Despite the butterfly traveling in the direction of the city, perhaps Di Fuyi was not actually there. Perhaps it was just the general direction to find him. 

Gu Xijiu was not sure if Di Fuyi was really in the city, so she could not use her teleportation to get ahead of the butterfly. Instead, she had to follow the path and pace of the slow-moving bloody butterfly.

It was already late into the night at this point; danger roamed in every corner of the forest. Many animals were running in the dark wilderness and could attack them at any time. Gu Xijiu felt that the wild animals were especially active and violent tonight. Their eyes were typically even bloodshot.

As expected, one by one, the ferocious beasts attacked them. Luckily, Gu Xijiu and Yun Yanli both possessed extraordinary Kung Fu, so they could keep themselves unharmed; however, their journey was unavoidably delayed.
