Betrayal Part - 03

"Oh here we are, we've arrived. Prepare yourself honey and relax there is no need to be tensed, just relax." Said Misaki when they arrived in front of Shiro's parents lab.

The automated silver ash metal door opened and the nurses brought the stretcher carrying Shiro inside the laboratory, Misaki walked behind them.

" Oh Shiro you are here." Hiroki.

" Hey dad how is it going, how long till we launch" Shiro.

"Around eighteen hours or so. Can you guys please bring him over to this bed here." Hiroki asked the nurses.

" Yes sir." Replied both the nurses.

They took Shiro's stretcher towards a bed with lots of medical equipment attached and carried him onto the bed carefully.

" Thank you, You both may leave now. We'll call you if we need anything." Hiroki.

" Yes sir." replied the nurses and left.

"Shiro we will have to run some tests on you to get a baseline so that we can compare the live data sent from the capsule and understand your condition. So we need you to relax as much as possible." Misaki.

" OK mom, dad." Shiro.

After several hours of testing they were finally ready to put Shiro into the pod. Hiroki called the nurses in .

"Can you guys take him to the next room and put this trunks on him." Hiroki.

"Da....da.. DAD!! what are you talking about why would they change my clothes and specially my trunks." Shiro protested in a panic tone.

"Just calm down OK? Normally a male nurse would have helped you change. But these two are our trusted people, so deal with it. And besides you should be glad that two beautiful nurses are changing your clothes or rather undies. Now stop complaining, we don't have much time." Misaki.

"No no no. Let dad or uncle Sam do it. No girl has changed my clothes before, it's embarrassing." Shiro.

"Hmm.. how do you know. Some nurses might have changed your clothes when you were sleeping. You never know. Now no more talking girls just take him, after you are done lie him in the pod with only his trunks on, then you can leave." Misaki.

"Yes mam." Nurses.

They then take Shiro on a stretcher to the other room.

"No mom dad, nooooo." Shiro.

When the nurses are done changing Shiro's clothes they lie him down in a pod which had it's glass open and they left. (A.N: Think of the pod of Dianeira of heroic age anime.)

After the nurses left Shiro's parents walked in and saw him sulking.

"Oh come on, don't get sulky on us." Misaki.

"Sigh... ah well whatever, this pod doesn't look like the traditional pods we use for cryogenic sleep. I thought those were more bulky square pods. And what about those two other slight bulky but similar pod ?" asked Shiro.

"Your pod is special since it had to be custom made for you. The other two pods are prototypes, you don't have to worry about that." Hiroki.

"Oh ok." Shiro.

"Let's put this oxygen mask on you. You will fall asleep in a bit and the tank will be filled with liquid, which contains your medicines. Goodbye Shiro see you in space." Hiroki.

"Goodbye son, always remember that we love you." Misaki.

"Mom dad love you too. See you when I wake up." Shiro.

Shiro started to fall asleep.

"Hope everything goes well." Hiroki.

"It'll honey it'll. We even successfully tested it. He is in coma now. Let's close the hatch." MIsaki

The glass panel closed silently on the pod.

"Pour in the liquids." Hiroki.

"Pouring it in. Done.." Misaki.

A slightly glowing blue liquid filled up the pod Shiro is in. A transparent window appears on Shiro's pod. Which showed his vitals and other information.

"His vitals are stable, everything else is within acceptable range." Hiroki.

"Now we watch. In the meantime why don't we prepare the prototypes, just in case, we can take them with us. Misaki.

"Lets do that." Hiroki.

Both of them started to prepare the prototypes for transport.

"By the way how are we going to carry them again?" Hiroki.

"We will just replace our own cryo pods with these two and tell them that these two are new and improved experimental pods we are testing. After all these pods are capable of cryo sleep. so no problems I guess" MIsaki.

"You guess huh. Oh well we will manage somehow after all we own the project. If someone protests we will just shut him up with that." Hiroki.

"Well let's hurry up, we don't have much time." Misaki.

After this they transported the three pods into the ship replaced Misaki and Hiroki's pods with the prototypes and installed Shiro's pods into it's specific slot type mechanism.

In a few hours it'll be the time where the whole family will leave Earth towards Mars with a team of scientist from around the world. Some shares the couple's views. Some may have some different motives. Despite all these the ship will still launch on time.
