In this world, there are 2 realms, these realms are earthly - most people in this realm have superhuman abilities and develop the ability for mana cores to be consumed and developed- and heavenly- people in this realm can obliterate mountains with a tap, their mana cores are strengthened by leaps and bounds- these are universal realms.

There are 12 secondary realms as follows:

Mana formulating early-mid-peak

Body strengthening early-mid-peak

Skin strengthening early-mid-peak

Organ strengthening early-mid-peak

Soul strengthening early-mid-peak-true peak

Mind strengthening early-mid-peak-true peak

Dantian creating -this realm is automatically reached at the age of 8-

Dantuan strengthening early-mid-peak-true peak

Spiritual body creating-automatically reached at age 12-

Spiritual strengthening early-mid-peak-true peak-

Body upgrading -automatically reached at age 18-

Ascension realm- this realm is what allows people to enter the heavenly realm-

These are realms for humans and beasts, and yes there is minor cultivation but it's not the center of the book.
