CHAPTER 12

We arrived at Ryan's apartment and I look around and I was quit dirty and he say I wasn't here for some time so it look dirty. I nod my head and he say I will clean so you go and stay at the couch. I say let me help you. He say you are sick. He hold my both shoulder and take me to his room and put me there and say you stay here. And he close the door and went out. I look around and his room was very simple. I was books scattered at his table and I went there and put book in pile. Then one thing caught my eyes and I saw a pencil in his pen holder. I pick it up and remember I used to only use pen like these. I look closely and saw my name engraved in it. It was my pen and how Ryan had it. I saw at the edge of table. I pick it up and open it and it had all wrapper of chocolate bar and some unopened one too. I look at them and thought why he put all these at this box. I look at them and I remember how I used to give Ryan chocolate when we go to school. I think he was still keeping these with him. I smile and put it back. I look around his house and saw he had many indoor plants at his room. After looking them, I realised they were all my favourite one. I look around his room and his room was colored in green which was my favourite color. I sit down in his bed and saw his drawer was little open. I saw a picture there and open it and take it out. It was our picture of elementary school. I was walking away and he was looking me. It was his room but it was filled with my favourite things. I remember when he told me he like me and how casually talk to me like nothing happened so I thought he was move on but he wasn't. Then Ryan finish cleaning his apartment and went inside to call Gia and he saw her holding the picture and I just put it in the drawer and I say you finished. He nod his head and I came out of the room. Ryan saw Gia was holding their childhood picture but she didn't say anything. Ryan ask GIA what she want to eat. I say anything is good. One thing I know is Ryan is really good cook. He say OK, I will made us dinner. I nod my head and Ryan say there is another room you can use. And he point the finger to that room and I say OK and I had brought a small bag with me. I went inside that room and it was small compared to other room and I put my bag at the chair. After sometime Ryan call me and I came out and he say let's have dinner. I nod my head and we went to table and sit there. He had made a curry for me and I really it. I still had bandage at my right hand but I can hold the spoon to eat. Ryan was looking at Gia all the time and they finish eating and Ryan take the dishes. I was sitting at the couch and Ryan came and sut beside me and ask if I would go to college tomorrow. I say I will and he say OK. Then we both went to sleep.
