After waking up from his 'coma', Alain hurried to look at his body and to say the least, it wasn't a pretty sight.

Fortunately, his face hadn't received any scars. Even under the pressure of chaotic energy, his body seemed to have controlled that energy so that it wouldn't damage too badly his body. That's probably why his organs were safe.

And it wasn't a uniqueness, it was a natural way. The more you practiced, the more effective it became. That generally made the fight longer too.
