnt read it yet wont start it. It's just a wish fulfilling story

This was good in the beginning but then the author kept dragging on arcs unnecessarily.
