He grabbed her arms unknowingly, but he pulled her back and stared at her with a shocking look on his face. He used his other hand to touch the part she kissed him on the neck. It felt so warm, and he gulped down, then blinked in utter confusion as he stared at her.

Elizabeth's boldness slowly crumpled down when she saw the look on his face. They stared at each other long and hard until someone knocked on the glass, startling them.

James looked to his side and saw Erick outside. He rolled down the glass and waited for him to speak.

“I'm sorry about the disturbance, sir, but there's someone here to see you,” he said.

Elizabeth frowned, but her eyes brightened. Maybe someone was looking for an attorney. She turned to face him. “Sir, we should really go.” She muttered and opened the door of the car quickly.

James frowned but joined her. He followed her in as she walked ahead excitedly like she was the one meeting the person, while Erick followed from behind.
