Izuku stood silently as the pro-heroes berated him after All Might punched the slime villain away, "You didn't need to get caught in that? Why did you recklessly jump in?" Death Arms demanded.
"On top of that you are quirkless, you aren't suited to these situations," Kamui shook his head with disappointment.
"You should leave it people with quirks,"
He clenched his teeth and stood through it. Once they had finished, he ran away, tears streaming down his face, "Why? Why does everyone treat me like I'm useless? Even when I try to help, I end up making things worse! I'm so useless! Maybe I should just dive off a building as Kacchan said. Everyone would be better off without me anyway. Not like anyone would miss me," Izuku spiraled. He really was considering doing it but finally decided against it, "Mom would be devasted. I can't do that to her..." he reasoned and wiped his tears off before putting on a smile to make sure his mother didn't notice anything off. Having done so, he headed home, but not before Katsuki caught up with him.
"Oi Deku! I didn't ask for you to save me!" Bakugou yelled and punched Izuku with his explosion quirk. Izuku gasped as the punch connected. He fell to the ground, clutching his stomach in pain. Bakugou kicked him several times while he was on the ground, ignoring Izuku's pleas for him to stop. He aimed with another explosion on his hand when Katsuki felt his entire body go numb. The last sound Katsuki heard was of electricity crackling out and a shove on him as he was slammed to the concrete.
"D-dad!" Izuku said in surprise as he looked up to see his savior. He moved to hide his bleeding mouth and put on a cheerful tone, "What are you doing here?"
Hisashi switched his scowl to a half-smile for his son and swiftly concealed his taser, "Oh, Izuku! My overseas deployment ended. We caught the guy,"
"I thought it was a hard case?" Izuku said, trying to keep the conversation going.
"Well, that's why the Interpol needed me! I cracked the case wide open for them!"
"Can you tell me about it?"
"I would but it's confidential. And don't think I don't see what you are doing," Hisashi said with narrowed eyes.
Izuku froze and gulped, "W-what do you mean?"
"I mean you covering up the blood,"
"I'm fine," Izuku grinned.
Hisashi's hands clenched tighter around Bakugou's unconscious arms, "Like hell you are. I'm guessing you took at least one explosive punch from this shit here,"
"Kacchan didn't mean to!"
"THIS is Kacchan?" Hisashi asked with narrowed eyes, "Your best friend?" he nearly spat out.
"Well, I mean yeah, we are friends. He's just been a bit overboard with his quirk ever since he figured out I don't have one,"
Hisashi's blood ran cold. Izuku had been diagnosed when 5. That meant for all these years... "You still have pieces of sludge on you from the attack," he observed.
"Huh? You saw the attack?"
"We have a TV," Hisashi said before falling into his thoughts, "The medical team would have cleaned off the sludge since it might have been toxic," He thought as he brushed it off from his son's clothes, "That means either the medics are useless or he wasn't given treatment!" he let out a growl.
"Izuku!" Inko's voice rang out in the empty street as she came running, "Hisashi just came in today to surprise you. But then we saw you getting attacked and rushed... here...," She stopped as she saw Izuku clutching a bleeding nose and hand and Katsuki knocked out and held by her husband, "What's going on?"
Hisashi twitched, "I told you to make sure that no one was treating Izuku unfairly for being quirkless. I told you!" Hisashi shouted, "And now look! His best friend has been using his damn quirk on him!"
Inko fell, "But Izuku told me..."
"That doesn't matter! You should have checked yourself!"
Izuku shuffled nervously, "Dad, please don't. It's my fault that I-"
"Izuku, it's not your fault!" Hisashi said, his voice lowering, "I, it's," Hisashi struggled before sighing, "Inko get him to a hospital, please. Try to talk to him,"
Inko nodded and pulled Izuku to his feet, "What about you?"
"I have some assholes to deal with," he said gruffly and pulled the unconscious Bakugo with him to the sludge incident site. He stopped, "Oh before I go Izuku. Did Aldera treat you badly too?" he asked.
Izuku nodded under his father's intense gaze. If possible, the temperature fell further. Hisashi nodded and resumed his path with Bakugou on his shoulders.

Death Arms noticed Hisashi carrying a handcuffed Bakugo, "Oi, oi! What do you think you are doing to that kid!? He's been through a lot today! How dare you put handcuffs on him!"
"I arrested him for illegal quirk usage. He was using his quirk to hurt a kid. Not to mention, he looked like he was going to kill him. That would be attempted murder. As a police officer, it's my job to arrest him,"
"No way! That kid has a quirk perfect for a hero! No way he'd do something like that!"
Hisashi shook his head. Again with the 'perfect' quirk nonsense. He had seen so many informants who lived shitty lives for that belief, "Well he did. Anyway, you should be more concerned about yourselves,"
"Huh?"
"For child negligence and improper handling of victims, Pro-heroes, Death Arms, Kamui Woods, and Backdraft are hereby arrested," Hisashi announced.
Death Arms shook with rage, "Quit joking around! You're a villain who's looking to disrupt the peace!" Death Arms said and launched himself towards Hisashi. Kamui and Backdraft stood back hesitantly. Hisashi smirked and used the police martial arts he had learned to easily slip through Death Arm's defense and deliver a swift uppercut before flipping out his taser and knocking him out with an exceptionally high voltage.
Kamui Woods and Backdraft took this as evidence of him being a villain and got ready. However, Tsukauchi interrupted right there, "Halt! Sir, are you really police?" He asked Hisashi who quietly handed his badge to him.
