Chapter 143: Chosen by the Dark Lord

The cold wind blew over the castle, and Ivan could hear its howl.

In the dark, narrow corridor, the atmosphere became strange.

Professor Trelawney's head fell forward on her chest. She made a sort of grunting sound. Then, suddenly, her head rose again.

"I'm sorry, dear boy!" She said normally, "I must have had too much sherry, you know, alcohol makes me sleepy, I dozed off for a moment."

Ivan was still standing there staring at her, thinking about what she had just said.

Noticing Ivan's stare, Professor Trelawney asked, "Is something wrong, dear?"

"Professor, you just made a prophecy." Ivan hesitated and continued, "He told me that the Dark Lord was going to be resurrected and that he was stronger and more terrible than ever, because he personally marked a chosen one, and that this chosen one will help him..."

Professor Trelawney looked very surprised, "The Dark Lord? Who is not to be named? My dear boy, that is not something to joke about..... Get up again, indeed..."

"Yes, you mentioned the Dark Lord and his ancient magic." Ivan frowned.

Professor Trelawney's prophecy was clearly not finished. What she had gathered so far was that from the information currently known, Voldemort will use his ancient dark magic to mark one person, and this person will help him rise again.

What is this place? what is this magic? With his current knowledge, Ivan couldn't associate it with anything he already knew.
