Light Kiss II

When Ling Yao got home, her brothers were almost done preparing dinner. They welcomed her and asked about her day. "You look stressed. Are you fine"

She did feel a bit weak but it's something she could handle. "I'm fine I…"

"If you want me to ask for a leave for you from school tomorrow then I don't mind" Hwan Jee interrupted while touching her forehead.

She couldn't help but smile lightly, "I'm fine okay. Now let's eat"

The food was ready and they sat together for dinner. She sat between Gi Jeok and Ki Tae for dinner and they kept filling Ling Yao's plate with more food.

She accepted it and felt touched but at some point she couldn't take it. Because Tae had put a carrot in her plate, she had to stop both of them from filling her plate. She didn't like vegetables.

"You guys aren't eating. You just keep filling my plate, aren't you hungry?" She asked them and both brothers looked at each other.

After dinner, Ling Yao called Han Li and Fu Pei "You guys shouldn't worry about the test. It's something you've done before"

She went straight to the point before they could say anything. They weren't shocked actually but they still expected her to be…uh…different.

But no, still the same Ling Yao.

Han Li replied, "Thank you, we trust you"

Fu Pei agreed with his girlfriend and asked, "Did you get to see your question also?"

She didn't answer for a while. She didn't want to tell them that she didn't get her own questions and she didn't want to lie to them either. She knew they would worry about her if she told them the truth and she also knew if she lied and they found out it'd leave a bad impression.

They both looked at her, waiting for a response. "Sorry, I just remembered something and I got lost in my thoughts. What was your question again?"

"I asked if you got your questions also"

She replied, "Oh that, you both don't need to bother about it"

Both of them sighed in relief. "That's a relief. On Thursday Miss Yang will receive the biggest shock of her life" Han Li said.

They were both happy and Ling Yao felt glad they were happy. She kind of felt attached to this couple and she couldn't push them away with her cold attitude, because she knows how much it would hurt them. And why hurt them if they've done nothing to her.

She smiled lightly at the couple. She rarely smiles and ever since she got to Korea she had smiled a lot. It may seem little but to people who really know her, she has definitely smiled a lot during these few days she had spent in Korea.

I really hope her smile grows wider each time she smiles.

The trio talked for another hour and they finally went to bed. Ling Yao had another lovely night thanks to the stranger that has been visiting her room lately.

Funny enough she doesn't mind the stranger, because she has a strong feeling the person doesn't have a bad intention towards her and also, she loves his scent and's how it puts her to sleep.

The next morning;

In dance class, they had to continue the rehearsal for the play they'd be presenting on the seventh of July.

Mr Gu was talking to Ling Yao and Cheng about some of their blockings. Ling Yao had her rehearsing outfit on and she looked lovely.

She had sweatpants on and a fitted crop top on. She wasn't a fan of crop tops but most of the clothes she had wasn't fit to rehearse. Luckily she had a sweat jacket that matches the sweatpants she had on.

She was already sweaty and her hair was packed up in a messy bun. She looked more like she was trying to seduce the guys.

How could someone look so sweaty yet seductive?

Mr Gu asked them to move closer to him, he wanted to tell them something and didn't want Lucy Kim to find out. If she did, she'd cause a scene for the third time today. "This scene might need you both kissing"

Ling Yao was confused. "Hasn't he kissed my forehead and cheek it's not a big deal".

Mr Gu smiled awkwardly and he was starting to sweat "I mean a kiss on the lips. Like mouth to mouth"

They both said nothing and he continued, "What I mean is, he needs to give you a light kiss on your lips. You don't have to make it deep, but if you can I don't mind, but it must be obvious you guys are kissing and make it look like you're loving every part of the ki.."

"Say that word again and I'll make this production a flop" Ling Yao interrupted him with a threat.

Mr Gu immediately shut up cause he knew this girl wasn't joking. It was something she would really do, but he still had to convince both of them.

Cheng on the other hand found Ling Yao's reaction amusing. His arms were crossed over his chest as he examined Ling Yao closely. She was arguing with Mr Gu and she looked cute.

Cheng frowned, "Mr Gu please come with me" he said in a comanding tone but polite.

Ling Yao looked at them as they left and she smiled. 'I'm sure Mr Gu's idea of the kiss wouldn't happen. If it does, it would trigger the urge to taste Cheng and I don't want that'.

They went for about three minutes and didn't show up until three minutes were up.

Ling Yao got up, ready to continue with the rehearsal. When Cheng reached her front, they we're close and she had to look up to look at him.

She said with a tiny trace of smile on her face, "Since you both are done talking. Let's continue with the rehearsal".

She turned around to go back to the stage used for rehearsals but after taking two steps her left arm was pulled back. She was forced to turn and she was pulled towards Cheng's sturdy chest.

He used his left arm to grab her neck lightly when she was close enough, he bent and kissed her lightly on her lips.

It was something Ling Yao didn't see coming. Her eyes were wide open, after five seconds her eyes turned golden yellow and she quickly closed her eyes before anyone could see her eyes.

Everyone watched with disbelief and were whispering their comments to each other.

"Oh my god! I can't believe they're kissing"

"Yeah, were they a thing before Ling Yao even showed up"

"No way! I always thought Cheng had a thing with Lucy"

"I knew something like this would happen. Afterall she's the latest beauty goddess"

Everyone kept commenting on what they were seeing, some even took pictures but Lucy on the other hand felt really embarrassed. She just stood there with tears that were threatening to fall.

Before anyone could see her cry she ran towards the studio's bathroom and no one noticed her.

Cheng bit Ling Yao's lower lip as she wasn't opening up for him. The bite made Ling Yao part her lips and before she knew it Cheng had already plugged his tongue in her mouth.

He explored Ling Yao's mouth thoroughly. His tongue played tag with hers. He let her go after making sure he tasted every part of her mouth and also because he didn't want her to faint due to lack of air.

When he let her go, her eyes were normal and her eyes were looking downwards.

"Mr Gu should the kiss be like that or you want something else"

Mr Gu, Han Li and Fu Pei had a smile on their lips. Mr Gu replied, "This one is fine".

Ling Yao looked up at Cheng and she looked calm but then she dragged him into the changing room.

When she got inside she ordered everyone to go out. When it was empty she turned back to look at Cheng, "Why" she said.

"Because that's what we were ordered to do" he replied naturally, obviously there isn't a trace of remorse in his response.

And why should he be remorseful?

It is what they were meant to do.

"Do you know what you've done?"

He replied honestly, "I don't know. Did I bite you too hard, let me see" he moved closer to check her lower lip for any injuries. "I don't see any injuries on your lip" he said.

He kissed her lower lip lightly, "There are no injuries but if it hurts, the little kiss I gave you just now will stop the pain"

Her eyes turned golden yellow again and she knew if she didn't stop him she might give herself away to this handsome young man.

(Handsome is an understatement)

She pushed him so she could get a good portion of space between both of them. Cheng didn't seem surprised instead he asked, "why did your eyes change color while kissing you?"

She was taken aback by his question.
