In the novel healers were rare and buffers were even rarer, he's got to the chance to personally learn from one of the best to ever have and will exist, this simply isn't a thing he can pass up.

'I already know martial arts and I can easily find a master for magic but buffing and healing is difficult. I could try go to the saint but she's... A little difficult.'

He sighs as he thinks about the crazed war saintess. Her name was Bellua and she was a petite blonde haired girl with blue eyes but don't let looks fool you as she is a master with war hammers. In the novel it was said that she would always come out of the battlefield bathed in blood giving her the nickname bloody Bellua.

'She kind of reminds me of her...'

Ray frowns as he thinks of the girl who killed him in his previous life with her oversized lance. Anger and pure rage was clear on his face but he calmed down after a minute.

'Right, I'm here so that doesn't happen again. I'll make sure to she suffers in this life.'

Ray clicks yes and another prompt appears.

Rays body begins disappearing as if it was digitizing leaving nothing left.

'I'll use this to become as strong as possible.'

Ray was in the clouds, falling at extreme speeds however he was not frightened by any of this. He shuts his eye's and uses his inner energy to block his pain receptors entirely so he cannot feel anything.

'First death incoming. Fucking crazy bastards.'

SPLAT!

Ray's body smashes against the ground leaving his body completely flattened and blood oozing out of every pour. Soon his body digitized again and all the blood and his body disappeared, quickly reappearing in a completely fine state as if nothing happened.

'Ha... Even if I can't feel it I never want to go through that again.'

Ray leaned on a nearby tree and vommited due to the disgusting feeling of getting flattened.

'didn't I write Victoria was the nicest of the five? what would've happened if I chose the others?'

Ray despairingly thought about what kind of experiences would have happened if he chose them. Ray shook his head as he tries regaining some form of composure.

'I shouldn't be thinking about this right now. I need to analyze my surroundings. '

Ray looks around seeing he is in a densely packed forest with no sounds to be heard and nothing but tall trees to be seen. He quickly climbs up one of the tallest trees to get a better view and sees a few things. In the distance there were a few tall mountains covering the forest and quiet nearby he could see a pond.

'I don't know when Victoria may appear so I should at least get myself some shelter since I don't know what may happen here.'

For this dungeon the environment they would be in was entirely up to the instructor and unfortunately he didn't get the same test as the person who originally did it in the novel. Ray begins jumping from tree to tree until he eventually reaches the pond. He tastes the water to see if it's alright to drink.

'Salty... I should make some kind of place to sleep since I could be here for God knows how long.'

Ray focuses inner energy in his hands and chops some trees down as he uses his insane physical abilities to a shelter. He then proceeds to gather leaves and puts them on top of the little shelter, he brought somethings with him as uses some thread to tie the leaves down.

'Hmm... There isn't enough to tie it all down...'

Ray questioned what to do as he thought shelter was most important to him right now. He could go a while without food and water but he needed to be safe from the environment since it could easily kill him.

'It could kill me... Wait.. That's-'

Ray stopped what he was doing and put inner energy in his hand again he was contemplating what to do.

'This is a bit crazy... Even though I can't truly die here it's not a fun experience.'

Ray tries to hit himself with his inner energy but he stops himself. He was slightly trembling at the thought.

'Goddammit move!'

Ray pierces himself in the heart, killing himself. His body drops to the ground and starts digitizing again, his body quickly reappearing. At this point Ray was huffing madly.

'Shit... I'm never doing that again... '

He checks his bag to see the thread was there but the one he originally used is still on the shelter. He uses it to finish tying up his shelter, he placed down a sleeping bag as he gets out a pot from his bag.

'At least it works. So they body and everything on it goes back to the state it was upon my entry to this place. I guess it's different from my body just being recreated. Maybe this will be useful.'

Ray grabs some sticks and leaves and makes a fire using daily life magic, he puts water in the pot and begins to boil. Ray then sits down as he begins looking up at the sky.

'It's getting dark... I should finish up quickly.'

Ray cups his hands together as he takes a sip of the water in the pot, licking his lip.

'I'm not an expert but it seems drinkable? Well at least it doesn't taste salty any more... Maybe I should have done research before hand. '

He left the pot out as he quickly washes his face but then...

AWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!

A loud howling sound could be heard and not just one or two, there were many and it was coming from all directions. Ray looked around as he saw the entire forest was now dark as it was completely night now. The entire area except here, were the fire was still burning bright.

'SHIT!'

Ray fought as he quickly rushed to put out the fire and began to calm down a bit.

'Did they not see it? I need to on gua-. '

However it was much too late for that. A giant wolf was directly behind him without him noticing until now due to his panicked state he looks behind him only to see it's mouth wide open with glaring teeth ready to bite of Rays head entirely. A nervous smile appear on his face as he saw this.

'Well shit..!'

This is the first of the two chapter being released today! The other one will be released later in the day as usual but let's all see how Ray will do against his first enemy!
