Frost's Greed (Marvel)

Everyone follows Xavier, the idealist. Everyone worships Magneto, the extremist. None dare to disrespect Apocalypse, the militarist. But what about the final of the big 4. The one who has lost their students at every turn. The one that walks down the darkest path and is unwilling to put their faith in none outside of their circle of trust. The one that cares not about how humans view mutants nor about the infighting of others. Whose only true care is for the students. This is not a story about her but about a student of hers that believes in her ideas and teachings. Not about peaceful coexistence or mutant supremacy or survival of the fittest. To strive for a brighter tomorrow, even if they have to make it through the blackest night. This is the story of one boy following learning how to be a mutant in a world that hates him under the teachings of the White Queen. He will go from an inexperienced kid to one of the most important mutants in the world ------------ I'm guaranteeing this story for a year, averaging a chapter per day (major holidays may get no chapter or more chapters.) This means that this will be my longest and most secure story, and hopefully the best, on the site. *Warnings! Warnings! Warnings!* - This takes place in an AU of Marvel. So while most things will remain similar to what most people are familiar with, there will be some changes (Some characters being mutants or mutates, etc) - He will start off weak power-wise. He will become very powerful eventually but not for now. He must earn the crowd's favor. - This will be a harem.

Issue #23

Jack created a throne of ice and sat down across from Tony. In Jack's eyes, he could have killed Tony then and there. But he didn't. Because, unlike Tony, Jack thought about the bigger consequences.

Even if Tony was in the wrong, he was the director of SHIELD. Killing him was basically slapping the American government in the face. It would be declaring war. Although he had the support of the superhero community, that didn't mean he was allowed to do everything he wanted.

Jack's purpose was not to participate in pointless wars. He only wanted to fight when he deemed it necessary.

But still, he wouldn't let Tony off just like that.

Just as Jack was about to explain what he was going to do to Tony, his cellphone started vibrating. Jack looked at the caller ID for a moment before picking it up.

"Uh-huh. Yep. Already done. Right here. You wanna talk to him? Ok."

Jack turned his phone on speaker and pointed it toward Tony. Soon, Doom's voice came out of the phone.

"Stark! Your dare try and prevent Valeria from spying on Reed! I should tear your body limb from limb, burning each part as I tear it off, leaving only the head that formerly belonged to you above my mantel! Be glad that I am not so simple as to recklessly declare on the US but I am more than willing to burn down Stark Tower with you in it! Ever harm Valeria again and you shall know why I call myself 'Doom!'"

"Cause it's your last name," Jack interrupted

"Silence, Frost! Just because you are Valeria's emergency contact, do not think that I will simply hand over the title of Best Uncle to you," Doom advised

"That's something you should know about me, Doom. I'm never just handed things. I earn them," Jack hung up the phone without giving Victor a chance to respond before turning his attention back to Tony.

"So there you have it, Tony. You have me, a god of frost and winter, Doom, the maddest of scientists and sorcerers, and Susan Storm, the woman that can kill you without leaving a trace or you ever seeing her coming, all very pissed at you and your little boyband. So how do you think this will go down?

Well, let me tell you.

We won't be killing any of you. Because as much as we hate it, you all have your places in the ecosystem. But that also doesn't mean we will be sparing you either.

Xavier will be put into a coma for a bit so that he can't do any harm, Strange will have enough of his power sealed that he can no longer be the Sorcerer Supreme but still enough that he can combat mystic forces, and Blackbolt will temporarily step down as king of the Inhumans until every member of the Royal Family approves him, of which, I have Crystal on my side.

Namor shall be killed in a very public execution in a few days. He is the only one that serves no true purpose outside of pissing everyone else off. I'm sure Atlantis can survive with another ruler. No one really gives two fucks about them.

It is you and Reed that have the worse fate out of everyone. Reed shall be having his family taken away from him. That's actually wrong. He is the one that pushed them all away. I will also be sealing his mind to prevent him from creating any doomsday, cross-dimensional, mind control, or anti-mutant inventions.

As for you, haha, you will have the worse fate amongst them all. Cause I'm taking everything from you. First off, I'm taking away your position as the Director of SHIELD. I'm going to force you to resign. And then, I'm taking away all your creativity. Most of it anyway. Enough to ensure that whenever you pick up a pen to design a new armor or mode of transportation or weapon for your company, the thoughts will flash across your mind for a moment and disappear before it reaches your fingers.

Unlike all the other great inventors and minds of the universe that look back on their life after they died to find out when they peaked, you will night. A week after you decided to try your hands against Valeria Richards and Franklin Richards as well as a week after you decided to kill me. That was when the great Tony Stark peaked!"

Tony felt fear creep over him and he wanted to run but his body was frozen in place. Not by ice but by a strong presence weighing down on his mind. And he could feel it.

The plans he had been thinking, the inventions he had dreamed of, the armors he yearned to build. All of the images that were in the back of his head were rapidly vanishing. Tony rushed to a nearby desk to write as much of it down as he could But when he picked up the pen, it was all gone.

Tony turned to Jack and lunged at him but in response, Jack just swatted him into the wall. Tony was left broken and bleeding on the wall.

{How's everyone else doing?}

{Namor has been captured. Bringing him back to Okkara.} Krakoa responded

{Blackbolt has been beaten black and blue. We made sure to hurt his pride more than his body as you requested. Waiting for evac.} Petra said on her team's side

{Strange has been brought down. We need you to come and seal his magical powers, Daddy} Stella said on the other end

{We are fine over here. Come by after you're done with everything else. And bring me a Death's Kiss. I could use it.} Sue said. Jack could feel the exhaustion coming off of her.

Jack teleported from location to location to help out with the other tasks. He first went to Strange in order to seal the sorcerer's powers. He was the biggest wildcard of the Illuminati. That was why Jack sent his best to deal with him.

And Jack was not surprised to see his daughters standing above Strange's unconscious body. Jack walked over and placed his hand on Strange's abdomen before chanting a few spells, placing over 30 seals on Strange.

Jack teleported away with the ladies before bringing them to the Inhumans to take Vulcan's team away. When he arrived, Jack was stopped by Medusa.

"I apologize for my husband. You have helped us a lot when we first got in contact with the humans yet he has done this to you. I am truly sorry and thankful to you," Medusa said sincerely

Jack helped the queen stand up. He couldn't see her bow before him.

"It is not your fault, Medusa. And I also understand the position he was in so I don't blame him. He was a king thinking about his people, not a man ruled by his pride," Jack explained to the woman.

Medusa nodded and gave Jack a hug before he teleported away with the mutants. Jack brought the girls back to the mansion while bringing Vulcan's trio to Okkara. Once they were back where they needed to be, Jack teleported to the Baxter Building. With a drink in hand.

Jack saw Sue sitting in front of Reed all alone. All the other members of the family had been sent away and told to pack their bags. Whether they were going with her or somewhere else, no one could tell. The only thing that was obvious was that none of them could trust Reed anymore.

Jack mentally sedated Reed as soon as he got there. He didn't want to hear the man's excuses. He then passed Sue her drink before he got to work erasing Reed's creativity as well. This was also the day that Reed's intelligence and creativity had reached its peak.

Once Reed was taken care of, Jack sat next to Sue. The latter laid her head on his shoulder as she let out a few tears. What those tears were for, Jack was unsure. All he knew was that she needed a shoulder to cry on.
