"Orphan girl... That girl has no one."

"It's just….she still couldn't do anything a vampire would do."

"Haha... That's it. She's a useless girl."

At one point, the same words echoed through my head. Those words that showed my true state hit me better than a knife tip. But every moment it is the same. They didn't change and neither did my insignificance.

I came out of the classroom clutching the books in both hands to my chest.

Vampire High School….where I wanted to study but didn't….I didn't want to be born this way….but that's my destiny….

I'm Kimyu.....I'm an orphan like everyone says. Having no family, I didn't have any of the special abilities that a vampire would have, at least. Even at the age of twenty, there was no change... I became a useless person to everyone.
