Adam had a look of disbelief. Were his eyes playing on him or what? He wondered if James and Elizabeth knew each other all this while.

"Adam, it's been a while," James said.

"Yes it really is. I actually thought you won't ever come back here again after you quitted." Adam expressed.

James smiled weakly, he could never stop coming even if he could, and that was because he had no choice but to quitted his job just to work on the case concerning her niece.

"I can't Adam, you're all still important to me," he said with a smile.

Elizabeth placed her hands under her jaw while she looked at him fascinated with the man he was. James turned only to see her sipping from the water while giving him a dreamy look. He felt disturbed by her look and he looked at Adam who was already passing him a knowing look.

James wondered what was wrong with them since they were actually abnormal. Adam waited for them to order.
