evolution

" Aaargh,. aaargh... aaargh ". a man woke up from the ground lifting his head off the floor. he screamed but soon stopped as he realized he was just yelling at himself as he was alone in a cave. he was lying in a marsh in the mouth of a cave which was connected to a continuous range of water.

it was Lin Jin. ". where am I ? so heaven did really exist ! but I'm not supposed to be in heaven,. am I not dead ? but I'm supposed to be dead !". during his fall he had seen his own legs fall off his body due to his body clashing hard into several rocks, he remembered one of his hand was only left with some bones but no skin but was still kept conscious by the immense pain, but he also remembered the remaining part of his body which consisted of his head and a minor part of him falling into the sea and his blood left to flow out of him. he was supposed to die a horrible death. " where are my wounds ?". he now noticed he now had no wound on his skin. he was as healthy as ever.

his left hand had a glow when he looked he noticed there was a mark on his palm it looked like the symbols of a yin and a yang which consisted of a circle and a red and white mark on it .

puff....

a golden light burst out from the symbol on his palm and this made it hard for him to see for a while. when the lights was gone he now see but what he saw suprised him. he was now seeing lights in the form of a miniature man . they were floating on midair moving their body in tandem.

" what's this? ". he could see them performing a skill , a Kung Fu skill . they felt surreal. he thought maybe it was his imagination but this was too big . he guessed it was someone close by using a skill to trick him but he felt shocked when he noticed they were performing his skill ' light body '. no one knew this skill except his family, who could possibly be doing this ?.

arrrgh....

he felt a burst of energy run through him , he felt so heavy and at the same time so energized. he felt he could bring down a whole mountain with just a single punch. he felt he could break space and make another world.

he felt an urge to follow the miniature light beings with their practice. he felt if he didn't he'd probably end up blown up due to too much energy. he went on to practice his Kung Fu skill ' light body '. he planned to exhaust all the energy through that.

after practicing for about and hour he heard a voice in his head '. light body skill: sixth level body quenching achieved: third clack class achieved : body evolved .".

" why am I evolving just so quickly,. wow I can't believe it. " Lin Jin was happy hearing this voice in his head. but this continuous energy still swelled inside him , he still felt compared to practice.

". is it inside him ? why is he here practicing all alone and what did he just say about evolving". yang manli had tracked the immemorial stone down to where Lin Jin was. it was supposedly with him but when he was unconscious she had searched through all his belongings and found nothing. " did he eat it or did he think it was a yang vigor stones and absorbed it to evolve? wait does it make someone evolve ? but that'll be a yin vigor stones , why would master waste so much resources on a yin vigor stones. well I've gotta report I'm not supposed to confront him any ways I just have to locate the stone ".

she didn't want to intrude. if it was with Lin Jin she believed she could forcefully take it, she was a member of the Aeirs martial Club and she was above third clack. Lin Jin was no match for her, but her job was to locate the stone and then report afterwards.

" master , the immemorial stone is in the hands of a young man in the town of Quinyang, should I go get it.". yang manli said to a man in robe whoa face was veiled by the darkness of the night.

" No! the immemorial stone was created by a power from outside this universe, it has immense power, moreover, the stone must have followed him for a reason and I'm sure it would be faithful to him,. unless the owner losses his sanity and gives it away voluntarily, it would follow him forever. and killing him doesn't help as he has already absorbed it,. it followed him for a reason and we must find that reason before we can get the stone from him". the man said slowly and relaxed. though the stone was with someone else he was happy he had already found the stone. getting it from whoever it was with wouldn't be difficult for him.

". I'm nine clacks now , I'm nine clacks now, woo yeah ! but why did it stop ! I still have one more clack , why did it stop?". after several hours of training Lin Jin was getting a hang of this, he was already at his ninth clack which equaled ' eighteenth level body quenching. '. he was happy about this. only a few people could in Quinyang town could fight him at this point.

but unfortunately he couldn't finish his evolution as the miniature light beings disappeared and the energy bursting inside if him lessened.

" where are you going". Quingtan who was lying on a mat in the middle of nowhere subconsciously said. she opened her eyes to the bright light from the sun. she felt an ache from it. when she opened her eyes fully she saw someone smiling at her looking like he was watching an amusing movie.

". where am I ?". Quingtan immediately got off the ground ,. it was wind blade who was starring at her,. she looked around and noticed this wasn't her room and she had slept in a pile of clothing in a valley she knew not of.

". you fell on the ground , so I made it comfortable for you here and I made your breakfast,. are you ready to eat ". wind blade said with a smile.

". I fell , oh no I fell again. " she now remembered she had fallen unconscious right when she wanted to confront wind blade about her brother whereabout. " wait what happened?".

" relax nothing happened,. I just made it comfortable for you , lit a fire so you don't get too cold , though you seemed colder than the cold out here could be and I stood guard so creature around don't come bother you ". wind blade said still retaining his sheepish smile .

" thank you ". Quingtan replied looking worried, she still hadn't seen Lin Jin.

" and by the way I made breakfast, a black horn rhino crawled by so I made breakfast off it ". wind blade said.

". where is Lin Jin?". Quingtan asked.

" well I haven't seen him, but I take it upon myself that I would bring him back".

" what did you do to him ". Quingtan followed up with a question.

". lei pi pitched us against each other and he lost ground to me so he jumped off the cliff. ". wind blade said

" no, Lin jin wouldn't do that ". Quingtan disagreed.

" believe me nothing else happened ". wind blade felt guilt .

this time Quingtan didn't answer but turned around and walked away she was going to go search for Lin Jin herself, she knew If wind blade wanted to tell her something he would have.

after walking for a while they were now at the bottom of the cliff where Lin Jin had jumped off but still they didn't see any sign of him.

" are you okay?". wind blade noticed Quingtan's whole body was exhibiting a kind of change. her whole body produced steam but it was cold and had a pleasant fragrance, her hair turned snow white , around her hovered tiny glaciers. he couldn't see her eyes not her face as he was standing behind her but he knew this was similar to what happened earlier before.

she turned around looking angry ". my brother Lin Jin is not at the cliff side , where is he , you deceived me " Quingtan who once looked graceful now had turn in her face though she didn't look different from before, the feeling she gave off was now different. she walked closer to wind blade slowly.

wind blade felt cold, so cold that he was a bit scared he'd freeze to death,. he noticed the leave and even the ground around Quingtan were now frozen . he believed if she so as touches him he'd freeze to death.

but what suprised him was that Quingtan was not supposed to be this powerful,. at the highest she was supposed to be at her second clack, he was already in his fourth so even if she unleashed her full might it shouldn't be able to harm him. but now she was only walking closer to him and he was already freezing.

" what is that ? is that Quingtan? ". Lin Jin felt a king of cold air around him. " is she sick again?". this was the kind of feeling he felt around Quingtan when she was in a bad emotion or she was stressed out.

he ran to the entrance of the cave but only then noticed he was surrounded by water, but the further he went the more he had that feeling of Quingtan. he jumped into the water and just after a minute of swimming he could see Quingtan. she was on the floor in a sitting position whilst wind blade was standing close to her with his hair covered in snow. .

Aaargh....

Lin Jin had no second thought, he ran forward with the speed of light raising his hands. he was going to end wind blade. he was now on his sixth clack and wind blade wouldn't be a match for him
