Writer's POV

Ray's hands wrapped around Juliet's neck immediately Stacey ran out.

He lifts her off the ground, making her legs dangles.

"What did you do to the water you gave me?!" He roared.

She tries to speak but ends up coughing.

"You drugged the water!"

"A-alpha.. I... I just wanted to..." Coughs. ".. show you that I'm the right one for you!"

Ray growls and throws her against a wall, letting her back hits the wall very hard and she releases a groan.

"What have you done?!" He roars.

He marches towards her and single handedly carries her by arm... not minding her painful cry.

He throws her down the stairs and watch her fall down in a loud thud...he didn't check if she's alive or dead.

He runs his hands through his hair and rushes back in his room and wear a shirt and pant.

"This is all your fault! You made mate angry!" Zeus snarled at him.

"Shut up! This is no time to cast blames! I need to find her and explain things to her" 

"Explain?! She won't listen" Zeus said.

Ray groans and shuts him off... He quickly grabs a pair of shoe.

"Ray get down here!" Ray hears Josh's voice from the living room.

He rushes downstairs, he sees Anna trying to calm Josh down.. he look around as if he'd see Stacey.

Suddenly, he receives an unexpected punch from Josh, he holds his nose and glares at Josh.

"Josh!" Anna calls but Josh paid her no attention.

He points his finger at Ray.

"You! I told you before, if you dare make my sister cry, I'll fight with my last breath!"

"Josh, calm down, we can talk things through" Anna tells him.

"Talk things through?! I don't think so..." He gives Ray another punch.

Ray glares at him angrily and clenched his jaw, as he tries to keep himself calm.

".. this bastard made my Sistar cry! Why should I talk things through with him?!"

"Joshua, you might be my mate's brother but I'm still your Alpha... Mind what you say to me!" Ray growls.

"I told you before, Alpha or not, don't hurt my sister.. but what did you do?!"

Ray ignores him and tries to walk past him out, Josh pulls Ray back and throws a punch at him.

He catches Josh's fist and twist Josh's arm.. Josh groans in pain as his arm cracks.

"Don't make me forget you're my Brothers in-law!"

He releases Josh's hand and pushes him to the ground.. Josh doesn't wanna give up.

He gets up and charges at Ray.. but Ray notices his advances in time, he stops his fist midway and grips his neck.

"I'll.. kill you..." Josh manages to say.

"I'll repeat it again, don't make me forget you're my mate's brother!"

Anna couldn't stand by and watch her brother trying to kill her mate... she rushes forward.

"Ray, that's enough, stop it!"

Ray ignores her and tighten his grip on Josh's neck...Josh coughed as his eyes turns red.. still he's trying to claw at Ray.

"You're gonna kill him, Ray!" Anna said.

Ray behaves like he's not listening to her.

She bites her lower lip worriedly and glance at the door as if she's waiting for someone.

Just then the door opens...the Luna queen rushes in, she holds Anna and looks all over her body.

"Anna, you sounded worried in your mind link! What..." she trails off as she follows Anna's gaze.

A gasp leaves her mouth as she sees Josh struggling to get away from Ray's grip.

"Ray, what are you doing?! Are you trying to kill your Brothers in-law?!"

Ray ignores her just as he had ignored Anna.

"What happened, Anna?"

"It's Ray, he had a fight with Stacey and brought Juliet home..."

"He brought Juliet home?!" She cuts Anna off.

She turns to Ray, he's still holding onto Josh.

"Let him go Ray, Ray ignores her.

"I said let him go!" She growls.

Ray quickly lets Josh go... Josh coughs and gasp for air but still manage to glare at Ray.

The queen stepped closer to Josh and pats his back.

"Joshua, are you ok?" She asked.

Josh nod. "Yes!"

The queen glares at Ray then turns to Josh.

"What happened?"

Josh points at Ray.

"He's cheating on my sister!"

"I didn't cheat on my mate!" Ray growls.

Josh scoffs unbelievably.

"Then why did Stacey came home crying?!"

Ray opens his mouth to speak but the queen shuts him up with a slap.

"How dare you, Ray?! Is that what I installed in you?!"

He shuts his eyes and licks his lips.

"Mom, I didn't cheat, I swear.. I would never cheat on my mate!" Ray defends himself.

"Then what happened?!"

"I don't know, mom, I was feeling dizzy after training so I came home to sleep... I found Janet next to me and my mate standing in front of our bed.... "

Josh shakes his head like he doesn't believe Ray.

"Did you try explaining things to her?" The queen asked.

Ray stays silent. Anna clears her throat and speaks.

"Mom, I don't think this was all just about Ray and Juliet.. before now, Stacey and Ray are already having an issue!"

Josh frowns and wonders why he's just hearing of this...

He stares at Anna but she simply signals him to wait until they get home.

"Issues? What issues?"

"I'm not sure, but Stacey told me Ray has being giving her a cold shoulder lately!" Anna said.

The queen turns to Ray with a questioning glare... Ray looks away from her without saying a word.

"Ray, are you going to speak or you want me to force you?!"

Ray stays silent for a few minutes... then he speaks.

"I'm just angry and sad because she said she doesn't love me!"

"What?! Where did you get that from?" The queen asked.

"I heard her telling you Mom"

The queen frowns and her mind flashes back to the day she was asking Stacey about her feelings towards Ray.

Then she bursts into laughter... They look at her with confused expression.

She finally stops after a few minutes, when she has laughed to her heart content.

She reaches for a recorder and plays it... Everything she asked Stacey and Stacey's replies are all recorded in the recorder.

"M-mom... what's...." Ray trails off.

"Ray, not everything is as they seem like...not everything is as easy as they look!" She pause.

"I wanted to interview both if you separately and play your love confession on your coronation/

induction ceremony, as a surprise for you two.... But I guess, that's not gonna happen now!"

Ray felt himself losing blood as he thinks about how he has treated and misunderstood Stacey.

He suddenly realizes he was really cold and harsh to her.

"You went too far by bringing Juliet home, Ray!" Anna queries him.

He turns and glares at Juliet who's still laying still on the floor.

"I didn't bring her home..." He turns to Josh. "Where's my mate, I need to explain things to her!"

"I bet she doesn't wanna see you now!" Josh growls.

Ignoring Josh's statement, Ray rushed out.
