What to Do?

A week has passed since my meeting with Florian, we released the album and it shocked the wizarding world quite a bit. I mean everyone was eager to know who it was? But to think that it would be me. That is something that they didn't account for. But still that shock factor was working for me. The curiosity sold the albums quickly at first but it just kept selling even after the curiosity was over.

They just liked it and just kept buying, there were many articles in my name asking for interviews and everything. But Ed was the one who was managing it all so I didn't have to think about it too much. Florian was taking care of the hiring and infrastructure for the network. All the work was being taken care of by them. That left me with nothing to do. And it was boring.

Laying on my bed lazily watching my new 42 inch wizard made Tv. I asked Florian what he was going to name this thing, he was very excited to share its name with me "Illusionarium" That's what he called it. He was very satisfied with the name. It wasn't as catchy as T.V. but what else could be?

I was a bit bored to be honest, I mean I had so much time on my hands and nothing to do with it except for training. "What to do? What to do?" I turned off the T.V. And just looked up at my ceiling and I thought what Dad have been up to? Does he know that I destroyed 2 of his hocrux? In the movies he did. But then again so much is different here from the movies or the books.

And I'm worried for Tori, what if she get's mentally attacked like Harry did? But I do think she has been practicing Occlumency. I think I'll ask her just to be safe. I sighed and turned to look at the window and saw the scene outside, it was peaceful.

A knock on the door was heard and I turned to see who it was "Hey" it was Ted. I straightened up and tilted my head in surprise and asked, "What are you doing here?"

He put his hand on his chest and said, "Ah, it hurt me mate, that you would ask something like that." He sat down on my bed and asked, "So how are you doing?" He looked around the room and asked, "What are you doing?"

I shrugged my shoulders and said, "Absolutely nothing… I don't have anything to do right now."

He hummed in surprise and said, "That's the first I've heard of it…" He turned to look at me and asked, "So you are free?"

I nodded "Yeah, why?"

He got up and smiled, "Good, then you can come with me."

I looked at him and asked, "Where?"

He shrugged his shoulders and said, "Don't know… we'll see."

I looked at him and thought instead of just sitting here doing nothing, it would be better hand around with my buddy. I got up and said, "Works for me."

=====================================

Navigating through the gentle buzz of conversation through the Diagon Alley, Ted and I were wandering around aimlessly or it might have been the aim in the first place. I have been here only a handful of times so there was still a lot to discover about this place.

"You are looking good Ted, you gained a few inches." I looked at my pal walking besides me dressed in a vermilion shirt and Black pants. He honestly looked very different from the first time I met him.

He smiled and said, "Took me by surprise as well… I could say the same for you mate… you are looking more sleek than buff… have to say I was worried that you wouldn't have a neck."

I chuckled and nodded at his comment, "Yes, that might have been the case but it beats having that pudgy tummy of yours."

He stopped in front of a rather large shop with an imposing architecture, with large arch windows showcasing mannequins adorned with clothes and accessories. On Top of this three story building were a gang of scary faced Gargoyles looking down on anyone who entered. I looked at the sign on the building and it said, "Twilfitt and Tattings"

I looked at Ted and asked, "You've brought me shopping?"

He looked annoyed and said, "I know what you'll say but I don't have any clothes that fit me. I had to borrow this from my dad… ugh, so here is what I'm thinking, since you know a little bit about looking good. You help me with this and I'll help you with anything else?"

I scoffed at him softly and said, "We are friends Ted, we don't have to keep score of who helped whom more… I'll help you." He looked at me surprised and I said, "I don't want you to look bad… what will they think of me?"

We both entered the shop and we were greeted with two very enthusiastic young women eager to help us. One had long blonde hair tied in a bun and the other had a short stature than the other with black wavy hair that she let hand over her shoulders "Welcome, sirs… how may we serve you today?"

Ted looked at them and said, "I'm in need of a new wardrobe same for my friend over here."

They looked at me and the blonde one asked, "And what's your name sir?"

I looked at her and said, "It's Jonathan Grindlewald House."

Both of them looked astonished and excited and the black hair girl smiled and with a beaming enthusiasm than before said, "Right this way."

They were leading us and I looked around the store the first floor was for women and it was filled with Manequines wearing dresses and accessories, with racks of clothes everywhere.

Ted looked at me and said, "Things might be a little weird for you here." I looked at him in confusion and he explained, "This store mainly caters to the wealthy and the elites… you don't know how it is."

I sighed and said, "Ah, we'll see."

We were led to the second floor where there was not many mannequins but a lot of chairs and clothes on display. Both of us were taken into a fitting area as Ted called it. "I've heard your album's doing great sales… why haven't you done an interview yet?"

The black hair girl looked at us and asked, "Anything you would like to drink?"

Ted looked at them and said, "Butterbeer." She nodded and went to get it and the Blonde one started to measure Ted and he asked, "Why haven't you done the interview yet?"

I sat down on the chair nearby and the girl came back very quickly with a glass of Butterbeer and gave it to me and I smiled and accepted it. "Don't know, Ed has been managing it all… hence the reason for my boredom."

Ted chuckled and said, "If you would have given the interview… you wouldn't have to give out your name like you did now."

I smiled and said, "Oh, and miss out on the lovely reaction from the people." I took a sip and it was not like the other ones this one had a strong taste of rum in it. The girls looked at me with their blushing cheeks and Ted chuckled, "You've gotten worse… or just the same maybe."

Ted looked at me and said, "I didn't see it before but I do think it was a better decision on your part."

I looked at him curiously and he said, "The one with the girls." The blonde one looked at him and he said, "Not the two of you…" He looked at me and said, "I think it was right."

His measurements were done and he got off and I stood up and the blonde girl started to do my measurements and I asked Ted, "What made you change your mind?"

He took a sip of the Butterbeer and said, "I meet them."

I turned to look at him and he said, "I meet them a few days ago… and boy…"

I scrunched my eyebrows and asked, "What? They look bad now? Or something?"

He chuckled and said, "Quite the opposite actually… I mean, it was like I was bombarded with stimuli from them both…" he looked at me and sighed, "And like you said, "When you would mess it up, it would be bad" good thing you didn't let it come to it."

He questioningly smiled and asked, "You haven't met them have you?"

I shook my head and I was a little upset that they have been hanging out together, "Are you upset that we all hung out together?"

I nodded and scoffed at him, "Obviously I'm upset… that you would leave me and hangout with them when I was dying of boredom in my home." My measurements were done and I got off and sat next to him.

I sighed and rolled his eyes and said, "Of course." He then looked at me and said, "Look, it's a good thing… anything they tell me I'll tell you."

I scoffed and said, "That's just stupid."

The girls came and started showing us the dresses and we chose the ones that we liked and I helped him with many of them after that they bagged it up and sent them downstairs for payment.

"Look, it's not necessarily a bad thing… and if you are worried about anything. You shouldn't I won't do anything like that." Ted said to me and I nodded and said, "I know that."

The girls then came with the bill and we paid it and we got up to leave but I was stopped by the two and they said, "Ah, Mr. House?"

I turned around and they each had a copy of my album and a quill and said, "We would love it if you could?"

I smiled and said, "Sure." I looked at them and asked, "Your names?"

The Blonde one said, "It's Hanna and She is Lora." I smiled and signed the copied and Ted looked at me and said, "This was the reason why I said, "It was a good decision." You'll be famous… Jon."

I looked at the two and thought about it and he maybe right.
