Genius In Douluo Dalu

Mushin, or Zen, is known as a state of emptiness. When in this state, the mind is free of thoughts yet possesses a thought process so fast that martial artists are known to be near unbeatable in such a state. What happens when a mortal man, a reincarnated soul achieves this state. Zack Hughes, a man who reached such a state was rewarded with transmigration for a feat never achieved before by a mortal. This is his journey as Tang San's Brother in Douluo Dalu with Twin Spirits. --------------------- There will be no direct OP MC at the start. I will show his time in the Tang Sect too. He will not have a million-year-old spirit ring or Unlimited Martial Spirits. As said in the tags he will be making decisions after carefully studying which powers he would like. I do not own Douluo Dalu. It belongs to Tang Jia San Shao. I only own my OC. All images (if) uploaded in the novel do not belong to me. I am not an artist. They belong to their respective artists, if you wish to remove them please text me, I will do so.

Brothers Forever!

------Timeskip - 5 Years-----

(3rd Person POV)

"Brother, what is that pressure you use when in battle?" asked Tang San curiously.

He had seen his brother bringing down opponents stronger than him to their knees through the use of that pressure alone, and was capable of going against even 3 of the elders together when using the martial arts he created.

It had been an occasion worth remembering, the Sect Master had congratulated his brother, telling him that the pressure he used was something only Tang Yin could use and he was a prodigy with a genius never seen before.

The Flowing Arts, he had asked the Sect Master to name the martial arts he had created. Many had been jealous, even the elders, asking for him to provide the technique for the 'development' of their sect.

"The Sect Master has given his orders and I will follow them till the day I die!" his brother had replied.

The determination and confidence in his voice unnerved the elders. His brother was strong, stronger than any person he had seen. His brother had helped him when they both infiltrated the Inner Sect Library to learn and develop their techniques for the sake of the sect.

"I do not care about the sect." his brother had told."I am trying to find a concoction to prolong one's life."

"Do you want to prolong your life brother?" Tang San had asked, a little disappointed and a little angry at my brother for treating the sect which took them in, badly.

"No, I don't want to prolong my life. I am looking for a way to prolong the Sect Master's life. He has done so much for us. Not the Sect, nor the elders, nor the Inner Disciples who think of themselves as superior while they run around like babbling buffoons trying to impress every beautiful female disciple they come along." replied Tang Yin while going through the scrolls they had stolen from the Inner Sect Library.

Tang San felt relieved and a little self-loathe at doubting his brother. His brother had always been protective of him so it was natural that his brother did not like the sect which had hurt him.

However, he let out a laugh at the last part, remembering the number of young masters he had to deal with and the adorers he had gathered in the female disciples due to his good looks and strength.

'A dreaded existence', he said, referring both to the 'fangirls' or 'sheep' as he called them and the 'young masters'. Although Tang San never understood what fangirls were, he just attributed it to another one of his brother's gimmicks.

However, he soon closed his mouth stifling his laughter as his brother glared at him. His brother, who could speak with all the elders and sect master at once and berate them, who could beat up multiple inner disciples at once dreading something for the very life of him was something very funny to watch.

Getting out of his thoughts Tang San waited for his brother's reply.

"It is a mixture of energies. However, to achieve this you need extensive research and strong will power." replied Tang Yin

"But, didn't the Sect Master say he had never seen anything like this before, and only you were capable of unlocking it." asked Tang San.

"Yes, in our Sect I am the only one capable of unlocking it. Those who want to unlock it have to try to do so before the age of 15, and even then it would be with an uncertain outcome. It is related to the development of the brain." explained Tang Yin.

"Why will the outcome be uncertain?" asked Tang San curiously wanting to delve deeper into the matter.

"One of the energies used is vital energy, which one can relate with one's body. This will differ due to bloodline, training, and so on. The other energy used is spiritual power, this is also unique to each person. Everybody reacts to different thoughts differently, and there is no tool that can measure spiritual power yet. So, I am unsure if there are any criteria for the amount of Vital and Spiritual Energy needed. Also, willpower is needed to control the resulting energy, or you might blow your head up." said Tang Yin.

Tang San felt a slight chill at everyone trying to use this technique only to blow their head up.

-------Timeskip - 5 Years------

"Catch them!" shouted a masked old man.

"Hurry Up!" shouted another old fogey.

Running through the forest were 2 men. 1 had Black Hair and Piercing Crimson Eyes, while the other had dark-blue bordering black hair and eyes.

"Almighty Push!" shouted the one with black hair, uprooting a few trees in the process and pushing his pursuers back.

Tang Yin had unlocked the first seal of Rinnegan 2 years back. He could now control a weight of 100-300 kgs. The Old men being pushed back threw sharp needles containing poison at them in hopes of stopping the traitors. The other man waved his hand in a circular motion redirecting all the needles towards him and deflecting them with his hands.

"Impossible!" shouted one elder with his eyes widening.

"Mysterious Jade Hand!" another shrieked.

Soon, the 2 brothers were seen surrounded by a cliff. They nodded at each other with smiles on their faces, they jumped off the cliff only to be reborn and make waves across the lands again.

This was an explanation of how the MC unlocked Haki, and we're finally starting canon. Tang San will not be unlocking Haki as he does not have the Adaptive and Evolving body which the MC has, so rest assured. If you have any other suggestions or queries, Please drop a comment.