Tsukauchi opened it and his eyes widened. This was the Midoriya Hisashi. The legend of the police force! He was the one responsible for locking down most of the Yakuza. He acted mostly as an undercover cop. No one knew how he looked like or anything about him. He was a phantom! Yet here he was, right in front of him.
"I'm sorry sir!" Tsukauchi apologized and handed back the badge, "We shall assist you with the arrest!"
Kamui and Backdraft nearly fell in surprise as police officers surrounded them and cuffed them.
"Oi! What the heck are you arresting them for?" A fan asked.
"Yeah, they didn't do anything wrong!"
"You're just jealous that you don't get to be cool like the heroes!"
"Do you even have jurisdiction to arrest pro-heroes?"
"Of course they don't. They're the ones who saved us! Let them go!"
"Yeah, and that guy doesn't even look like police,"
One over-enthusiastic Kamui fan jumped over the barricade to free the hero but was tripped by Hisashi's feet and swiftly cuffed, "I highly doubt any one of you would want to be arrested for obstruction of justice and contempt to the law," he gave an eery smile. The other protesters who were ready to jump the barriers fell back at that.
"Oi, you guys, hold the perimeter and disperse the crowd instead of staring like a couple of wide-eyed idiots!" Hisashi barked his orders. The officers jumped at that and looked at Tsukauchi, who nodded for confirmation.
Hisashi noticed Tsukauchi's nervous face and gave a smile, "You know, police have far more jurisdiction and power than pro-heroes. Stop looking like that and walk straight!"
"Yes sir!"
"Drop the formalities," Hisashi said gruffly, "I like you. I'll probably have you on a case with me first thing tomorrow,"
Tsukauchi stood with mouth agape at having gotten an offer to work with the phantom and nodded, "Yes! Are you coming to the station now?"
"I have to. Have to get this one's parents and explain everything to them," Hisashi pointed to Bakugou.
Tsukauchi nodded, "May I ask what the case we will be working on is?"
"Oh, it's no big deal! Just taking down a school. A teeny tiny thing really," Hisashi said with an unforgiving grin on his face.
Hisashi followed Tsukauchi into his car and placed Bakugou in the back seat. He saw that Inko had sent him Katsuki's parent's numbers. He rang the phone, "Hello, this is Bakugou Masaru," the voice rang on the other end.
"Hi, this is Midoriya Hisashi,"
"Midoriya... Are you Izuku's father?"
"Yes," Hisashi said controlling his anger.
"I thought you were overseas?"
"I was,"
"Is there any particular reason you are calling?"
"Yes, your son, Bakugou Katsuki has been arrested,"
"What, why?"
"At this moment, I do not wish to disclose any information over the phone. Please report to Musutafu general police station to pick up your son and gather details," Hisashi said shortly and hung up before turning towards Bakugou. He grabbed a water bottle from the front of the car, "Wakey, wakey!" he dumped all the water on Bakugou's heads.
Katsuki woke up with a start. He took some time to gather his surroundings, "Oi! Who the hell are you!?" he demanded.
"Language. You are speaking with a police officer,"
"Heh, the hero's lackeys," Bakugou spat.
Hisashi's voice turned unnaturally icy, "Call us whatever you want. The truth is we have more jurisdiction than Pro-heroes. And I have enough evidence to make sure you don't get out of juvie until you are 18!" Hisashi snapped at the boy.
Bakugou seemed to recoil at that, "Y-you can't. My quirk is-"
"To hell with your quirk! I've seen villains who are better people than you,"
"Er, maybe calm down, Midoriya-san," Tsukauchi commented, afraid of brutality charges.
Hisashi huffed but did take his advice. Once they arrived at the police station, the heroes were escorted to holding, much to the amusement of the officers.
Hisashi sat down and waited for the Bakugous to arrive.
"Who's that guy?" An officer asked Naomasa.
Naomasa pondered over his answer. Hisashi was supposed to be an undercover cop, so it wouldn't do to let people know who he was, "A very high-ranking officer," Tsukauchi said vaguely.
The officer nodded and went about his business.
A while after, Mitsuki and Masaru arrived, "What's the meaning of this!?" Mitsuki demanded as she strode over to her handcuffed son.
"Are you Inko's husband?" Masaru asked.
Hisashi nodded and handed them a case file, "Everything is listed in here. However, in short, your son used his quirk and almost killed Izuku. I'll see you at the court summons,"
"T-that's a lie! He would never hurt Izuku!" Mitsuki accused.
"Well, my body cam says different. Why don't we sort this out in court instead?" Hisashi replied coldly?
"This proposes juvenile detention center," Masaru pointed out.
"Yes, attempted murder does lead to being arrested. Since he's a minor, being sent to a juvenile detention center would be his punishment," Hisashi explained.
"But, that would hurt his chances of getting into UA!" Mitsuki replied.
"That," Hisashi's anger finally broke through, "is the least of my concerns! Especially when he almost killed my son!"
Everyone in the station went quiet at Hisashi's exclamation. Till now, the conversation had been going quiet. But now the entire station was looking at Katsuki with narrowed eyes, making him squirm a bit.
"I AM BUILT TO BE A HERO! TO GO TO UA AND BE NUMBER 1! YOU CAN'T TAKE THAT FROM ME!" Katsuki yelled.
Hisashi crouched to Katsuki's height, "Oh, trust me, by the time I'm done, not even the lowest hero school will want you" he said menacingly.
"Ok, that's enough," Tsukauchi pulled Hisashi away. He had no clue that the victim was Hisashi's son and had let him handle the parents. It surprised him that he could be so professional to them, even if for only two minutes, "You might be too close to this, Senpai. Why don't you go home? I'll sort this out,"
Hisashi scowled but nodded, but not before sending a final glare to Katsuki.
